I have ordered 2 Elk Master Pro tips and Triangle Pro chalk. The chalk was great,but tips were totally disappointment tip was extremely soft and puffy and I have paid 1700 for that 2 tip only.But when I raised query and told them that they might have send me damaged product, can I replace or can I get refund they stopped replying.Before that they were saying that I might not be handling cue tip properly but I have been playing snooker for 7 years minimum 4 hours per day and I know how to handle cue and the tip properly and know difference between good tip and bad oneAnd then I asked them , will I get a refund or I have to bear the loss and suddenly, they stopped replying.Not happy at all!!

Mr. Katerala and his team were very helpful in assisting us make the right decision. They have over 600 cue sticks of different brands; this place is literally a Snooker Players paradise. Select a cue stick you want within your budget, check how it works for you on the Snooker table available there, play a few shots, and decide which one you want to go with. The boys working with Mr. Katerala are extremely helpful, with knowledgeable suggestions. They placed every possible brand of cue stick within our range and patiently waited for us to play some shots and see which cue stick worked best for us. We also bought 2 carry cases, chalks, chalk holders etc..At the end of it all, Mr. Katerala offered us his best price and we went home happy. Gets Billiard Snooker Products almost everything for snooker.

Recently (approx 3-4 weeks back) ordered Triangle Pro chalk from it. Faced a tiny issue in the beginning to followup for the dispatch but was solved eventually...Product- facing miscues and in confidence in the grip to the cue ball due to many miscues. Was using masters chalk earlier and didnt use to face miscues.A good player told me its not original after using it but i checked with the seller of its originality before purchase and i am pretty confident that the product will be original.Will order Masters Chalk the next time and post a review again...Overall ok ok experience.
