I wanted a high end PC to be assembled for my trading tasks and my kids to play games. As a completely ignorant person on this field, I was looking for help from friends to give me specifications and any reference. After a few failed attempts, I resorted to a google search and filtered possible vendors based on the google reviews. COMPASSCO came on top of all the reviews. I was a little hesitant because of fear of unknown, but took the leap of faith. A call followed by a whatsapp chat within a span of 3 hours ended in my placing the order. The only thing I told them was that I needed an AMD processor. My contact was PRINCE from Compassco and he converted this dot to a beautiful picture. I was explained throughout as to why each part like a video card or CPU tower or a fan was chosen and given multiple choices based on design and price to choose from. He was open to explain the performance comparison of different other options and even cut down some of my unwanted expectations, thereby giving an optimum configuration. My PC arrived in exactly 4 days, delivered to my doorstep. It is now a week since I am using it and Prince is ready for any silly clarification that comes from time to time. Highly recommended if you are looking for a professional experience and quality deliverable.

They were just the right guy to make me the computer I wanted for games I requested unlike any other stores who just pile you up with high end hardware making a hole in your pocket. They are very friendly, approachable team and ensured everything including built , test and delivery was made smooth.The only hiccup was a reflection delay in payment from there bank end which could have been done better. May be it was just a one of situation . But all together very happy with the PC.

We went through each component iteratively until we were happy with the set and then the Compassco team immediately about the process of building the desktop for me. They tested the machine on their end to ensure all components functioned well together.The best part was their promptness in letting me know of the delays; mind you that this was in the middle of a worldwide pandemic so the supply chains were severely impacted. Compassco team (& Swaroop) were more than happy to provide alternatives if needed.Finally, their delivery was fast and they packaged the entire system very well. Opening the box was a fun activity and I could see they had absolutely taken care of any potential issues. The padding was strong and secure and all components were in place. Searched quite a lot for Benq projector for our home theatre system. Finally got in touch with Prince. He guided through everything small from price to availability. Before finalizing the product we had a major confusion between 2 models.Prince went out of the way to connect me to a Benq authorised representative who helped clarify details. He even arranged a demo for us a to finalize the projector!!Big thanks to this guy!!

Recently i bought gaming PC from Compassco , on friends recommendation and starting from first call to product delivery everything was smooth.If said product is not available on site, just call them and theyll arrange for you.Within a week i broke CPUs side glass , i was pretty sure ,i might need to have new case or have customized glass made but I called up Prince if he could arrange something and he came back on same day and dispatched new glass !!! They provide an honest opinion and do not recommend a high end processor or RAM if un-necessary. The PC built by them has been running for almost 10 months without any hitch reason being they actually do a stress test before delivering their product.Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy a PC for any need be it high end gaming or a low budget workstation.

Probably the BEST pc assembler in IndiaSo heres my storyI had researched extensively regarding my pc build and the best websites to assemble them. Initially I was considering building it on my own, but one blown up pc of my friend brought me back to reality and I realised I have to look for good websites. Due to the coronavirus situation, prices were very high everywhere and frankly absurd due to limited supply of products.I arrived at 3 options1) Prime ABGB2) The MVP.in3) CompasscoThese were the best websites in my opinion back then . I finalized on a build on TheMVP and tried to contact them. The folks at the MVP were apparently very busy as I had tried to contact them for 3 days and everyday I was told to Call Shaz tommorowOnce I did get in contact, Shaz told me there will be no reduction on the final price nor will I get anything else. Our phone call lasted for less than 2 minutes and he told me we will have to pay the entire amount upfront. A rtx 2070 super and i7 9700k build are very expensive and as such I was annoyed and dismayed by the careless and bad attitude of the staff at TheMVP.I could not go for prime ABGB as they were not accepting any orders. So naturally I went with Compassco. I emailed them regarding my quotation and recieved a reply in less than 1 hour. I was impressed by the speed of the reply . I was in touch with Swaroop Sarkar. I called him regarding my queries and regarding the quotation and I had discovered many more things about him. Swaroop had a history of CSGO eSports back in 2014, when he attended ESWC Paris 2014 lan. This shared passion of eSports made me trust Compassco and I was also told that the payement can be made in 2 halves. Half the amount can be paid for confirmation and the other half can be paid later. This made me trust them even more and I confirmed the order. Swaroop manged to reduce the price by 3000 rupees and also threw in Star wars Jedi Fallen Order as a free game along with the order.2 days later I was contacted regarding a issue with availability of the PC case due to Covid-19 and Swaroop asked me to choose another case. I asked him to recommend me good cases and I also sent him my potential options. I rejected many cases and sent many, however Swaroop was unbelievably patient with me throughout the process and finally suggested me the Phanteks p600s , which was much better than the case I was getting and about 1000 rupees costlier. We finalized and the building began.3 days later I was called again. Swaroop said there is a issue with the front USB -C port found during their testing phase. The motherboard was incompatible with it and despite it being such a minor issue, he offered to upgrade my motherboard from a gigabyte z390 gaming x to an Aorus z390 elite for free. I was amazed at how minor flaws were recognized and dealt with . The PC was reconstructed again and it arrived a week later due to FedEx issues. The PC arrived in 3 layers of packaging with High density foam at all corners and bubble wrapping . And it was a very high quality packaging. Everything was perfect and I recieved all the accessories from my equipment.My build was working perfectly and came with all drivers installed. I was amazed at the high quality assembly and the cable management of the build. It looked meticulously done and very clean.Special Shoutout to Swaroop, who I bothered everyday on the phone for weeks regarding my build and he was still very patient with me and answered all my questions and made good recommendations to me regarding even peripherals and other minor problems I encountered . I would have probably bought it from TheMVP had it not been for their bad attitude. Swaroop reassured me at every step and. I am glad to have purchased from them. I will also upload some pictures of the build now.Do buy from Compassco, they are truly the best!

From the point where I was still seeking information for PC build till the end support after the PC was delivered, team Compassco has been very helpful, supportive and they are thorough professionals in their job.Initially there was an issue with the PSU making some weird kind of noice (low but recognizable). They were quick enough to recall the system back to them and change the PSU with a different model as it was found that the earlier model line up had that noise issue in all the units. I wish they could have tested the system thoroughly before the delivery so that we could have avoided the issues faced during the delivery and pickup of the system as Fed Ex screwed up big time on both the occassions and I wasted a lot of time in unnecessary follow ups and calls with them. But again team Compassco were cooperative and helpful enough to intervene eventhough they were not responsible for the whole issue that Fed Ex created.Coming to the system Oro x230, I have been using it since 2 months now and its performance is butter smooth without any issues, as expected from a high-end system. But I believe 2 months is too early to review on the system, atleast 6 months of usage would be a good time to give a proper system review.Special thanks to Teena and Ankur for all the help and support.I hope the level of support would remain the same even in future.Thank you team :)
