I went to this restaurant to celebrate my academic achievements with my family, thinking it would be a great place to dine after 2 months of lockdown. As it turns out, mypreconceived positive image of the restaurant was completely false and my family and I were utterly disappointed with the buffet spread. The starters were completely stale, rubbery, and they had clearly reheated pre-made food. The fried vegetables were completely soggy, as were the roasted potatoes. We thought the main course would be more promising, however to our surprise, the rice was completely uncooked. We decided to try the pasta, but to my surprise, they gave us a portion size sufficient for a two year old. The pizza we ordered was very much average, and looked like something I could’ve cooked myself. The waiters and waitresses did ask us multiple times if the food was okay, and did offer us complementary drinks to make up for our dissatisfaction. The only good part of this experience was the staff who consistently asked us if we were satisfied. Sheraton, do better. We will not be dining here again.
On the month of January we stayed in this hotel. Liked their buffet spread very much so decided to spend our Valentine’s Day over there.First of all we were wrongly informed about the timing. Mr. Sukumar told us over phone that the event will be on 2 slots. 7.30-9.30pm and 9.30-11.30pm, which was completely wrong information. There was nothing as such Valentine’s Day special event was going on ( except one balloon frame)As per the information we reached there around 9.40pm, as we booked the 9.30-11.30pm slot.Food was good like every day.Around 10.20 one of a staff came the bill and told us that you have to pay now. We were like? “ seriously “? Now? He told us that “ yes, we are about to close”.I mean we are going to spend almost 6k a for single dinner and we don’t even have 1 hour to finish our meal??As we have “ bonvoy” membership thought May be we will get some discount so asked one of a in-charge that is it applicable on today or not. He just gave us a look like we are free loaders here and we can’t be elite member. ( don’t know how elite members look like). He told that “ you have to download the app and if you can show me then you will definitely get a discount. Previously we never needed to show that because as we stay in Marriott and visit their restaurants very frequently every details are already there.Anyway we start downloading the app, as the network was slow inside the hotel it was taking little bit of time, by the time 2/3 times staff started coming us to pay the bill. Then we told one of them that we are waiting the app to be downloaded. He told us no discount will be given to day and I am sure about it. You don’t have to download anything, it’s considered as black day. So, we were again misguided and wrongly informed by Sheraton staff, which is not acceptable, any way we pay the bill and left the place. One thing for sure, normal days are okay but we are definitely not going to visit this place on any special occasions. Staffs attitude changes, their urge of hospitality, behaviour everything changes on those days. No water was served for very long time we had to ask for it, Asked a dessert spoon but the staff simply forgot it, got it after asking for 3rd time.5star hotels charges huge amount for a single meal for their hospitality and service which was missing.Last year we visited Novotel and we were so happy to see the special arrangement. The poolside decorations, lights, table decoration everything was just like dreamy and so like Valentine’s Day.Overall this Sheraton visit was not a pleasant experience.
Place is really good but taste is not upto the mark. For the price you should get more food items. Especially starters anyone wants to start their meal with the good starter. Please provide tasty and more choice of food. So that people will visit often.
Its a kid friendly restaurant... We took buffet dinner and it had wide variety of options. I had to touch each and every item to taste and i was full literally. There were 3 live counters and food was hot and tasty too.Only one issue was that staff was forgetting whatever we were mentioning.. i asked menu card for 3 times and atlast while i was leaving i got the menu card. Except that i loved everything about this place and food
Nice ambiance good service great food. Dessert could have a bit more selection but otherwise great place:)
Was there for dinner buffet...loveable, comfy, quiet and grandeur environment with delicious victuals. Attractive cooking stations, professionally designed, well displayed variety. Staffs are professionally groomed, great service. Pastas, soups, croissants, salads, biriyani, fishes, cakes, North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Italian. Overall, was wrapped.
Good buffet spread. Has got a new chef recently and the food is simply outstanding!
Menu is not disclosed prior to the buffe and Options are froced on the guest and the floor manager is not responsive. Ambience and staff are good but food is so so for the 12 sep buffet and not happy with manager response. Ravi Kiran
Had the most delightful and satisfying breakfast at FEASt ! Not a single downside or complaint ! Everything was perfect ! Most pleasing is the kind of service they deliver ! We were to start a travel post that and they even got as a Bon Voyage signage ! They had it all ! American, Lebanon, indian, Chinese - u name it and they had it all ! Of course its pricey, but the point is, if its worth spending a bomb ! And beleive Me, it is !
I had been here a few days for the Sunday Brunch and I was very impressed.Ambience 5/5Food 5/5Service 5/5There were more than 20 desserts on offer and its a must try if you have a sweet tooth.Biryani was too good. Some exotic meats were also on offer.Chinese live counter as well live grills were available.Live music to entertain the crowd as well as a kids area for younger ones to play.Best way to enjoy a Sunday after a long tiring week.
