Purchased Chiara high back chair, which is supposedly their best selling product which lasted only for one year. The customer representative tells me that its not a manufacturing defect and is not covered under warranty.This speaks to its quality and the customer service.

It was on time and direct communication, sales person did assist in the overall coordination Ayushi. Evan was the installation and delivery person. They did install on time .

We recently got our entire house interiors done by Wurfel Bangalore and I am glad to say that we are extremely happy with the outcome. Starting from designing the house until the execution of full interiors we got great support from the team. I would specially like to mention Basavaraj’s name who was the site incharge for execution and he has been very professional and did a great job in ensuring everything was executed as per the design and on time. Afra and Vasu from design team were also very cooperative with any changes we wanted. Finally I would like to thank Ganesh and Lohith for their tremendous support in designing and executing the interiors of our home the way we wanted!!

I purchased a sofa set from Wurfel living. I found their selection significantly superior to options available at other furniture stores we checked out. While they are premium, I found them reasonable compared to options like Stanley and will probably return to source other furniture items from them.Service was good. We purchased a unit already in stock so there was no delay to speak of from Wurfels side. However our interior works were impacted by the lockdown so we were not in position to take delivery as originally planned. Wurfel was accommodative in storing the units on our behalf for about 3 months and then in delivering them, with installation to follow later.Both the delivery and the installation (well managed by Evan from Wurfel) were smooth and we are very happy with the overall experience provided by Wurfel Living.

I was looking for a sofa for my renovated apartment and was strongly recommended to give Wurfel a try. I did and its something i will not regret. I was guided through the various options. Once done, purchase and payment was a breeze. The best part was delivery and installation...amongst the most professional. The delivery crew was very professional. The sizeable crew arrived on time. I have requested for the installation to be deferred. When the time came for the installation, again the crew arrived and completed the job on schedule. Evan and his crew went about the installation like professionals. Kudos to Kanni and Suhuma as well for one of the smoothest furniture retail experiences. Keep it up!

We bought Argus Sofa 2 SEATER GREY Sofa as per Invoice number WLBLR/19-20/0001 dated 14-Jun-2019.In less than six months to one year of the purchase of the product back cushions sagged completely, The seat cushion lost their firmness, the wooden frame of the Sofa broke near the leg joins. We have also experienced back pain as the seat cushion has become very very soft.At the time of purchase, it was mentioned Sofa is made by Wurfel in Europe, I was assured that for 5 years the sofa will not have any issues and if there are some issues Wurfel has a factory in Hoskote, Bangalore from where any issues could be rectified.Now I was being told by Service Manager Mr. Karthik that I should repair Sofa with a local vendor by paying money from my own pocket and Wurfel will no longer be responsible for the quality of Sofa or any repair.The sofa is with the Banaswadi showroom from November-2020 and I have ordered for a new Sofa. It is really uncomfortable for us to live without a sofa as my wife is currently on Maternity Leave, hence we are staying at our relative’s house due to non-availability of Sofa in our house.Wurfel is not responding to any of the Communication. Wurfel is a Bangalore based company having fancy german name and selling subpar Chinese products.

Please do not buy products from them. You will keep waiting for your products! Any correction in the product will take them weeks to rectify! Absolutely no value for money! Wasted my time, money and energy on the brand and the people working for the brand.

We were attended by Tharani, it was closing time but that didn’t deter the young lady to show us every product in details, giving demonstrations of it’s functionality.Product is great but showcasing it to us was just perfect...and we couldn’t resist.Keep it up 👍

Good Quality of Service. There was a delay in the initial product that I ordered, but they offered me a different one that I liked and it got delivered on time and very professionally packed.Evan checked and made sure everything was AOK.

What is displayed in store and website is very different from what gets delivered. Showroom is impressive but final product is not upto mark and looks outdated design instead of clean lines, dull and material very cheap. Not worth buying here.

Heard a lot about this showroom from my friends and my wife insisted that we visit while we were hunting interiors for our new home that was under construction. This was May 2020 when we first visited the store. We were looking for a L Shaped and we got the product that we wanted. It was on discount and without even blinking we booked the sofa. This I’m taking about May 2020. They told us that we have to pay the rest of the amount 90 days before delivery. Then came October, we come and the lady gave us a shock that the prices have increased and blah blah. After escalating the situation, glad that Mr Sohail interfered. We paid the balance amount giving them 90 days. They promised that it would get delivered in 90 days. This is Jan 2021, unless I kept calling enquiring about the status I did not receive any intimation from them on the delivery.1. Zero accountability2. No effective communication3. I feel they only treat customers who are rich and give multiple or huge orders4. I would say they are biased towards customers based on status. I think they treat people based on their profile and status.I’ve been having harrowing experience with them so far and I doubt if my product would be delivered. I’m not buying anything else from this store not recommending this to my even closest of my enemies, let alone friends.Zero professionalismAli

I have so far made 3 visits to Würfel Living with a budget of 8 to 9 lakhs for - sofa and dining. I was also leaning towards probably for the rugs and curtains too as we go..First Visit: The sales guy take me around and I really like the suede leather color options. They pitch this and that and then we exchange contact details with an assurance that I be will contacted and they shall do a visit and then a presentation matching my Interiors.Guess what, no response. Ahh!Second visit: and specifically during the third visit I share this feedback. I was told the earlier sales guy is on along leave. Ahh!The third visit the assurance was they shall come over and they did. They take details, capture measurement and astetetics of the Interiors.I was assured that they will revert in a weeks time. Guess what no response and its over a month. Wow!I do not follow up as this earlier phase defines how these brands aligning its demand to european raw materials assure customer service as we have to wait for 3 to 4 months for delivery.If the pre-sales engagement is such am sure we are at the mercy post payment and imagine the follow ups with such non responsive entity.ps: In between this (and while I was engaged) I get a call after the third visit inquiring how our overall engagement was. I had to say pathetic and she assured to connect me with head office. Nothing happened there too. Ahh!My question to them: What is your customer segment if this is the way you engage and when there is more than enough INR set aside for your cost to me.Are you expecting the customer to come in select, shut up and pay, leave, quitely wait and then and then make your customer feel that you made us a favour by even delivering it to us after 4 to 5 months of wait?Würfel should realize that branding is a process of creating a strong, positive perceptions about your service in your customers mind and not in its own mind with cocky non responsive and irresponsible attitude. Your acts clearly says you are confused on that...!Customers have options in the same segment that you cater to with better engagement!

