This is purely based on my visit in September21. I definitely understand the Impact of CoVID. The rating here just reflects more from a shopping point of view. The kids play area is intact and so is the bowling. Food courts have taken a massive hit. You still have Reliance Trends, Digital, Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle and Max. Spar is operating with a much lesser size. I think it may take month or two, to retain its old days glow. You still have McD, KFC while Pizza hut is yet to open.

Pathetic management, very bad service.Had bad experience not once but twice.Management is so poor that they cant even listen to customers.In my case, upi payment for 4 tickets was successful and their systems were having issues and they did not get credited.Even after sharing details transaction details and successful snapshot they did not listen.Non customer oriented manager did not even allow my family to get in and were stopped at security.I was asked to pay again to get to get into ciewiy.Need to write more on how they handled our case.

Nice. We went Gopalan Cinemas. All safety measures are taken before entering to hall. Staff in between also check whether social distance is maintained or not. Seating system and sound is good. You will the ambience food here. Apart from Cnemas you have more super market and other resturants where you shop and dine. People looking for shopping dining and entertainment could choose this place.

Its defnitely...a gud n decent place to watch movie without any hesitation..maintained well around..

More Mega Store, Gopalan Grand Mall: A well-stocked super market with almost all everyday needs and household needs - from vegetables/fruits/cosmetics/grocery to kitchenware, clothes and toys. Spacious with parking space. Good variety to choose from. Courteous staff.

Its an big mall with lot of shops... However, due to Covid-19.. some of them have vacated but big players are still giving there best shot with discounts on new arrivals.Good place to hang out with friends, family & special one👍

Also Parking facility avilable. It situated near Tin factory just near Railway Station R.K.Puram a substation of Bengaluru Railway station near to Whitefielfld area of the City.In this Mall from Foodgrains, vegetable & fruits, oil, butter and Ghee, confectionery, milk, curd, cheese or products from milk, double bread cakes, spices, tooth paste shampoo, soaps, clothes, utensils, plastic utensils, pressure cookers, geyser, gas oven, electric items, fruit juices, dry fruits, all varieties of Consumer items and house hold goods from different manufacturers easily available.

Its a really good mall with all the basic amenities a regular mall needs like a cinema , game centre ,supermarket etc.It just needs small upgrades like more food stalls & entertainment centres then itll be one of the best compact malls around Tin Factory

The cinema is small but clean and sound system is good (dolby).

Pros: If you are looking for cheap products, groceries and household items, this place is good. Vegetable and fruits are also fresh.Cons: The staff here are not at all professional.

Traffic will be there, have patience and use indicator properly and youll be there.. parking is available but charges need to be paid.More market is always cheap.and best.... The Gopalan Grand Mall has More super market , Gopalan Theater, and few more stores.The More super market is very big and has good stock of groceries, fresh vegetables, fruits, plastic, and much more.The theatre is on the second floor l. The screen are good and well maintained. Seats and infrastructure is well maintained.

Its nice place for Grocery & Daily use item,But they need to upgrade The cashier.The cashier behave like were not in a mall. Were at Fish market/Shivaji Nagar Grocery shop

Never ever go to this third class place. The manager/store incharge is extremely quarrelsome person. They display the fake offers and if you shop for the sale and dont check your bills like many of us dont do after shopping, you will be cheated thats for sure. Not once, but many a times I have found them cheating on people. When you try to show them the tags at the tags and your bill, they start fighting with you.Frustrated staff, manipulative offers and deliberate cheating. I suggest the owner to take an emergency meeting about all this and fire the stores incharge first. He even misbehaves with the ladies customer when shown the wrong bill. And yes, dont call it a mall. Its just a more grocery stores and nothing else.

Went for the movie, located at 3 floor of the Mall .Limited lifts are available so it is always very crowded. Theatre ambience is good, there are many shops like Coffee shop, Snacks shops present . Shops are some what costly not accepting food cards. Rest rooms are very maintained very neat. There is lot of checking before entering in to the cinema. Online booking is available

This is a good place honestly .as its near to my house and I visit here often many times.had maintained good sanitisation and average staff during covid 19. compativly low price .I do shipping once in a week here.due to the availability of products and offer on the products and good quality of fresh vegetables and fruits always here.

Its been long time I couldnt visit the mall due to this pandemic situation but this the first time posting pandemic I was able to manage and felt really good in place maintained by gopalan group with sanitization.

Most outlets are either closed or open only during weekends

The quality of the mall has reduced and and cinematic experience isnt satisfactory.

The mall is super, screen is big in size and audio quality also awesome😊 seating cant be much better, remark is only seating, I am saying ok but not worst,Price is also ok in week days burt higher in weekends,Thank you.

Visited this mall for the muvee NOTEBOOK. The rating is mostly for the cinema. To start with.. the muvee didnt start in time, they were cleaning still. The food stalls workers are slow, the food options are less and the quality of the food is average.. The popcorn was not fresh. The muvee started without the usual national anthem.. 🤔 The interval was short i could hardly grab a cold coffee. Missed most of the bumro song.. The sofa seats at the back are low, shud have been elevated a bit. . Luckily there was nobody in front of me else i might have had to struggle to watch the muvee.. When the muvee ended staff kinda rushed us out, they were arguing amongst themselves about cleaning.. 😒 Imagine if it was marvel muvees, wr would have missed the post credit scenes.

Youll be confused to see no signs of mall here. But the multiplex is above visible More Mega Store. Screens are good. But they decide whether to screen a movie or not based on number of tickets booked. Before going to this place, either book tickets online or check if at least 15 seats are booked. If not there are chances of them cancelling the show.
