Staff is courteous , fish curry was well made , the fish curry meals come with fish fry as well, good value. Its not crowded like the usual places around jayanagar so its good. Parking is a problem, you may want to look for a place a bit further away from here.

On entering, you are greeted to a well organized and great ambiance.The staff are welcoming and friendly. The order was taken and food arrived relatively quickly.Having ordered the Special Biryani, the taste was not disappointing. The food is very good and its nice place for lunch. It surely gets crowded on special occasions though.All in all, it was a good experience, and is recommended to everyone to try it once.

Long back Ugadi restaurant was best but now management has changed and name has changed to fish land.Food taste is not good and its expensive.

Two years back, this was one of the best places where one can expect the authentic andhra style meals. Recently visited this place only to find the mess it turned out. The so called ₹150 meals is nothing but a sham. I was served rice which seemed to be a left over, dal was just tasteless and veggies only god knows what was it. I hope it rekindles its lost glory

Mangalore style Anjal Fish uppumunchi is very delicious and very very special dish no where available except this restaurant price is reasonable for the quality provided like to visit this place again.

Its better to check the menu and price before ordering , they tell some special dish (which will not be there in the menu )and they charge hugely. eg nati chicken urval ₹380

Tasty authentic food.Had been here while searching for a good authentic place to eat. Its relatively.I ordered the unlimited meals, and boy, they were so much on the platter, almost 12 or 15 different dishes served in small cups n 3 different kinds of sweets.A must visit if you are in jayanagar.

Don’t think it’s like earlier UGADI restaurant which is changed. Comparative to earlier not much tasty and very very costly. Don’t waste money.

We had ordered for fish thaali which was 210 rs, and the waiter said Anjal fish curry comes in fish meals, when we got the bill they charged 630rs for fish thaali saying Anjal fish thaali costs 630, which is not at all present in the menu. When we asked the waiter to show the price for Anjal fish thaali in menu he says it’s not mentioned in the menu.So be careful when you order something, u might be charged more than the rates shown in the menu saying the ones u have ordered is different.Also veg thaali was not worth 200rs.