Very nice restaurant in Sheraton Grand. Buffet spread was wide and had multiple options ranging from Chinese to Continental and Indian. The taste was nice, staff was helpful. Ambience is awesome. Price is acceptable for a hotel like Sheraton Grand. Costed us 1650 + taxes per person.
Food is good but not great, especially those who love Indian food
My third time eating experience in Feast and felt obliged to write a review. I have been twice there for breakfast and once for lunch. However, the experience is consistent as you would expect from Sheraton it its really good. I had buffet breakfast and lunch both time.In breakfast, you get wide selection of cuisines. You have option of Continental, South Indian/North Indian, Asian, Japanese, Israeli breakfast options. Additionally, they have cereals ( wheat flakes, chocos, Museli, corn-flakes and some times porridge) plus card, milk, yogurt, baked yogurt and wide selection of dry fruits and seeds. Seasonal freshly cut fruits are there and also fresh fruit juices and milk smoothies. In meat, you have almost everything. Beef, pork sausage, crispy fried bacon, chicken and fish. If you love fish then try smooked salmon fillets with a rye bread and eggplant spread. They have a live dessert counter where you can order pancakes, waffles and French toast. Plus there is live egg counter and a pizza counter. Dessert section is huge and honestly, you cant really taste every single item of muffins and danish.Near the cereal section, you would find that there are variety of cheeses available. Plus there are loads of dips and spreadz available including hummus. Naturally, pita breads are there.Lunch was equally good and all of the usual cuisines are there. Overall very satisfying experience but this comes with a cost. Surely you will find a good breakfast/lunch in a cheaper restaurant but the huge selection of cuisines are quite rare.
Relishing the lavish iftar feast at feast that will go on the entire holy month of Ramadan . Started few days back , it will continue till Eid. The spread I tried included the dumba Biryani , Chicken , Bhuna murgh , Haleem , Keema samosa , firni , double ka meetha , and fabulous array of Indian desserts.Absolutely loved it . You must try
Went for a celebratory dinner. Really great staff. Excellent food. Wide variety.
Less variety and less food options, probably due to less walk-in owing to pandemic situation.Shocking fact was that there was not even one single egg item, not even a boiled egg or omelete.
Beautiful place for dining, with varieties of dishes....
We had dinner and breakfast here as a family, dinner was excellent, multiple variety that you really cannot try everything, good starters... good salads... good soups... excellent option for desserts... all the non vegetarian dishes are amazing, great Ambience, great customer service. In breakfast you have excellent South Indian dishes of North Indian dishes options good milk shakes lot of fruits lot of juices , delicious food right from the morning till the night.
Staff is very friendly and overall it was a good experience, vegetarian spread was less for the buffet dinner
Good service, polite staff.... a little overpriced
Food was cold..Didnt meet the expectations.I wouldnt recommend people to go here.Waste of money.
I spent more than 2 hours.enjoyes all the food items and the ambience was good. They take care of us so nicely.
Very Disappointing 😔Today (2-April) we had been to Feast lunch buffet. Was a very disappointing experience.* The staff didn’t have a service oriented mindset. We had to ask for water multiple times.* Live counter person forgot our order of dosa* North Indian dishes were tasteless. The Palak paneer did not taste anywhere near to the name. Paneer was hard n chewy. Hardest paneer I have ever had.* The carpets of the dining area were badly stained and not cleaned.* The options in the buffet was not satisfactory.Wouldn’t recommend this place.
This is one of the very few places that offers mind blowing luxury buffet in the city ❤️ it was totally worth the price and there were so many cuisines - Indian to Italian to choose from and most of them were truly delicious!Totally recommend this for all the food lovers as they have the exquisite range of pastas, chaat and desserts to offer..!
Visited on 14th February,Charged for special buffet, obviously more than expected. But there was nothing like special buffet.whatever i have asked, that dish was not available. Even regular dishes was not available. It was like money wasted .
A spacious restaurant / café at Sheraton. The buffet looks more interesting. The items from the menu is a bit limited though.
Its a nice experience. Food is not awesome but decent. Ice cream was really bad.
Very very very bad buffet..... Never ever to step inside that .. is shame of a place to be called a 5 star hotel.... Disgusting
Very nice experience on a wednesday morning for brunch with a small crowd. Due to covid the buffet was converted into set menu I guess. We got all the things we ordered at our table. Hope to come here for dinner soon.
Amazing place with amazing services
The buffet spread was nice. Tasty food. And service was amazing
Its a good place
Great food with a wide spread. The staffs are very kind and friendly
Had been for dinner buffet on Sunday, the taste of every item was bad. There were no variety of items at all. Especially for veg, the dishes were tasteless and basic. Overall it I would consider the buffet as below average/ poor and it is too overpriced for the dishes they serve. Not up to the standard at all. Very Disappointed.
