Upholstery was done very professionally and ontime. Quality is good, matches the original. Pricing almost same with any other vendor.Need to check the durability of the leatherette. Overall satisfied with service and quality of the job done. Very good service 👍.

It has been a great experience with Sofa Designs Store. Wanted our sofa to be repaired, they were quick to respond and came home the same day for the inspection and also the options to get it repaired. Within few minutes they took the sofa and promised to deliver within a week, to my surprise sofa was delivered within 5 days. Along with a these services, they are price competitive as well. Masook did a very good job in fixing our dining table chair. We got it re-cushioned with the new fabric and he got it done for all 6 chairs in one day. After initial service provided...we faced some issue with the sofa...we tried to reach out to them to come and visit and see what is the issue. After chasing them for 3 weeks they told they will not be able to come. Please be aware post initial service if you face any issue they will not respond and you will have to get it fixed from some place else.

When I called up Sofa designs it was on a Saturday late afternoon, at the time when it was raining heavily in Bangalore. But this guy promised to make it to my house around 6pm, even though it rained heavily only 20 minutes prior. I dont think I know anyone else, who would go through that torture amidst the traffic in the rain, just for an initial inspection of the furniture in question.He came around, alone, checked the furniture and gave a quote. He even brought the upholstery samples for us to choose.A quote was provided which included the cost for everything including pickup and delivery.We asked them to come next day morning early enough for the pick-up. The same person came early around 8ish along with another person, picked up the sofa and left. A week later the sofa was ready and was delivered morning itself. The work was done very neatly. No blemish whatsoever. I was quite impressed.

We just received our sofa. We changed the leather sofa to fabric. They have done a great job. . . Its just like a new one. Perfect job.

I had a black leather sofa which got a big tear in one of its seat. I contacted Sofa designs and pinged them sofa pictures on whatsapp. They were really prompt to provide a quote for repairing my sofa. The solution they offered was consistent with other sofa repair shops and the quote was much lower. I asked them to pay a visit and have a nice look over the sofa set. They bought sample booklet with them and one sample matched exactly with my current sofa cover. They provide facilities for transporting sofa to their workshop, however I convinced them to get it repaired at my place. They took one day to stitch the cloth at their workshop. The very next day they came to change the cloth. I have to say they are very quick and work is really neat.Thankyou Sofa Designs.

Terrible. contacted the shop 3 times. Gave address and everything and I was promised that he will come and have a look. Later phone is not being answered. I have a big sofa which needs complete refurbishing. So it may be that they have no interest in getting new business or may be they are NOT confident of executing sofa refurbishing/repair work.

I contacted him multiple times but still he has not come to my place to see the sofa even after promising to do so. I wanted to do full sofa refurbish of my sofa. Also my place is near to HSR where his shop is still this kind of bad attitude is something that i dont understand. Dont trust this guy.
