I purchased first furniture from Jodhpuri Furniture in 2019 . I was happy with the purchase therefore decided to purchase another furniture in 2020. I ordered 4 seater dining table in Nov 2020 and the product was delivered in Jan 2021. The dining table came with lots of issues which are till date (Oct 2021) not yet rectified. I am following up on daily basis with the team but still no luck to get the closure. I had made a huge mistake by purchasing furniture from jodhpuri furniture. Will not advice anyone to purchase any furniture from jodhpuri furniture. Highly disappointed and frustrated !

I have bought multiple times at this place and usually the quality of their wooden furniture is good. Unfortunately that’s where it stops. The delivery and after service is poor. They will lie about delivery times and you need to guard against giving advance payment and getting stuck. My worst wait is more than 6 months and the least wait was a month for a very standard off the shelf stuff. If you customise your design, they may even cancel without telling you while your money is stuck and you wait (real incident with me). Excuses range from corona, vehicle delays, factory shutdowns, labour shortages due to festivals (anything other than too many orders) etc. The best excuse I heard was that they had lost the register in which they had taken down my customised design and hence the delay! Tips for buying: buy something that’s ready and would be delivered the next day, inspect before delivery as they won’t send their carpenters later on, don’t customise order unless you are ready to face ever changing shop representatives who won’t take your calls, and you are ready to risk cancellation without notice alongwith lame excuses for delay or cancellation. Refunds won’t happen easily. I waited for a month before ordering something else as I realised they are not serious about refunding the money. However no major complaints regarding their quality of wood or workmanship in general and the usual quirks of wooden furniture can be expected. Keep a friendly carpenter handy to fix those without relying on these people. My latest order was delivered after 6 weeks when they promised it in 10 days. This was a reorder for the order which was placed around a year ago which got cancelled as they realised after 6 months that they can’t make that design. A five star for their quality and three stars taken away for poor service, skipped deliveries and false promises.

Pathetic Service and very rude behaviour from Koramangala Jodhpuri furniture, owner and their store employees.I had ordered a king size bed with 2 side tables in the month of March. They told it will take 45-60days to get it delivered. After 2 months, I had to follow up almost every week by calling Jodhpuri bangalore and their factory person(in Jodhpur). Most of the times, they would not pick up my call or they say will call back in an hour but they never called back. After almost 5months and multiple visits to Koramangala store, only the bed (without side tables) arrived in Marathahalli store, that too with lot of scratches. They had kept my bed outside the store in sun and rain for almost a week. When complained about it, the Marathahalli store owner started shouting on us saying they are doing transactions in crores a month and dont want customers like us.The Koramangala store manager said that he will give the same bed with some touch up. We agreed thinking we have already waited for 5months. Once it got delivered to our place, it is making a lot of noise even if we just keep a pillow or sit on the bed. Very poor quality and the service team was not able to fix it.We are consistently following up with Mr. Mukul and Mr. Himalaya but we still havent received the side tables yet, even after more than 6months.On complaining they say they need some time. I dont understand how much some means to Jodhpuri furniture.Do not recommend this shop to anyone. Both quality and service are worst. It will be a nightmare to get the furniture from them.

The whole process from ordering, acknowledgement, delivery notification through to follow up after delivery, was extremely efficient and courteously followed through. Worst Worst & Worst. Ordered multiple products from here and they have started falling out. The joints got detached just after 2 months of usage and the furniture has started falling apart. Don’t even know how they are running a business with such poor quality products. Requesting all the people to not get deceived by the fake reviews here. All of them are posted by these guys only. When your entire living room is furnished by Jodhpuri Furniture, they ought to be good. Its a boutique furniture OEM & Retailer from Rajasthan, they predominantly make furniture out of seesham wood, workmanship is good, they home deliver and finish the polishing at home. Theres a 1 year warranty they offer which takes care of any manufacturing defect, fitting issues or fading of polish. Their delivery lead times are typically 45 days. We visited them again this time to order a sofa cum bed set. They usually advertise 50% discount promotion but with no published list prices, the discount is not really measurable except to guage the value for money on net payable. While last time they delivered on time, they were quite responsive, however this time around its nearly 60 days they havent delivered and it took a great deal of chase to get their commitment to deliver in another 10 days. I have still rated them 5 star for my previous experience and to encourage them to perform consistently. They should perhaps review their production capacity, logistics, customer commitments & satisfaction as their growing order book seems to put a strain on their current process.

NEVER EVER BUY from jodhpuri furniture. BIG FRAUDSTERS.Worst place to buy furniture,they are fraud and big cheaters.I will give a NEGATIVE rating to these fraudsters who are having 3 showrooms in bangalore.I purchased dining set from jodhpuri furniture before 6 months.They delivered very poor quality with lots of cracks on table top, legs as well as chairs which can be seen in attachedphotos.After too much follow up they have given option of one dining table (not chairs) which is not at all matchingwith the dining chairs and, once we refused for that, he threatened us to keep either the old cracked dining table or,the other one which does not match with the dining chairs.Now, cracks are so widened that the table itself can fall anytime.Again after chasing them, their carpenter came and told us that these cracks are common in OUR furniture.Even dining chair cushions are not perfect and one will feel nails while sitting on them.Their carpenter even took one of the cushion for repairing on 26th feb.2020 and assured us to bring that on next day.From that day itself, we are chasing them through calls and whatsapp, but finally their owner Amit khemnani himself avoided pickingour calls and responding to whatsapp.Now, for at least 1 month before lockdown started (from 26th feb to 24th march), they never responded.If you dont want to waste your money and time, then NEVER visit.In fact, many of the positive reviews are from their staff or, them only.This review applies to alls stores of Jodhpuri Furniture since the owner is same.