Experience a pure and quality food at Feast, enjoyed everything which we ordered with a great taste and enough quantity, dining hall was good, slow sound music and quick services from the staff made me happy. Enjoyed good food. Highly recommend.
Went their for a dinner... actually it was about to close.. still i thought i will get food... unfortunately what i have seen there is the staffs taking plates and collecting foods from the buffet.. i could even see a manager whos doing the same and keeping it in the room adjacent to lobby bar....its private dining room i guess...... anyways.... thank god i got some thing at the bottom of the pot... hope ill get when am early to the restaurant..... 😁😁😁😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
Nice meal I just enjoyed here even I worked here as traine
The restaurant is inside the Sheraton Hotel. The place is located in a proper place. There is huge shopping complex next to it and even the world trade centre is in the opposite direction. The restaurant Feast provides all types of varieties of food. The starters and the deserts are brilliant. The main course is a of many varieties. The love counter of Pizza, burger, pasta and chats are fantastic as well. I would recommend to take Buffet here rather then Alcarte because buffet offers one with literally everything in the restaurant. Just go out here and enjoy yourself.
A great experience. Must go for lunch or dinner.
Amazing restaurant
Nice restaurant
This is the best breakfast buffet ever. For the dessert section danishes are my personal favourite. All the cheese and cold cuts are awesome too. Their staffs are very courteous as well.
Good food. Good service. Great ambiance
I really have enjoyed this place every time Ive been here. We go for Saturday breakfast because the offerings dont seem that much different from Sunday brunch and its significantly less expensive. There are a lot of breakfast staples and a very good number of delightful treats as well. Service is also pretty good.
Pleasant place for a quick break from Monday blues. Hygiene, COVID safety checked
This is the second visit here, first for breakfast and this time for Sea food buffet, as you can see in the photos the spread was very good. The staff were too friendly. We had many number of spreads and sea food varying from fish to crab and salmon to squid. We tasted all sorts of the sea food items. After that the salads, pastry and ice cream. The live grill was great.
The best restaurant of bengaluru
A premier restaurant, Feast provides a great ambience and probably the best customer service that Ive experience in the city (most probably as I havent visited any of the restaurants in hotels). They had an extensive spread for the buffet covering Greek, Italian, and Indian cuisine. The dessert spread was particularly delectable. As the restaurant is oriented for a global audience, the Indian cuisine isnt spicy enough.
Busy outlet, scope for improvement!!That was my first visit to Sheraton Bangalore. Had a lot about this place from friends and colleagues, hence thought of trying the coffee shop. However, when we arrived, the hostess was missing at the desk, she was busy setting up tables so that she can welcome the next guest and I could make out we were already in queue.... We were waiting for good 7-10 min when we walked into the restaurant and managed to grab a table for 2. Steward, manager, hostess everyone was running around in the restaurant... Either we landed up on a wrong day or the restaurant was surely understaffed. The service was very average. Food in terms of spread was good and taste was above average...Overall a very average experience... May be I had high hopes after the feedback received earlier. All the best!!
Great experience, special mentions - Udipth… very friendly and very lively. Thank you for the mazing service :)
Huge scope for improvement..
Feast is one of the top luxuries dine in Bangalore. I was here during the SriLankan food festival and of course, you will love it.Talking about food, Feast generally serves buffet style food hosting festivals very often. The decor is for sure a delight and the intricate designs and decor will sure startle you. The place is an upscale dine-in a place with seating of over 200+ diners.Generally, during any food festival, the place makes sure to reach out the authentic roots of the dishes along with a variety of options like Chinese, Italian, Continental and Indian food as well as an option available. You are sure to have an amazing time here with world-class services and some finger licking food.
This is based on my expectations from a 5 star restaurantWe went there for a Sunday brunch-Spread was quite good for non veg but limited for veg options especially the Indian veg options- Food was cold this was the biggest gripe. Every buffet item there was cold. In the end i wasnt feeling like eating anything at all as I was tired of eating cold food- You have to specifically wave and keep calling over the servers to ask for water, to ask them to clean your table, to take away the plates. It was very uncomfortable and beyond a point it just started intruding my experienceOverall i have been to buffets which are much better managed. Piping hot and courteous staff.Price isnt an issue but the level of expectations and there are many options at this price point. The management and hotel staff arent simply equipped to come close to meeting those expectations.
Good PlaceBest Food and Hygiene
Too less variety when compared to Barbecue. No choices for vegetarians. Felt like visiting a vegetable shop instead. Also, got charged (200/-) 10x the price of water bottle (20/-) (reason serving cost!) ... so please make sure you always carry your own. Was impressed by other review but the visit made me very sad. Being in a Cozy place doesnt not make it a 5 star hotel.
