We ordered a kitchen with premium laminate finish. What we received was a totally different substandard office finish laminate. A month has passed and have received no confirmation when replacement will be done. Sales Executive has stopped picking our calls. Not at all a premium experience for the price you pay.They are a disgrace to the renowned Japanese quality control and have zero business ethics.
