Once after the interview is done, they will not update your results and tell that result is pending its been more than 2 months no response from company side. Dont waste your time.

This company took my interview and conducted 6 rounds of Interview including HR round and the salary discussion in a single day in the month of February 2020, till now these so called organisation has not released the offer letter, dont waste your time in attending these types of organisations. Waste of time, waste of energy.

Worst company. They called me for an interview, and the one who called me for interview was on leave that day, n they didnt even know someone has interview to attend there. N they made me to wait for 45 mints n then they said can you come on another day. I mean wht the hell i took one day leave to attend interview if you guys cant maintain proper ethics then just dont call for interview n waste others time. Worst thing. Who doesnt know basic things. I even wont give 1 star bt tats d least a can give so.

The worst.Lady Interviewer took 45 min of time and asked all the questions and dat was too much ,not really necessaryShe repeated the same question multiple times and wen we dont understand the que,she used to make irritative face and repeat the same que .just hate the interview panel

Rude and discourteous behavior of the recruiter.I got a call from your company and one of the leads of the development team i suppose.During the conversation i was asked to tell a little about my previous work experience and then the interviewer explained that in Talisma there is no separate graphic team. So, the IDs have to create graphics on their own. My question was if there will be a help who would give guidance regarding the graphics as i do not have experience in that area. This seemed to have annoyed the interviewer.Grievances:First of all no candidate sends a resume to have fun with the recruiter or waste his or her time.Secondly, each candidate will not fit your requirements.Thirdly, for telephonic rounds there might be some network errors which may lead to a difficulty while hearing.Fourth, if speaking for 5:49 mins is a waste of time,then please do not schedule for the telephonic rounds.Fifth, if you do not find the profile of the candidate appropriate, you can politely say that we cannot take it further, rather than being rude, egoistic, ill- mannered and discourteous.Sixth, a senior level executive would never be too impatient and impolite to anyone. The behavior of the interviewer shows how graceless and ill-bred the employees are.Seventh, in my career of 3.4 years and working with three companies i have not come across such a brass organization.Lastly, please arrange for a behavior or anger management training for your employees rather than searching for candidates to join.I personally would not suggest anyone to join or go for an interview to a place where the recruiter ill treats the candidates.

Many people are staying from long time like more than 10 yers and more than 15 years . interview process is good , they will complete with in a day . They will provide subsided lunch .