Nice ambience. Good people. Needs more spirit. Brunch during Easter was good fun. Normal times can be quite listless without their fantastic singer. The food is good in parts, and they try hard to present every type of cuisine on their spread.
The place was phenomenal! Great food. Obviously its more expensive than other usual buffets, but a must place to visit, to a true feast! They have so many options and the starters alone can fill you up. If you somehow manage to go will the main course, you will get a chance to eat the best roti(s) (breads) made, with excellent side dishes. And they serve continental food, some too good to be that great. Also, the pizza are very freshly made, extremely customizable and they make sure that truly will feast upon the worlds best dishes available.Somehow if you manage to make room for desserts, then your 3 course meal will attain its very purpose and you get that amazing feeling of fulfillment!!
This was once my favorite place to have food. Off late I see a change in taste and quality of food. I am still a regular to this place but I wish they improve
Sumptuous breakfast, with attentive service by Sukumar Shetty & Chandan Kumar
Wide variety of dishes with quality and ambience ,buffet was soul filling
Well, Feast, as the name suggests, has a widespread of varieties. Ranging from, indian, chinese and continental. The place is really really beautiful, and perfect for a date night. The ambience is oh-so-breathtaking. so 5/5Food - 4/5. wide-variety but not that great. If you are looking for Indian taste, you would be disappointed. The pizza counter is great, you can customize and theyll prepare for you. Chicken Garlic noodles deserves special mention (won the heart), and chicken clear soup is a winner. Desserts are treat to sweet tooth.Staff - Friendly and courteous 5/5All in all, its an experience just to be there. Also, because you can actually talk to each other, which you cant at noisy pubs.
Best
Very good and sumptuous spread of food.As the name suggest s its actually a feast. The breakfast spread is very wide.. Indian, Continental, Chinese, Japanese, italian.. If you are someone who has a wide palette you will definitely be confused as to where to start. The quality and taste will not disappoint.A relaxed feel to the restaurant and the staff are warm and welcoming.
Ambience was awesome there was large variety of food but there was lack of taste in every dish. The taste of the dish was just not up to the mark. Desserts were good though.
My wife and I are expecting our first baby soon, and it was our last weekend before entering Parenthood. We decided to make the most of it by going to Sheraton Feast for a sumptuous breakfast. Chef Kunal is probably the most amicable, considerate, and thoughtful chef that we have experienced in our lives. Relaxed ambience, personalized services, tastefully proportionate menu, and a hospitable staff. We will remember this experience for a while ☺️ and we hope to return with an extended crowd of three soon ☺️
The food on the counters was cold. The pizza that was served was burnt. We had to constantly look out for waiters for service. And on the top of such dismal service and food they charge 2500/- +tax per person. They only charge for the ambience, dont expect good food or courtous service in this place.
Less than impressed . Had the buffet. Very good variety , well presented . But the food from starters to dessert, in terms of taste, fell way short of expectations. One doesnt expect these dishes to taste the way they do in the countries of their origin..like Italy , Thailand or Myanmar but one expects a hotel of this standard to have chefs who can replicate these dishes to at least a certain degree of authenticity and these dishes to be ..to some degree..flavourful.The staff from the entry and lobby to restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. But at the table they constantly needed to be reminded to clear plates or refill our water glasses for our party of 8. Not to speak of suddenly finding myself drinking extremely warm water when I had never asked for it!Areas that well trained staff usually never need reminding of.
We ordered:-🔹Lobster Kebab served with veggies & Persian rice - KaraJan E Kebab🔹 Seer Fish Kebab served with veggies & Persian Rice - Sumac Hara Kebab🔹 Arabic Bread with Humus.🔹 Iranian Ice Cream & Baklava - A Persian sweet dish with Raspberry sauce. All the preparations tased excellent and lip smacking but the prices were bit on the higher side.Ambience is wonderful and you will have a wonderful feeling visit the place.Worth a visit once in a lifetime.
Ok, ok,
Feast in Sheraton Hotel is a nice place for Sunday brunch with family. Where kids got lot of activities to do and especially balloon man he is an wonderful balloon artist. Coming to the food, we have lots option to choose from wide array of spreads. Desserts are lip smacking. Its nice place to have food with live music.
Not worth the price. Very less variety of food.
Tasty food , definitely a great treat for food lovers ...
Does amazing Buffet spreads on Sundays with live Music. Wonderful assortment of Desserts. Theres always something special for Kids.
Great breakfast buffet. Just ensure that u have reserved a table and also be there by 8, 8:30. This would ensure you have a good place and also enough time to enjoy the food and ambience. Personally I absolutely loved it!!
Very good buffet dinner. Very nice place to spend time with family and friends. Value for money packages for group. Overall very good place to spend the evening with good food and drinks.
Good spread. Great service. All the staff fuss over you to make your breakfast as memorable and fulfilling as possible