I was looking for a TV unit which could give a European feeling and at the same time is not too heavy on the pocket.Then I came across Wurfel and was really happy with the amount of variety they were having in their store. Also, the sales team and specifically Muriel was very nice and heard all my requirement carefully. We then finally settled on their newly launched BIRKA TV unit and Book rack.The delivery team was quick in delivering the products after the settlement .The only negative was the carpenters who visited were not that trained though Gowtham did a nice job in explaining the things to them. Will be buying some more stuff in future as well.

My first experience to the showroom was amazing. The sales person (Chandana) was very polite and showed us what we wanted and explained so well. We trained and experienced staff. She was presentable and very approaching. We ended up buying TV unit and a chest of drawers. Professional service team, well followed up by Karthik and his team delivered and installed the products. Thanks Karthik for taking it up and listening to us as otherwise I really had no clue what could be the next steps...One of the worst experience we had...this I am writing after lot of contemplation... and lot of follow ups even with higher escalation to Mr. Khaninder and Mr. Ganesh.... all what I can hear from last 6 months is COVID situation....I do understand that COVID situation hasbinpacted deliveries and timelines but I am wondering or may be my understanding is wrong may be COVID situation has impacted even the reply to your follow ups. And even the response is not possible from the entire team because of COVID...All I can hear from team is We are at fault 🤣 least expected. I went ahead with this company for my villa interior not because it was cheap but because someone very known to me recommended...I must say that the products are amazing and its good but the amount of follow up and the attitude of people on the grounds even otherwise has been really awful...Its a good place to just buy couple of things and not give the whole responsibility of your villa interior....Just a piece of advice - You must treat your customers in a bit more professional way or may be my expectation with Wurfel was very high....

Never expected the quality of products would be sooooo worst. They keep fooling & impressing people by saying that all their products are imported from Germany/Europe, blah blah, but whats the use when the quality is so worst. All products are made from MDF, sofas & bedcots are not worth buying and they shake all time, not stable at all. I would never suggest anybody to buy any of Wurfel products. Its just a show-off, good only for showroom purpose, not for actual use. Worst quality products they have. Dont get fooled by their English speaking representatives & showroom displays. You may go and check for the quality of their products, visit and check with a quality expert, you will know. Never buy from Wurfel, I would not recommend anyone for sure, as I have had the worst experience with The Solitaire Dining chairs & bedcot in just 2months of usage, all fabric came out and bedcot is so unstable. Horrible products !!

I visited wurfel on 22nd Nov 2020 and found that it has very good collection of sofas and modern design. On reaching there, Shiva one of the staff attended us and explained about the sofa. Its internal material etc. He answered each and every query. Quite satisfying with the explanation.Over all had very good experience.

I ordered a tv unit from Wurfel living in Bangalore. We were extremely happy with the number of units on display. The quality of all their products looked extremely good. Mr Vishal who assisted us was extremely patient and showed us all the products on offer and made us feel extremely comfortable. Although I did have to follow up on the delivery of the product, The product when delivered was packaged extremely well. Great customer service, and lot of variety in furniture on offer. I needed a single chair out of a dining set, and these guys were willing to accomodate my request while other showrooms I visited were not. Price is definitely higher than those in most other furniture showrooms, but since I got exactly what I was looking for, Im satisfied.The customer service rep I worked with was Evan Prince, and he was very patient and helpful while I tried every chair in the showroom, narrowed it down to 4, which he then proceeded to gather into one spot, and then I further narrowed it to 2. Out of those one was in immediate stock, so I picked that one.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.Would give a negative star if I could.Tried to order custom furniture, and get interior work done but the staff just didnt seem interested or werent willing to listen, not sure which.Contacted the store manager and nothing happened.Now 62 days after my order still waiting for an update after repeated requests.2 stars as, I like the stuff , but not-so-serious staff wouldnt take my order.Update 1 - After my calls were ignored, I had to visit the store after travelling 35 Kms. Sad that I had to travel to store to speak to them. But, finally got a delivery date of 5th Feb.Update 2 - 5th has come and gone. No calls, no information. Nobody seems to have a clue. Even though it only has a few staff, there seems to be a huge disconnect within themselves and either team has no idea whats going on. Updating review to one star.Update 3 - Been given a delivery date of 17th Feb.Update 4 - No delivery on 17th . Given a new delivery date of 20th Feb, 91 days from date of order. Buyer beware.After more than 110 days of waiting I finally received my product, dirty.Had to wait 2 more days to receive a replacement piece.

I have known Wurfel as a store for making kitchen cabinets and Wardrobes but Wurfel Living is one of its kind of store which sells home furniture.The design and the quality of furniture is exquisite and a whole class apart from Malaysian Furniture stores ( Damro and RoyalOak ). The furniture is also reasonably priced here and one gets a way better quality and finish for the price offered. Furniture is available in choices of fabric but the lead time for that is around 75 days.The sales exec was knowledgeable, courteous and patient with us and provided a complete product experience in an engaging and interactive manner.Overall a very nice experience and would recommend this store.
