Fluctuating Internet goes in the evening, then they have no support, you have to wait till next morning 10:00 AM to report. They dont listen your complaint as office opens after 10 only.

Pathetic service. If theres a connectivity issue they ask you to check with the operator. And they have operators who dont even pick calls. Im trying to reach out to operator since 7PM yesterday. And still no luck. I guess he got hit by a truck or something.Bbnl people themselves expressed their helplessness when I tried reaching out to their customer care number.I had to give one star since that was the lowest available rating.

Highly recommend not to trust them, its just waste of time and money. The staff is very rude and worst customer service. Half the time there server will not work, upon calling theyll not resolve the issue and if some hardware problem is there then dont expect them to solve the issue soon, the problem will be solved only when in the month-end or when they will come to collect the money.

Very worst experience I have faced ever with my service provider. All the weekends are simply wasting by calling their customer care executives. Neither they respond nor ready to resolve the issue. Customer Care service number are always call forwarded and not reachable. Engineers are not enough to understand problems and fix. They are not even taking any single step for service improvement except modifying their payment website. Life will go to hell if we have Deltanet/ BBNL connection. If some one just need to donate money, go for this connection. Else if you need good service and peaceful life, please dont go for this connection. Their connections and devices what they use is very cheap.

Worst service provider donor respond even after calling multiple times . Saturday Thai was informed that they would get the connection done by Monday its Tuesday half day over no one bothers to recieve the call . Irresponsible peoples and the office should be open when visited the location its closed .. shame on u guys

They are good at tariffs but the breck down in the connection happens regularly.. But they fix it very soon... The payments they will wait and give extaions also... They should improve with there connectivity and service..... But the +point is they can give u connection to any remote Areas where other service provider say no to come.....

Pathetic.. the line disconnects more times than a person breathes in a day... and when it works it works .. which is not very often..some people answer and say 15 minutes which is basically them saying 15 hours... and they complain about competition cutting their fiber optics when they do the same and they also admit it.. its horrible.. i have a 20 Mbps connection and i can probably get amazon to deliver a movie faster than this provider on download.. no 24 hour customer care.. so they basically believe every one in Bangalore works in the day and sleeps at night... when the connection doesnt work they just say that someone will come and fix it which never happens.. ever.. pathetic.. off late however there has been some improvement but not with the customer care team.. that needs to improve.. the speeds although sometimes good are not stable and keep dropping.. i have tried to use different providers but they are all scared to come to my area because these guys apparently dominate the area and will cut the fibers of other providers.. pathetic... I wish ACT broadband comes to my area.. I miss using their lightning speed connections and their prompt customer care.. even though there are also not 24 hours customer care.. still way better and well mannered..

The service is worst. I had a connection, I have transferred to other home within One KM. Have asked to transfer the connection they got the money after that not picking the call and asked to contact other branch. In other branch they said to consider new connection and i need to pay for that.The agents are not picking the call at any time. While I am trying to call BBNL call center its always busy.Very poor service.

Utter waste. They come on exact dates to collect the fee and thats it, nothing else... The service is the worst I have ever experienced. They take atleast 2 days to solve any kind of issue. And 9999999% you will experience downtimes of atleast 4-7 days in total per month.

If they are giving free connection also plz dont take the service, its the worst service i ever seen, tortoise speed is better than there internet speed, especially who has a facility of working from home or who wants to connect to meeting through webex from home, please dont do that mistake. I used one year full because I had paid one year full amount. After month i told him to return back, they said they cant give back the money and has to use the service for one year. only for name sake they have kept the customer care, no one picks up your call, and service is worst, my id is BBNL_OP14_C996, attaching the screen shots of internet speed for your reference. Even if you have data, they tell your data is over and they act as if they are showing courtesy on us and tell they are putting the top up. One more thing I want to mention, while taking the connection they told wifi router is free of cost and after one year device will be with you. Now they are telling device has to be returned back. BBNL brod band is worst request you to not to take connection.We have taken the connection, since the day one we are facing problemCalling them at least 4 times in a week. On week ending (as we are at home ) calling them at least 4to 5 times in a day as the connection was not good, disconnecting every 4 to 5 minitues, slow, or no connection at all. They simply says that we will resolve the issue.I am sure people can not work from home if they have this connection, I am afraid of working from home using BBNL connection. It happend to me many times I could not able to connect my office when I have urgent work.The perfect over view is Service is not good.

There are two BBNLs here.1. BBNL(Bharat Broadband Network Ltd) by central government.2. BBNL(Bangalore Broadband Network Ltd) from Bangalore based cable services, this is one of the best broadband services. I have a 5mbps connection and it gives almost 6 to 6.5 mbps, which is more than enough for streaming FHD videos. They have implemented fiber optic technology and the fiber is brought till the end of your router/PC/Laptop.3. I got the connection in 30mins which I never expected from a private operator.Happy So Far. . Been 3 months since connection. . .

Worst internet provider ever. The internet gets disconnected atleast 4 times in a week and when ever you call the customer care, their response is WORST. BBNL, you people wont last a day when ACT BROADBAND takes over the whole of Bengaluru.

Customer care is not so effective, but speed and quality of broadband is really good. in last 3 months, i had only 3 instances of downtime, with 2mbps without FUP, i can download a 1.4 GB movie in 30 minutes. Youtube streams without buffering, whatsapp call works like a charm.their customer care is your local cable guy! hence, he wont be available 24/7, but you can directly contact him and he will fix the issue asap. now, see the difference, you dont have to dial an IVR and keep pressing keys.. i can catch hold of this guy also in case there is a problem, as the cable guy is a local guy.the major advantage is speed and convenience.

PATHETIC SERVICE!Internet speed is pretty good. But the connection keeps going off on regular intervals. To be honest, there do no service. They just do the connection work and come only once a month to collect money. Lol.Got to call these idiots at least four times a week to tell them that theres no internet at home.I called him yesterday to tell him that there was no internet since the night before last. He said he would resolve it. Today I called him to tell him that the speed is too less(200kbps), he said he would resolve it. So I told him that it is not fair that I have to call him every single day to keep reminding him about the connectivity and speed. To my surprise he said Sir, please get it disconnected. This kind of shitty service providers these people are.They arent even a good based company to call them and complain about this shithead to take any action against him. The connection is not consistent. i get pissed when this happens while playing games. The customer service is horrible. they say they will come within 5 minutes and never show up. half of my mobile currency is wasted on calling them.

Pathetic service and very unstable connection. They want to send someone to fix when Im at work. Even when Im home early and during their working hours as well, they do not want to fix the issue. Minimum 2-3 times a month, there are issues.
