The simplicity at its best. Wide range of products with muted colour palette from clothes, home decor, stationery , furniture etc are tempting in every way. The products are of course Japanese so are Kent to be simple minimal aesthetically pleasing. Its costly , all of it but if you want a specific box, cup, spoon, pen then you cant control yourself .

Great place for people who want to organise their life. Get the right stuff for travel, scheduling and lifestyle. It would have been great if the products were manufactured locally.

The mall was good, it was in Whitefield in Bengaluru and all the brands are there to buy from. There are movie theaters too. It has PVR s well as Inox. The experience of Inox was great. There is a gaming zone for children too. A big food court where one can eat different cuisine. So it will be a good place to to if you are looking to spend time and enjoy and chill out with friends as there are some bars also.

While it takes time for the store to refill their stock, you can find many great items for the home.Mops, buckets, trash cans...But also skincare supplies, clothes and travel accessories such as vanity cases and luggages.A must for Bangalore and the only Muji in the city.

You may feel like buying most items displayed there. It is that good and very well marketed.The prices are definitely on the higher end compared to similar items from different brands.Quality is unmatched but may not justify the prices it has.We have bought several items from this store and my favourite is Muji Fountain Pen, made from aluminium.Love this store as its very different from what you may see often and worth your visit.

I love this shop! It has clothes to stationary to home improvement stuff to some very fine porcelain cutlery. Some reasonably priced, some expensive. Its one of those shops which you cant come out of without buying something interesting!

The place is simply amazing. Can spend more than an hour there. Beautifully designed solutions for even the most niche use cases. The only thing to think about would be the value vs price for each product.

I love Muji, but this store has got to have the worst staff ever! Waited 10min to pay and there was just one person in front of me at register, meanwhile many staff member walking around doing basically nothing.

Stationery and home section is interesting but apparel and footwear is expensive with no sense.

Large shop with a lot of collections. The main problem is that most of the items do not have the price tag in inr. Specially true for the stationary and writing materials, which was of prime interest to me.

Thinner Socks still not available, in general also new varieties should be added.

This place offers an overall experience of shopping for clothing and household Stuff. This is one of the biggest muji store in Bengaluru. The quality of the products are very good. I had a good experience with cloths especially. Though its bit pricey. Staff is very helpful you to explore the store offering.

Amazing place to visit. Its having a Japanese products here. But pricing is very high. Even though the product quality is good but prices on higher side. So ppl who can prefer to pay high amounts, can go n shop happily.

The products are extremely well made. Fabrics are very comfortable. Furniture and household things have the minimalistic zen vibe. I am forever longing to see what new things they have every season.

This store has spectacular collection of things. Most of them are import from Japan. Our sales executive Mr.Wasim was very helpful in assisting us to our needs. I recommend you to come and take a look, believe me you will not go wrong.

Had been a regular customer, however have stopped buying from them now out of utter disappointment. Two incidents have contributed to it - bought a samurai blade sharp kitchen knife, which was quite expensive. Had bought scissors where were promised to be sharp as well. Utter disappointment, both were blunt. Knife is so blunt that it does not cut properly. Scissor hands were slightly bend which does not cut paper at all. I think they sell returned/damaged items back to the customers. Advise to thoroughly check before you buy.

I have had two very bad experience with this store. They have no value for customers.First experience, bill was incorrect and when i requested to correct the bill, they did and said the money cant be returned.Second, i come two weeks later to alter my trousers ( which was not altered correct the first time ) and now they say they cannot do anything.Spoils your days every time you enter this place.

This place has a speciality of household products, but also keeps variety of cosmetics, and even stationary products with apparels. The products here are amazing in terms of quality or features, though the price would be on the higher side a little (not over expensive). For ladies, you must visit the store if youre into good quality cosmetics. Personally I loved the kitchen products the most, but also not to forget the wooden furnitures. Though I didnt find the apparel section as attractive as the any other section in the store. The store is situated on the upper ground floor of VR mall.

A pretty good collections of stationery, household stuffs along with clothes, shoes and etc. The quality of books is great but are of high cost! Price tag of all the products are more than expected! I still recommend it for unruled diaries. They are soo good. The word minimalist makes no sense in here!

I love the stationery here and the minimal storage options, also some of the kitchen essentials are really cool. However the price is not mentioned on all products, especially on most of the stationery. I love the whole aesthetics of this store. But the sales staff tail you like youre gonna steal some stuff and run out. For an introverted person with social anxiety like me this can be a very very unpleasant experience. Most of the times I have walked out without buying anything even though I desperately wanted to. I hope they stop acting the way they do and maybe theyll get some business. Its such a shame that I cant visit this store because of their behaviour.

I went to complaint about a new pen not writing. They refused to replace without bill. Same day I requested an exchange of size of a T-shirt and were treated so badly doubting if we were the original buyers even after producing the bill. Worst customer service and rude shop personnel who were not cooperative. They just sell the product and don’t care customer experience. I sent a complaint online and even after 3 weeks no response. Everything tells about the brand as a whole if they don’t fix their problem.

This place is worth the visit. The staff is very polite and helpful. Moreover one can find whatever they are looking for. The goods are very economical too!Just loved it

The MUJI passport application does not work well (OTPs arent sent over. I tried to report this to the customer care but they dont seem to care). So even if youve accumulated point you cant really encash them. Go figure.

Stores VM display is always very organised and beautiful.I love their all the sections like fashion wear,skin care,kitchen section and stationery.Youll get many things for kitchen organisers,skin care organisers for your home.

The only thing disappointing about this Muji is its size. So you dont get the same assortment of outstanding clothes and accessories that Muji delivers everywhere else. The staff was helpful too. Great place for your work desk shopping.

Its been year now since store opened in Bangalore VR Mail ,Im being part of this family from last one year , Journey so far is just amazing and has good time with team mates as well as management.Basically the store from japanese which is took over by RBL India ,I really found lots of collection and would suggest you guys to visit grab this amazing experience .

Well they claim to be a humble establishment with humble roots , that is why I chose to shop there for minimalistic things , I did find minimalistic products but at an astounding price which made me think , I could have made the chop sticks or porcelain cups with my own hands rather than buying it for 2k bucks . [ Yep , 2 sticks for 2000 bucks , I find it too much ]

Very poorly maintained car parking. My car got damaged with drain water falling on it which became so hard that removing them damaged the car. All this happened when parked there for 3 hours.

Muji store at VR mall is the worst in customer service, today when I visited I was the only customer with number of salespersons, who were not even bothered about my presence.Even while picking products did not helped,took time to bill, finally talking to themselves system not working, lastly I told directly you people are least bothered about the customers & left everything there.👎
