This is first time I bought dining table and shoe rack from Royaloak Furniture. They really have a good collection and the customer service is also great. Delivery was delayed by two months but the product is good and fitting was also done in a very hassle free manner.

The collection is massive with some of the most beautiful furniture at the best prices in Bangalore.The personnel are very co-operative and assist well answering every query one has; Parmesh in particular who assisted me in showing the various pieces they got, explaining the good/bad stuff about them and helped me finalize and buy an Italian Marble Dining Set. Parmesh himself did followups for the Delivery and Setup (Delivered within a Day and Setup in another Day, so I had my Lunch on my new table within 2 days of making the payment at Royal Oak). The delivery and the setup guys too were very prompt and quick at work, kudos to them as well.A very satisfying and stress-free experience.

Very worst experience with Royaloak. I have got Johar Malaysian Fabric sofa 3+2 on 29th Aug. During installation, we saw that sofa cloth underneath had torn. Technician has raised a complaint regarding this. Its already a month. We have not received any response from royaloak after multiple followsups. Even the coffee table which was bought was damaged. We go for branded items considering the quality even if the price is more. But its of no use. Furniture from the local stores are far better.

This shop is well maintained and the products are so satisfying. The way of their presentation is such a marvelous thing to watch.

I had purchased Dinning table set at Mysore Road Royal Oak branch in Nov 2020, i found it was damaged and I raised complaint in Feb 2021. After lot of deliberations i could get in touch with Mr. Mohan Manager at Mysore Road. Wow! Amazing personality. Customer centric, quick responses and on the top of it ever smiling face. He has proved my thoughts wrong and settled issue in the span of 15 days. I am so much impressed with this gentleman. ROYAL OAK is blessed to have superman like him. I am sure his organization has also found extraordinary customer service orientation in him. I cant stop thanking him. What they are selling is cheap Chinese and Malayesia product with really ridiculously high price tag.Really bad untrained customer care team and the store manger is a big lier who won’t be any good in after sale support.It’s like you pay upfront expensive price tag and some untrained and unprofessional Instalation guy will come fix it or break while fixing it cause he doesn’t have idea how to fix it.I personally recommend please don’t be fool buying a really cheap product for expensive price what they are selling you for.

Recently ordered Recliner, coffee table got annoyed by the delivery guys, got the coffee table with the broker marble top, we visited the Mysore road showroom to get another table, selected one and purchased other things for the difference amount. It is almost 21 days and we are yet to receive the table and the other items. Phones are not answered. Horrible service. No proper customer care number. I feel I should have trusted the reviews. Paying huge amount and not satisfied. Will never ever recommend Royal Oak.

Worst ever after service. From past 2weeks we are waiting for delivery of goods. After fixing the date they are giving some or the other excuses. Very pathetic. Ensure before making full payment,you receive the goods.

Product quality is good whenever it is in showroom. Whenever they will deliver to our location, Quality is not good, they show one quality delivered different one. I brought queen size bed its getting so much noise. Very poor quality and no proper service. I visited this showroom again I wait for manager more then 1hour. After 1month of complaint raised nobody is picking the call. Third class company.

The staff are helpful. The recliner sofas, box type sofa leather or fabric finish is available. The Mysore road showroom is having car parking fecility and easily approachable. Furniture buyers can make a visit to this place before deciding.

Installation was done efficiently. The installation team (Ramesh and Chethan) were cordial and diligent. Kudos to the installation team. Delivery boys were bit fussy. They were not ready to lift the purchased product even to the first floor. They need to be customer friendly. After the sale of the product the sales team should ensure quick hassle free delivery...

Good that it is spacious. But nobody to explain about the product.you have to always call and wait for somebody to come and attend. Dont feel comfortable since they answer only to your questions and do not explain anything else. Not customer friendly I feel.

Never buy anything from here as they are very unprofessional. I purchased 2 similar office charis here, one got delivered with damaged seat and one with different color seat. When asked to replace, they said they dont have stock. When asked for refund, they said thats not the company policy. Been trying to speak to customer care for last 3 weeks, there is no response. Customer service person says that she will speak to service manager and call back in 1 hour and that never happens. Personal suggestions is not to book any furniture with advance payment as the item will not be delivered timely and same as what you saw in the showroom.FYI - Salesperson was Devraj and store manager was Paramesh.Response to the reply below: All the details are emailed to customer support. Also I have mentioned the sales person name. They know it better!

Others are far better please don’t. Go try this don’t buy from them . Am struggling to discard the chair now

Pathetic and insulting store experience, store executives who do not know how to manage customer. If that was it, I would atleast have given a 3 star.Later they update phone number wrongly in their system. Before billing, I insisted to check phone number and address updated in system, they said you could check after billing. When bill came, found that details are updated wrongly.I highlighted to store manager that details have been wrongly updated, he said it would be corrected. Only to find out after 1 week that details were not updated due to which I never got any call from assemblers for6 days. When followed up with store, found that correct details still not updated and store manager wouldnt answer call.Truly amazing experience. Even after customer has shown all due diligence, you guys still manage to screw up customer experience with your deplorable attitude.

Royal Oak on Mysore road is one of the best furniture store with some good and the executive Mr. Shyed gave us a good demonstration of product and he was cooperative and kept updating us about our delivery..Even though our recliner was delayed almost more than three to four months, probably because of the lock down issues.. But once it was delivered they arranged for an immediate installation for that day itself.. Even store manager was co operative when we approached the store regarding the delay in delivery.

Bad customer experience. Once the customer buys the products, no will turn up to complete assembling of the furniture. The sales will not even keep track of who purchased what. I bought an office chair and it was delivered to me without hydraulics and waiting for a week now for assembling.

Worst service and sales person.We had to literally go and ask for sales man service.... Most of them were glued to their mobile phones. Finally got a sales executive(Mr. Devaraj mysore road outlet)who seemed to have no interest in selling the furnitures. He was hooked to his phone and did not have much to tell about the product, least bothered about keeping the customers informed. Because of his skills Royal Oak lost two prospective customers who had planned to buy products worth atleast two lakhs. Thanks to the attitude of the sales men here in mysore road outlet we are pretty sure we will never go to any royal oak outlets hereafter and also wouldnt suggest to our accomplices.

Stepped in here coz of ma frnd as they said it’s too good, I wanted to surprise ma mom so I booked a dining table at the store, to be Frank I was worried to get it online so I thought store purchase is better , while all the process happened and then I got ma delivery after four days , the next day when the fitting master came to fit it , ma heart was broken the way he was handling things , literally he was damaging a good part too without knowing the delicacy of that material , on the other side few parts were damaged from the ware house side ,My point here is pay and then wait for the best and you get such them instead of knowing the problem they have their own way to talk and say we are sorry we will get it fixed well this happens after many hurdles and hours of communication,Next day as I expect an replacement, luckily they come on time but again there’s some damage in the product so here I had to keep few things among old few among new as I dint wanted to keep playing with them as they might be enjoying but it was sicknesses to me, so I had no option to tell them to take back the product n get me a new one after quality check , with broken heart and a bad decision to step in their i kept this .Summary is, if you have time to keep filtering and exchanging for a good product now then you can risk a purchase here if not please til these lock down issues sort don’t move .