I was looking for a double bed for my house and Jodhpuri Furniture seemed to be an excellent showroom to explore various options. I am happy with the product and its quality.I would recommend to here if time is not constraint.

I order a console table with customised size, I was told that table will reach in 40 days Max, till 40 days whenever I called Mr Mukul Singh for status, I was informed it’s on time. After 40 days it was always 5 more days and 10 more days. Finally after 70-75 days and almost daily follow up I was informed that the table is ready. And I was asked to go to Marathalli store to check dimensions. To my surprise none of the dimensions were matching what I had ordered. Had a very hard time with these guys and finally got my advance return back. These are bunch of very unprofessional guys, avoid any customised orders from them.

Jodhpuri Furniture is always a great experience. There is truly no comparison. The quality of the furniture and level of customer service and care are out of this world.

I bought my two double cots with storage, bar unit, Pooja unit, side tables and a central trunk for my new home from here over a year ago. The stuff is Rock solid and will last a generation. This team was even ready to design it for me the way I wanted it. This place is much cheaper than a pepper fry or Urban ladder. Jodhpur furniture are the true artisans of original Indian designs. They must do a bit more of marketing and increase their customer reach.

Dont waste your money here, these guys are only about selling you the stuff and then forget about it once any problems come up . . worst quality product. i purchased a dining table set, first they took ages to deliver the product with the color of the table and chairs not matching. misbehaved when complained, after that, this is what happened to it in 3 months (see attached). These so called entrepreneurs cited some phony reason and refused to repair or replace it. The products here may sound less expensive than better brands like Urban ladder, and they also look and feel good at the time of delivery, but they really sell you the junk, better to add a little more to your budget than waste the whole amount.

Exceptional customization in a very reasonable price. We explored many websites online and also checked several showroom but there was many restrictions when we asked for customization. My friend recommended this showroom and we went just to have a look. I must tell you the showroom is not fancy or anything like others but what they sell is amazing. I selected many pictures and asked them if there is any chance that they can meet our requirements and luckily they said yes.I bought the furnitures 9-10 months ago and I have faced no problems till date.

Was looking for a great design shoe rack for a long time and finally got it from here. Loved the product. But the delivery was terrible. I already told them that we are in 3rd floor. They dint even bothered to cover the product to deliver, not even a bubble wrap. I agree stairs were small still they could be more careful while delivering. Delivery guys were dragging it like anything that you can’t see. Finally the product got some scratch because of the way they delivered. Now am confused if to buy next time from here or not. Better to arrange your own delivery if you can’t resist buying product from here.

I visited the Koramangala store last month and finalized a Sofa come bed and a side table. I asked for a little customization and they were okay with it. The process was smooth, I went and checked the product once it came to Bangalore from Jodhpur. It looked exactly same as per the design. Very unprofessional guys. Google says their opening time is 10 but it opens at 11 so we had to wait outside their shop. Even when they opened it, the person had no concern for the customer who waited for him to arrive. He constantly kept talking on phone and paid least attention to us.It seems that all their 5 star reviews are fake and 1-2 star are real, because their is a stark difference between them. And also if you notice, some of the 5 star reviews are from the owners and their family members only!

We loved the quality of the furniture in the shop & were impressed with how Mr.Suraj was handling this. He mentioned on average orders take 45 days to get made and shipped out to the address.They also sent you a spare sofa as we really did not have any furniture. 45 days pass, 2 months pass - no delivery. Either weather or transport , something was always stated as a reason.We also waited patiently. We told them were now shifting internationally and have packers coming in & they promised us there delivery would happen beforehand.It is now 3 months & 1.5 weeks, Suraj does not answer his calls. There is no responsible person to coordinate this with.At this stage, we even doubt we will even get a refund.We are very disappointed with the whole experience overall.

Extremely poor service. They committed to deliver our order in a month but instead kept postponing it for four months and eventually cancelled it!!!. We made at least 15 follow up calls and visits but they were the exact opposite of responsive. Refund of the advance payment was equally painful.

Very polite staff and the owners are cooperative when our products got delayed by 4days. They provided a replacement even though we were ready to wait.The amount we payed is worth it and I am looking forward to buy more household furnitures from them.

Team at Jodhpuri have been extremely unresponsive. Had placed an order with them around Sep 2018 and I still await part of the order to be delivered. Even for the first delivery, I myself had to do multiple follow-ups and visit their store numerous times, as their ppl after getting advance and a confirmed order are hesitant to pick-up the calls. I heard good reviews about them earlier, which was one of the reason, I placed my order, but of late they have gone down in quality, responsiveness and timelines.
