It has been a great experience dealing with address maker. Visited few of the plotted projects which are done really well.

Address makers have cheated one lakh rupees of mine. They ask you to pay an advance of 1 lakh for document verification , but if you find any legal issues with the documents and ask back the booking amount, they tend not to give it to you. Neither do they reply to the email nor do they pick the call.@AddressMaker - Dont make a business out by royally cheating our hard earned money.

If you book a plot with Address Makers and later find that there is a court case involved in the site/villa , then forget about your booking amount that you paid. You will never get it back. I have have been royally cheated by Address Makers and my One Lakh which is taken as booking amount is not returned.

Very well maintained and security is also very good. I visited 2-3 other properties in the same location but, i would prefer this project definitely for multiple reasons. Road connectivity, security, greenery and other amenities are very good

I had booked a plot in The county address, and The Address makers have cheated me of the advance amount . There is no end to end service from Address makers and neither no one picks the call nor do they reply to the email sent. Please do not fall for the brand name.

Sometime these guys can make you fool and not share actual details.

I have booked plot in 2018 and cancelled in the month of June this year due to the developer could not conclude on legal issues and covid uncertainty . My plot has be already booked by another buyer two months back but still they have been delaying in settling my dues and not responding to mails.. please be careful before.investing in this property

Got stuck with my money for almost 10 months, no response and they keep avoiding my phone calls and emails.They didnt even inform about the court cases on their sarjapur propertyThe county Address and refund on cancellations are not even bothered. Very poor customer response.Please show some care and respect towards your customers.Such a shame.

I have visited couple of projects in plotted development portfolio of address makers. It is important to note that AM are actually developing and marketing the projects while they partner with a land aggregator. The quality of development is very good - be it The Serenity Address or the County Address projects that I have seen. One can just look a the road quality, the greenery maintenance, the grand entrance, the underground electric/drainage etc and make out that the builder is making efforts to stand out as one being premium. There has so far not been a compromise on quality. I have also found out that the legal team is thorough and agile, just like the sales team. The background check on title of lands has been very clear for both the ventures with clear indexation of documents. Piramal group might be new to Bangalore market, but they are here for sure to stay for long as long as they continue to carry out quality work.
