The stay was really cool. Uncle was very communicative and the caretaker was decent too. Nice cozy place and a decent price too. Definitely will recommend for young folks , friends or couples too.

Everything was perfect , neat very hygiene and sanitising what ever it comes to cleanliness was very much appreciated we were made very comfortable , and all vessels and other requirements needed for cooking was provided . The bedspreads were neatly washed and also extra beds were provided to feel more comfortable for extra people . I would really suggest my friends to visit the place . Thanks for the wonderful experience ..🙏

Qualtems Guest House offered exactly all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay in the city and I would 10/10 stay over again when in town. Hospitality par excellence is all I can say about this lovely and rare gem of a place. People should definitely check it out when in Bengaluru.

This place is Awesome to stay compared to staying in lodge. The rooms are very clean and neatly maintained. I stayed in a apartment which consists of 2 bedrooms and hall attached with kitchen 2 bathrooms and balcony. Its the best place to stay in weekends and visit places nearby. They provide fast WiFi service, with gas stove, induction stove, TV, sofa, hair dryer, iorn box, fridge, cups, plates and many more. The apartment is fully furnished. The place is cost effective tooo.....👍🏻🙂.... Thanks to the owner of this apartment. Keep up the good work 🙂.

This place is one of the best I have ever stayed , we stayed in a 2bhk with two baths , 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and aliving room. All the rooms are very well equipped and neatly maintained. The owner is very polite and kind .

Good comfortable place

The place is well maintained and well furnished.It has all the necessary items.Good for a group of friends and family too.A bit away from the main city but transport can be arranged.The view from the terrace is awesome and the TV with wifi gives you access to all the medias online
