Recently travelled 5 days North Karnataka bus tour. It was a nice trip and covered all the places as per itinerary. Deluxe AC bus is good. But they should consider to provide sleeper buses for long trips. Guide-Rathod is knowledgeable.

KSTDC is absolutely amazing. They have a wide variety of tour programs. All at reasonable rates. Tour buses are awesome. They are clean and well maintained.

KSTDC office at Yeshwantpur BMTC stand. Its in ground floor. All Karnataka tour packages available. You can enquire here and avail tour services. Very nice service. Guides are also nice and describe in detail every place in tour. The tour packages are reasonable and comfortable. 15 people are needed to go for any tour. If less then it might be cancelled or you might be asked to choose another tour.

Went in Tirupati trip. Travel reception and counter parts are very good customer friendly. But hotel stay was not up to Mark. Other than that everything was well organised

This is the Present office which got shifted from Badami House. The office is good & located in the basement. The staff are very nice, polite and friendly.

I had been to tirumala package , package includes Breakfast and lunch but they have not provide it and rooms were dirty and not up to the mark . they wont allows us to do the shopping. darshan was good and well planned.

Worst service provided during Thirupathi package and tour. Hidden costs everywhere during the trip. Service used to be good now has gotten worse. Would not recommend.

Had booked mysore 1 day tour. My boarding point was as printed on ticket : Kengiri bus stop. Reached 20 min before time, at 7.10am. asked around, at kstdc cafe, etc, was told boarding point was inside at Mysore platform. Location as found from link in sms sent was later discovered to be incorrect, is actually 20 min earlier location. Called driver, he says reaching in 10 min.Driver arrives and calls and yells as to where i am, i said i am in kengiri bus stand with luggage and family. He continues to yell at me that he is leaving without us, all this from him in broken Hindi and Kannada ( i do not understand Kannada). Then gave the phone to a lady who informed us that driver is waiting on the street outside !!! And we ran with all luggage outside, to a yelling driver.Why then not print clearly : OUTSIDE Kengiri bus stand : Why harass customers like this. Kengiri bus stand means in the stand, doesnt it, to a new customer.After this bad experience, did not book next day Bangalore tour.Hope someone takes notice of this.

I had been to Tirupati one day package sheegra Dharshan on 28th nov. bus condition was really good and well maintained. But only issue was about the food facility we had to pay extra for that but that was ok but the hotel these people are tied up was really worst (hotel sangeetha ). Dharshan time was really less it was within 1hr but overall problem again was with lunch they had stopped at one of the worst hotel I have ever seen hotel bhimas veg. I am comparing this with ITDC Package where they are far better and they provide food for free and good accommodation.Overall four star given for bus maintenance and Dharshan timings.

KSTDC conduct TTD package and take all pilgrims to very BAD Hotel PLR Candy at outskirts of 20kms from Tirupathy and arrange for Night stay. The Road side hotel is better than this hotel. A poor service, no hygienic place very bad service at Restaurent. Coffee charged at Rs40 per cup, Buffet Lunch is at Rs150 oer head only Rice Sambar is given, Dinner is at Rs140 per head only Tiffin like Idly and Dosa is given. No hot water in Rooms, For 3 person stay only one Bed given people have to sleep one over other. No drinking water facility at rooms people have to carry Carvery water from Bangalore ot Mysore. Hotel management cheating KSTDC and all Pilgrims by collecting thousand of money. KSTDC should Black List this PLR Candy Hotel and cancel all MOU Contracts and ask for denar age of providing poor service to all pilgrims past all these days. If this continues KSTDC will loose its Reputation

First and foremost, let me express my sincere appreciation for KSTDC on its service, passanger care and organisational commitments. We have gone for a short vacation to Mysore - Shravanabelagola-Beluru and Halebidu by KSTDC and its truly amazing. The tour package was very nominal and wonder how could they sustain by offering tour package at a very low rate?. Indeed its VFM.The bus was very comfortable, the driver and his assistant was very courteous and they indeed taken care of the passanger. The Hotel we had overnight stay at KRS Brindavan Garden - Hotel Mayura Cavery was also very good.Overall, we could say that the tour was very memorable and look forward to have many more soon.We are very thankful to KSTDC.#letsguide

One of the worst tourist. they are trying to divert the tourist to buy something where they are getting some commission, instead of covering all the tourist places. i recently had been to Mysore tour package they missed Brindavan Garden and Zoo, but wasted our time by visiting some nonsense shopping mall where they get commission

Very Good, but some of the guides think only about making money. Most of the time they will not provide all the facilities that they mentioned.

The new KSTDC head office is located in a section on the ground floor of the Yeshwantpur BMTC bus stand.Parking is available both for two wheelers as well as four wheelers.

Kstdc franchies are there you have to consult with them and only than you can book as per your desires.
