A nice restaurant by the lake, though you don’t get a perfect view for the same.Has indoor and outdoor seating well maintained and pleasant decors which makes the place to relax.You also get very good food to much on with your loved ones. The staffs were so courteous for their customers and make you feel comfortable for the ambience. I didn’t find a negative thing to point out- was fully satisfied with the dining experience.

We didnt plan and visit here. We went to Ulsoor lake and was hungry then saw this place. We ordered Chicken mayo sandwich, it was so light and yummy. Just loved it, planning to visit again. The ambience was relaxing, they maintained a clean surrounding.

As the name the cafe is right by the lake. Food is good. There are sandwiches, pizzas, lasagnas, burgers, salads, milkshakes, various types of coffee and desserts. Staff is friendly but they took very long to give the bill. There is vegan food also available here along with Italian cuisine with a pinch of Indian taste.Overall a good restaurant by the Ulsoor lake.

It is a very small cafe like 5, 4seaters and 5, 2seaters, you can make the reservation beforehand too. Located opposite to entrance of ulsoor lake , Lady there was enthu and wanted guests to have good time. Food was amazing(right quantity and tasty). I heard raving reviews about Kaara. So decided to visit with my sister and mother.They’ve extended their area to include a closed space. We tried sitting in the closed space- but it was waayyy to loud. I’m hoping they decide to do something about it!We ordered a Hot Chocolate, Pesto Spaghetti, Chicken Pizza, and a Lemon Tart. Most of these things my sister would rave about! The pesto spaghetti was definitely really good and a must try. Pizza was good, I would order it again.My hot chocolate had marshmallows in it- I was told the marshmallows are Halal friendly!The lemon tart is for someone who would appreciate it. I’m more of a chocolate person now!The ambiance outside is really nice, and I would definitely go back for the warm welcome we received !

A very soothing place. Usually weekends have places too crowded, but this place was calm and less crowded. Food was good and they have a variety as well. Good place for dates or one on one meeting.

We dined here for lunch. To start with, we ordered a smoothie and a chia pudding. We followed this with a salmon main course and a key lime pie for dessert. Ended with a cappuccino.The food was innovative, not too heavy and very tasty. The key lime pie is certainly a must-try. Great dining experience overall.The only slight negative is that the chairs could be more comfortable but for a cafe this could be overlooked.Great food and nice interiors with excellent dessert!

I liked it. We stopped for some coffee and snacks on a Saturday and the place did not disappoint. Fare is continental and tasty. Coffee was good. There is also an alfresco arrangement. Place is upscale and busy but not crowded. Great place to sit and chat with friends.

Nice cosy cafe at the corner opposite the Ulsoor lake gate. Great place to catch up with anybody over coffee and desserts. The desserts here are really good. I tried the chocolate flourless cake n liked it. The coffee is pretty average though. They have a wide selection of food too that I dint try but enough people Around me were ordering. There’s street parking outside.

Everything we ordered was great!Chicken Ranch Peri Peri was a delicious thin crust pizza!Blueberry shake was awesome!Fries were good!Chocolate cake was extremely rich as we were advised, loved it.. but be warned that its very difficult for one person to finish it!Staff were friendly! More than anything, the owner of the place who probably doubles up as restaurant manager was terrific! She walked upto each table asking if they are liking the food and if they are comfortable! Demonstration of actually caring for the customer! Making me give this cafe a full 5/5

Located on Ulsoor main road is a snug cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. The place is filled with a lot of small plants and wooden furniture. There are also strings of vintage bulbs hanging upfront which makes the whole place even more welcoming. Since this place was a pit stop for us, we couldn’t really eat anything. We did order coffee which was amazing and was presented superbly. You can take your coffee al fresco and enjoy the vista of Ulsoor lake especially at night...

Food is good, so is the location but does get noisy. If you are headed for discussions across a bigger table then its not the place. But otherwise a good cafe.

You must try this place.. its economical, perfect portions, yummy food. Has a rest room. Friendly staff.

A petite Cafe with nice menu and awesome host/owner. Had tomato basil soup and one special dish of the day (totally forgot its name but photo attached) and loved it. Give it a try, you will not regret it..

Coming to Bangalore after a year of lockdown. And this place reminded me of why I love Bangalore. It had the most amazing ambience, there is a wide selection of coffee and for the first time i tried a Double shot latte with coconut milk and it was phenomenal, imagine a perfect latte with a fragrance of Coconut.I also ordered a barbeque chicken pizza which also hit the right spot.There was cutest dog in the outer sitting area of the cafe who was very friendly and Was being pet by anyone passing him.A lot of other items on the menu seemed intriguing to me which i am planning to try in the coming days as the place is nearby my hotel.Will keep adding pictures once I have more.

I am a regular customer at kaara. I really love this place for the ambience and the food. The owners are excellent people. The only concern i have is with the staff attitude. Extremely arrogant and casual. I had taken my mom here in the month of December. Ordered for steak. I got lettuce instead of the regular boiled veggies as sides. Requested the waiter to replace it and he snapped back at me saying you could have asked for it earlier. The manner in which he spoke to me shook me a bit as mom was around. I could have put him in his place but I didnt want to ruin the owners reputation. Now I would think twice before coming here. I use to come here all the way from banaswadi just for the ambience but now I guess its pointless. Also he charged me for the garlic bread. And just a fortnight ago the other guy who served me, served it as a part of the main course. Anyway once impression gone is as good as done and dusted for me. I dont think Ill be coming back here. BTW I read the review about the customer with kids mentioning about the staff rude response when they asked them to reduce the background music. See, so I was right in pointing out the staff behavior. Which means they either need to train them or replace. This place has a lot of potential and I dont think you should let a casual disgruntled employee ruin it for u.
