They help with showing options, rebates and also take bookings for out of stock items. May ask for Bharath at the store when you are there to get optimal recommendations. They have almost full range for childcare including apparel, gadgets, furniture, toys and a whole lot more under one roof. Perhaps an elevator to first floor and restroom at both floors might be a good addition. They provide home delivery and assembly as well. Items are competitively priced and seasonal discounts plus club membership programs help with rebates

Nice experience in First cry Whitefield.Was attended by Mr. Bharath, he was quick to find the items we were looking for.One of item was not in whitefield store but Bharath was able to get the item from other First Cry store and delivered to home.Nice and friendly spoke guy is Bharath.

The staff seemed completely uninterested, many just roaming around talking on their phone other making thier own groups and talking among themselves. No help or interaction with the customers at all and that too in an overstaffed store.

Visited store in April 1st week. Very disorganised store. poorly motivated staff. Just lazing around when lot of improvement can be done to make shopping experience smooth for customers.

Better shop online then visit the store, Staff count is good but the clothes are not arranged properly.Even there are some toys for kids lying around, which kids try to play but the store manager gets angry when kids touch it and forcefully stops them to play.Need to be caring towards smaller kids and should convey softly and handle with care.

This is a pretty big shop with parking on the side and lots of baby stuffs under one roof. I went here to buy a car seater and the staff was helpful to show me their stock. The stock was very less at the time and way overpriced. The 1st step car seater which they are selling for 6000 is available in Amazon for 4200! I also checked the price of a small keying toy and found it to be above 700 whereas in Amazon it costs 199. Their dress collections are pretty good but again overpriced.Everything here is way overpriced so I dont recommend buying from here

Worst customer service experience. Purchased Mamaearth detergent with other stuff. But the detergent bottle was broken near the cap and leaking inside the lamination, when asked for exchange they refused claiming this has nothing to do with them.After seeing so much negative reviews didn’t expect this worse and gave a try but they proved they are zero in service. Not able to give zero started so giving one.

Largest store with good collection in whitefield for all range of kids.

It is really hard to say that first cry store service is really pathetic. There are various reasons and few of them Im highlighting here:- Management is very poor- Communication gap across the staffs regarding any promotional offers or other services- Products are not qualified, means after billing is done we will get to know that product is defective.- Coupons are deleted without using them based on non communicated T&C. I must say application used in store is not much intelligent enough.Thanks anyway for serving till now!

Great collection of baby products, prices are higher than the firstcry online store.

The store has started with diwali offers with discount coupons for the further purchase. But at the time of redemption a hell lot of confusion like number not matching, email id not matching etc.First of all the staffs are not trained on their own billing system.They are not able to take any decisions.Their superiors are not responding to their queries.

Nothing more than loot.Price is the only part I have concern , almost more than double of their online price , better to shop from their site .
