As usual great taste from PARADISE. It doesnt disappoint you with taste. Too less spicy (depending on menu).They have made good choice for contact less ordering food items. Hygiene place, maintained well inside. There is no worry of COVID situation. Well and safely served.

Wrong at so many levels.Firstly, there was table for us to occupy. Not because they had customers. They had the tables filled with plates and left over food from the people they had served. Not one table was clean.It took a lot of time to get at least a table cleaned so we could sit. And that too after I caught hold of one or two of the patrons working there and asked them to clean the table.Food is okay. Pricing is high. My beloved Ghee Rice wasn’t even on the menu.We ordered almost the same food as something that was on a combo offer and the waiter/server/ manager did not even tell that there was a combo offer. I ordered Mutton Biryani through Zomato and they delivered the leftover of chicken and mutton Biryani by mixing it. I found small broken pieces of chicken along with mutton bones, but not even single proper piece of mutton in mutton Biryani I ordered.

The worst in service. Here, the staff dont know how to treat the customers. Reckless replies and horrible attitude from the staff people makes the customers unhappy. The manager has somemuch of attitude and he feels like he owns his place. We have waited for 30mns for the place need to be settled even after the restaurant is half empty. I have tried most of the paradise in chennai, hyderabad and now in banglore the taste seems average as compare to other places. The rice use to be same but masala that what matters in biryani was not delicious at all. I have ordered mutton combo biryani few days back and i didnt feel like having worlds best biryani. Only i liked about this place was mutton pieces that was perfectly cooked.

The food was really good. The kebabs were soft, tender and juicy and its a must try. The chicken biryani was the best. The instrumental songs from the 90s was very soothing when you enjoy the food.

This branch is quite close to the place where I stay.At a point of time, I was craving for hyderabadi biryani and decided to place an order from this outlet. I ordered chicken biryani, small kebab platter and egg biryani.I have got 4 chicken kebabs in the platter namely chicken malai tikka, tandoori chicken, chicken garlic kebab etc. All the kebabs tasted really good. Chicken is well cooked and has absorbed the perfect flavour from the marinade. The long grained chicken hyderabadi dum biryani is intensely aromatic and phenomenal in taste. It has that rich aroma and definitely taunt your taste buds. Egg biryani is also good but it could be better.Overall it was quite a delightful experience with their biryani. Do check out this place to have a flavoursome biryani.

A huge disappointment on my first visit to this well know chain of hotel. I am not sure where to begin but everything from the time we entered the restaurant till we left was unpleasant.There was nobody to welcome us at the entrance in the first place(where they have a podium to assign people their table). We waited and then moved in to be directed by one of the waiters to a corner table. We were 4 of us and wanted to have a 6 seater table for comfort. However, the waiter denied straight away saying it is not possible- we were startled. Anyway, moved forward and occupied the directed 4 seater table. Then a senior member of the staff came so we asked politely what was the reason we were not given the seats we requested. It was even more surprising when he said all the other tables were booked. Please note we visited this place on a Wednesday evening(mid week) for dinner at 8.00 pm and more than 50% of the floor area was unoccupied. It not only surprised but hurt our feelings for lieing on our faces.Moving on, when the menu arrived we noticed only 3 varieties of vegetarian starters of which two were of Paneer. 🙄When asked, the staff answered rudely that this is all what is available as this is pre-dominantly a non veg restaurant.The prices were too high for the quantity they served. 8 piece paneer started costed us around Rs 300/-. Unbelievable!Here comes the stunner: there are two varieties of chicken biryani based on the size/quantity. One is single and the other is normal. The normal was priced at Rs 335/- and we hoped that it would fill at least 2 people since they are charging Rs 100/- more than the single biryani. Alas, were we disappointed. That biryani couldnt fill just one person per se. They had put two leg pieces and thats it, no more chicken.The service itself was very bad as the waiters helped us only once during our meal and disappeared. Reshmi kababb not good, tandoori chicken like not again. The person who was serving us was arrogant. He seems like he is not passionate and not interested in his job.. He was dropping the food on the table, dropping the food into our table from a distance. I had a disgusting services in this place, I will never visit this place again.Also not recommended for a good service.

Not good for vegetarians. Mutton biryani was good as per my husband. Khubani ka meetha was very fresh and nice, a must try. Overall experience was ok. Very unlikely to meet expectations if you have Hyderabad paradise on your mind.

Genuine review from Biryani lover - Lots of hyped about this place. My second time and again I was very much disappointed. Last time ordered Chicken Nizami dum biryani from Marathalli branch and had no authentic biryani taste. So this time I ordered Simple Chicken dum biryani from Virginia Mall branch to justify its so called famous worlds best biryani but again it let down its popularity.. they have same Rice with plenty of garam masala taste only and having zero authentic biryani aromas and taste..chicken pieces were average. If your main chef is not available then close your shop and dont serve to be condemned. There are many other biryani in city far better than this low grade item. Even roadside biryani have more taste than this item. You forget about the customer and focusing only on earning money. Too much of hype have just degrade your thought and services.

Paradise Biriyani is really an auspicious place for tasting Biriyani. Its not too spicy but adequately furnished with spices and served warm. I was introduced to the Paradise by a friend of mine who used to go there and got some special offers. The salad and other ingredients together give this biriyani an extra flavour which I am sure made everybody attracted to the place. The chikken nuggets there are also tasty. I saw lots of people on weekends as well as week days arrive at this place to enjoy and celebrate with their near and dear ones. After being introduced to this place I also became a frequent visitor to this space of tasty food. The service there also are equally good making this place attractive.

My favourite brand since I had it first 13 years ago. I prefer this chain for authentic Dum Biryani more than any other place. Be it chicken or mutton biryani, you will find the taste, aroma & aesthetics in most satisfying way. Quantity & quality of chicken/mutton are always good. Rice quality is good, well cooked & tasty. Complimentary items like mirch salan & raita are equally good & goes well with it.For additional items like starters, I go for Kalami kabab mostly. Other good options are malai tikka , Tandoori chicken & mutton kababs.Overall a worth place to satisfy your non veg taste buds & well managed place for lunch/dinner with family/friends. Now i would like to tell what actually biryani is... The word biryani itself indicates rice cooked along with masala including the main ingredient of it.. (be it egg or chicken) ... And what we see here(i dont jus mean this restaurant.. But all the restaurants across this city) is coloured rice and Lumps of spices paste unmixed..( Or sometimes no spices at all.) And separately cooked chicken... How these guys cook it separately i dont understand.. WHEN YOU KNOW COPYING THE NAME OF A GREAT CITY LIKE HYDERABAD TO SELL YOUR FOOD.. All the waiters look busy ,and serving takes lot of time even for simple biryani. No one even comes to your place atleast for 10 mins!!!I waited 10 more minutes to settle the bill
