Buffet dinner is having normal spread.Not much variety, but the dishes are tasty.No beverage (tea/coffee) nor juice available as a part of the buffet. Only normal or max hot water is available

Went for Dinner on Saturday. We wanted to have oriental cuisine and we checked menus of few restaurant around Belendur and found menu interesting.On receiving Menu card, we were disappointment as the menu was reduced inn account of on-going Covid situation.But to our delight staff was co-operative and helped us to order what we came for. Special mention of our Hostesss Durgeshwari. She made us feel at home and also offered us to taste salad from Buffet menu.Shout out to Pawan too who took care of our order and needs.Coming to food it was fresh and flavorful. We enjoyed both Thai green curry and Tofu in black bean sauce.We are happy customer and visit back soon

Very very bad experience , by seeing the reviews and photos we visited the hotel yesterday for lunch.no fruits ,no briyani, just full of potato.no one to guide, I paid 1500/ person but not even worth for 300

A good restaurant in the area, really nice buffet spread for brunch. They have a large dessert selection, and gelato ice creams, which I love. Lot of live counters too. And have a childrens play area separate.

Lavish delicious spread , the best on Bellandur Outer Ring Road j feel. I am a regular here and last Sunday I was here or their exclusive MAYngo Sunday brunch with some of my friends. The spread is mind boggling and it has pan Asian , Japanese , Indian , middle eastern and continental cuisines to offer. The live music with great songs playing added to the charm and experience here.

Breakfast buffet here is rich, food is great and the selection is quite impressive.It does not matter what breakfast you prefer you will probably find here many choices.Except for the variety the buffet offers, you may ask for some eggs cooked for you in any way you like, waffle, pancake, or dosa, and of course hot drinks to help you wake up...

We visited The square for a lunch buffet. They had a huge spread for both veg and non veg. Although of good quality, but they definitely can improve on the taste and finesse in several of the dishes.

A massive 5 star for the exceptional service by Mr.Kapinder Joshi (KP). Was the there for breakfast along with my mother and later joined by my father and yes the buffet spread despite for covid was amazing and this guy was TRUE TO HIS WORK ETHICS. High respects and certainly will come by for dinner just for this guy. Hatss of young fella....u do need a promotion or atleast a good recognition. Your employer is lucky to have you. Good luck !

Tried the Sunday brunch. Vegetarian options are not that great. However the non-vegetarians had a fabulous spread. The staff seemed friendly. Desserts are mind blowing.

The food here and the spread is simply amazing. The salad bar, cheese board and the raw fish and cold meat section just wowed me. Best place for lunch/brunch. Bit on the higher end but they completely do justice for the rate.

Because of covid, and/or few people, buffet spread was bare minimum but price tag was same. Used to be good sometime back so we went there.

Visited for Sunday brunch buffet. The menu was appealing and the food items were spread out lavishly, filled with multiple live cooking counters. Was astonished with dessert items which were very unique and mouth watering unlike the usual stuffs that other buffet places offer. Special thanks to chef Valli, staff Shikha and team for making the experience extremely joyous and memorable.

It was worst experience I had with family. It was like they arent interested or care about serving food here. The food was cold and actually 5_6 items were only being served( I was there on time for dinner). This place nowhere looks like as shown in pics. All food items were cold and not eatable. Please just avoid it. At last youll kill yourself if you see the bill for food you ate( I almost killed myself though my loving family stopped me).

Went there for Saturday lunch buffet. Buffet Spread was very limited for the price they charge. Taste and food quality was terrible. Immediately after the lunch all of us had upset stomach. Food looked stale. We had ordered couple of kulchas. Got them 30mins late.Waste of money, do not recommend them.

Great place for your small celebrations or your office ones. Its definitely on the expensive side. Buffet costs ~5000 for family of four with two kids.My favorite was the veggie sushi. Too bad they dont carry it now-a-days

Had dinner at the square on Novotel. The service was excellent, with the team of chef Rahul, Suman, Lopen, Pintu and Shikha making this a truly.memorable evening for my wife and myself. The food was unbelievable, excellent sourdough and multigrain bread with a hint of garlic. The Thai green curry though was the highlight. This was probably the best Thai curry I have had in the last 10 years, with every bite bursting with flavor.The experience at Novotel was a truly enchanting evening with great food and excellent service

I am a frequent customer of your hotel as we stay quite nearby n also order customised pastries/cakes during special occasions of my parents n other family member. Last Sunday,Jan 3,I came as a single person (without my family) n had dinner at Square. Was extremely pleased with the hospitality of Mr. Suman who provided me excellent service with truly appreciable warmth n courtesy. He took meticulous care in arranging specific items with my customised preferences n gave me a quite memorable experience. So 5 stars from my side to Mr. Suman.

I dont normally eat breakfast, but the buffet breakfast at The Square is just too good to pass up! There is a huge variety, truly something for everyone, from Indian food (which is not my cup of tea) to continental eggs to order, cheeses, breads & pastries, fruit, yogurts, cereal, quiches, pancakes... and I personally recommend the Belgian waffle!On top of the great food, the service is also excellent, especially KP who ordered my fresh orange juice as soon as he saw me walk in or even when he saw my colleague if he arrived before me, and Durga who put a rush on my eggs order when I mentioned I was in a hurry. Of course all staff will greet you with a smile and do their very best so you can enjoy a great breakfast!

