*very bad service😣I would like to give not even 1 star also, very bad service when order for starters they didnt give spoons not even ketchup and the service Hindi wala wasnt even taken order properly and cashier also not respovise.We asked for forks and they gave spoons for noodles not really sure how they treat customersFinally cancelled the order.

The first impression when we walked in , we thought that its just another ordinary restaurant. So to be safe we just ordered few butter Nan, soup and egg fried rice. But to our surprise the food was tasty and did not harm us.

- Unclean- Staff wasn’t wearing a mask due to the pandemicAlthough the place looks pretty good from the outside view, it’s not very well maintained inside. The hand washing area near the restrooms was very dirty and had empty bottles of hand washing liquid.The food was okay. But my main concern was about the cleanliness it lacked. The person who took my order did not wear the mask. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I believe wearing a mask is very important to keep people around us safe.Overall, I felt the maintenance was poor.

Terrible food! Most of it was stale. The only thing good was the Roti.

Very bad experience!. We were 15pax reached the hotel with hunger around 3pm we had to wait till 4pm to get the first item we ordered. Very bad service, food quality wasnt good, rice was nt cooked properly. Only good part was Roti was good. I wouldnt prefer this hotel especially if you are with kids.

My car i20 door windshield was broken and bag was stolen but nothing valuable was in it. So be careful when parking in dark area. Hotel should provide proper lighting in car parking and ssecuirty. Spoiled my chikmangalur trip.

Tasty food and very affordable.we ordered chicken curry,4 butter naans,2 bangda rava fry and a lemon juice. Chicken curry was average but the naans and fish are really tasty. lemon juice didnt impress us at all.The entire bill came out to be less than 600 RS . Clean washrooms too and courteous staff.

This is not Udupi veg. This guy serves both veg and non veg. Secondly, the taste is pathetic. Service is slow. We had bad experience on 20th Oct 2018 when we stopped here for lunch.

We just had a Tea break, Tea, Coffee and Horlicks are served hot, but nothing outstanding, good to have a break though, before entering the Bangalore City traffic.
