My experience with Design Café is horrible . Once I filled the form and asked for a discussion - The project manager didnt even bother to call me and even If I called no body picked up . Later on it was OK ; But I came out due to the initial experience they offered . Not recommended atal !!

Tied up with them for home interiors. The sales team agrees to all things just to make you sign up. Post that once you make payment they don’t care!Zero internal communication.eg: Information discussed with sales team not passed on to the designer aligned. Design team came up with a crazy quote without knowing client requirement and budget though all of this was discussed with the sales representative. This is just one such instance.The senior management is least bothered and go about as if they are doing you a favour! You will have to keep following up for updates and progress on the project.Its has been a total waste of time and effort for us. I would recommend that you go to a freelance carpenter than to these guys for your work requirements! Freelance carpenters can do same work at much better pace and professionalism. You think DC would be professional but they are far from it.Sincere advise to not engage with DC for interiors works! They really need to pull up their socks and provide quality and professional work.Update on my above review: we continue facing terrible customer service despite someone from the team connecting with us to ask us about our issues. They decide for customer and can’t even cater to a simple request from customers and are very rigid with their process. But will deviate from it based on their preference. Very prompt when it comes to asking for payment thats all.

These guys are highly non-professional. They look profession only until u do the booking. After receiving full payment no one listen to you or even pick your call. Full payment is required to be paid before u actually see the material. They have some people in their office who are called designers. Designers are only for names, they have some ready made designs which they will fit into your house space. They even can not design single piece of furniture by your wish. Everything is as per their company rules. Local carpenters can be better design than these guys. Project mangers assigned to project are also highly non-professional. Basically they are not project managers but carpenters. Even local carpenter is much wiser than these guys, who can make design that you like. They dont keep their promise of project delivery and never expect compensation for delay. That is only on paper. They give warranty of 10 yrs on furniture but there is a catch. They consider project cost based on plywood material but actually using MDF/HDF in half of the places. For MDF/HDF warranty reduced to 5 yrs.Finally if you give your house to Design Cafe, forget it for 6 months at least. Never go to design cafe, never fall in trap of Experience center.
