I visited Udupi Utsav restaurant for a dinner along with couple of friends. I liked the North Indian cuisine that we tried - roti-curry with my favorite Green peas curry with fresh lime juice as starter and ending with a freshly prepared sweet lassi. The place is self-service model but had some family sitting area to dine. Car parking is a bit of a challenge, as the restaurant is located in a building facing right in front a busy road. However one can park around a park nearby. The food is tasty. The restaurant offers both North Indian and South Indian dishes with a fresh juice counter also. I found the restaurant maintained clean and tidy. Following heath department guidelines, to an extent.

Pathetic service, staff will make you wait for long, do not take parcel from here. Always they miss to pack the food that you have ordered and they pack something else. This has happened for 5th time with me even after complaining. They are least bothered about customer satisfaction. That is the reason even number is not mentioned in the website. I would rate 0 stars but unfortunately because of taste I am rating 1 and for service it is zero.

Very good party hall and food is also satisfactory. Ideally suitable for small parties and strongly recommend this place.

Good ambiance & very tasty food as well. But too crowded &waiting time is too much. If youre hungry when you reach there,you couldnt tolerate serving time.. they usually give priority to online food delivery partners.. so better order it online instead of visiting this place. I should mention my favorite dish kaju masala with kulcha is just amazing..

A very good restaurant. Its close so we always get curry home as parcel and eat something with it. But its always always always very very good.The service is fast, the people are wonderful.But the only this is that they take only card payments if the amount is greater than 200 only. Thats is not so great.But other than that everything is super amazing.The food is wonderful and very tasty.Healthy depends on what you take. A lot of maida items but if not super amazing food!I keep visiting the restaurant very often!

Chow chow bath is amazing here. They have a lot of good options for South Indian breakfast. They also have something called Chocolate Tea, which is probably the worst tea I have had in my life.

Quality local foods including bonda soup, masal dosa, some of Mangalore delicacy like need dosa, bunns etc. Reasonable price, didnt like the gud bud, you will feel the same if you have tasted original gud bud from Mangalore

My place for dosa near my home location.. Thus the only place I would prefer..

The service tendered here is top notch, the food here is too good. It is a pure veg restaurant where in the footfall is good throughout and more on weekends. I especially like the ginger tea and generally I make sure to consume it without miss weekly.One should try it and they can specify it also if the quantity of ginger needs to be more.

The best part about this place, is its wide spectrum of food varieties. Nothing to complain of the quality and quantity . Slightly expensive for a fast food restaurant, trust me its worth the money!

Self service, good ambience and food. South indian, North Indian curries, Chinese hakka noodles and veg ball Manchuria gravy is good.

I have ordered mushroom noodles but i cant c single mushroom in that nd this is not first time m complaining several time i have told them to add mushroom.....but again failing to serve customers .....very disappointed ....not only mushroom noodles most all the foods like this ....do we have to remaind again and again ....is that not your job to serve customers need full ....

Pros: Decent place, not expensive, food taste and variety is appreciable, friendly staff.Cons: Hotel is right before the main road and there is no parking area, no AC and it is self serviced, garlic is used in cooking so people who dont prefer garlic could find it difficult.