Been here few times for week day dinner buffet. Food is average, ambience is good. Main reason we visit here is that its walking distance from office, so is convenient to visit after office

The chef and the F&B Manager went out of their way to wow us with their specialty dishes.Good flavour, lovely Ambience, special service made the dinner memorable.Definitely worth making a visit if your on ORRTry Sundays when its not Buffet dinner. Less crowded and the chef has the time to pamper you.

We had gone for Breakfast on a Sunday. We were delighted by the overall customer service + the wide choice of dishes. The freshly made waffle was really Yum. Also you could have your eggs made to order. Overall highly satisfying experience.

Been here for team lunch from office. They have a wide variety of buffet spread along with live counter for Chinese food. They even have sushi in the buffet. Food taste is good. Also the dessert section there are lots of options with nice desserts which i loved the most. All the sweet tooth people will love it.Ambiance is neat & nice with good lighting.Worth the buffet costing.

Value for money .....

Staying in Novotel Bangaluru will never be a wrong choice. The hotel and its’ room are clean and tidy. The team of hotel staff are cheerful as always and attentive even though most, if not all, have been working long hours of at least 12hours a day.The serving crew in its’ all day restaurant-The Square is second to none and never lack of energy. They always make you feel welcome and guest request as always on their radar.Have been seeing Rahaman since I arrived on 17Nov. He is one of the serving crew that is always carrying a wide smile and put customer’s request above anything else.Kudos to all the staff and Novotel. Well done.

Had come for dinner and found that the staff is very helpful and kind. Prabhat was very nice and took care of us. Varun was very kind enough to come and check if we need anything and served us a very good cocktail as our request which was not in the menu. Will come again for sure.

This was a good experience and the eating option is also very good. Staff is excellent because of their great attitude and friendliness. Good option of food available in buffet. They also have options of power lunch which was explained in a good way by KP and Durga.

Came to dine with family. It was a very good experience especially because of Varun. The drinks were amazing. The buffet spread provided a lot of choices, and was tasty with reasonable price. Even my 3yo was enjoying both the environment and the cuisine.

KP (waiter) and Adam (Sheff) kindly cooked soup noodle like Japanese Ramen for me that was special menu. It was so delicious The soup was so tasty that I think it is chikin based. One impressive thing is they made it by hearing a few words from me. They are really professionalI will repeat this restaurant again and recommend it to my friends.

Casual Sunday evening dinner (A la carte) at The Square. Relaxed ambience, friendly staff who arent intrusive but always around when needed. Great cocktails (Tender Novotel and ever reliable Long Island Ice T). Food was good in taste and was much to our liking (had mostly North Indian apart from a portion of Cantonese Noodles) as we had kids along and therefore preferred food which wasnt very spicy.I am forced to withdraw 1 star after initially giving 5 because of lack of choices when it comes to Vegetarian North Indian menu. Hardly 3 4 curries to choose from. Also, the prices are slightly on the higher side and although it doesnt pinch that much because preparations are delicious, the portions definitely have a scope for improvement and can be a bit more generous.

One of the best places to have a business lunch and discussions..excellent, pleading and yet quiet ambience with a menu range to please all tastes..back it up with pampering service and you get addicted to this place! Pankaj Ram and team are very attentive yet non intrusive, and gave us a great experience that lingers on..

Very good atmosphere and good safe environment

I came down for dinner in square and enjoyed the food and service. Prabhat and suman were excellent and took care of us very well.

We stayed at the Square for Sunday brunch and we had appreciated the continental kitchen as well as the Indian one, the service is good and also the ambience. Quiet atmosphere, kids zone and collaboration of the waiter and waitresses with babies.When we want to eat a good pizza we go to Novotel cause its really tasty (no garlic in tomato sauce, no chili, no pepper) and has our standards.I kindly suggest this place.

We came to square for dinner along with friends for dinner. The buffet is remarkable compared to other. Even the service handler subom and KP were very good. Chef Gaurav is very good and prepared food as per our taste.

Just walked in for a quick lunch in the restaurant. We wanted to have little food but while having a look at the buffet we wanted to have all. The food looked so great and tasted great as well.kuduvo and Mahesh took very good take care of us as well.In short great good and great staff.

Had an awesome 3 days here. It was beautiful, rooms are nice, food is amazing for a ingredient sensitive guy like me, staff is very good. Kanti and Suman were particularly very nice at dinner. I just hope the traffic in this area was not a nightmare.

Ive been visiting this restaurant for so many years now and have seen it going down from super to not so great anymore.They used to have fabulous chefs serving global cuisine and fantastic desserts but over the years the place has simply lost its charm.The variety of food is not so great anymore. The buffet very average. The desserts have lost the charm for me. Dont look fwd to my visits here anymore.Its just a corporate group lunch/dinner place now.

Loved the food, ambience and service. Pasta counter was live and the chef churned out superb spaghetti and pasta. Loved the salads and the dahi wada was amazing.We didnt try Indian food much as the continental spread was very tempting and kept us busy. Desserts were elaborate however the best was Danish pudding, rest were all mediocre and expected at buffets.Seating however was not ergonomic, we had to bend over backwards to reach the table.

Amazing spread of buffet lunch on a weekday. Liked their momos and sushi though not the very best sushi I have had. Most items are above average and it has options for kids like pasta and pizza which is great if you are a parent. Their dessert options are very vast... recommend it if you are looking at a 2.5k for a couple tag.

A nicely laid out buffet with Indian, chinese and italian food options. Not too many starters though they make it up with live pasta, noodles and fried rice bar.
