The guys working here are arrogant and very rude. Have seen many instances of them abusing the customers and experienced myself when I asked him to pack the waffle. Guy who was in the counter asked me why dont you tell me before ordering. I explained that I did not expect that waffle to be big. He rudely rejected and argued.Also, they charge hefty amount and give you a double waffle that one cannot eat as a snack.Better to avoid this place.

Had the worst experience. I waited for almost 45min for 3 waffles. I was the last person to get served even though I was the first person to order. when I asked him for the reason, he told me because I ordered for a take away I was the last one to get served. Apart from that when I reached home I realised he had also missed a item in the order. I suggest you guys get your things straight and also fix your staffs attitude towards customers.

The guy who runs it was inspired by waffles when he was in Europe for his job, he left the job and came down to India to sell waffles and man, did he not he make a right decision 🙂. Waffles are really great, they are very soft and yummy. Always a treat to come here and try different flavours.
