One of the Finest golf courses in the city. The golf course is located in the heart of the city and has eighteen holes. Green fee for non members on working day is about 1500/- and GST. On weekends it is 3000/- +GST.The first nine holes have few holes where the fairways are common it thus creates bit of hold ups. The greens are maintained well and provide consistent speed. The back nine fairways are spread out and do not lead to holds up.The car parking is opposite the Lalits Ashoka, the Google map would take you to golf club house complex which is old club house, however for playing golf one has to go opposite Lalits Ashoka hotel entrance.The fairways are narrow and few holes have restrictions to play only with club/ woods having angle more than 22 degrees. The driver etc cannot be used. This is mostly due to the proximity of teeoffs closer to the roads/traffic.The fairways are well maintained and do not provide much challenge to players who can play straight.The new club house have good facilities, the food is good however only members can order it. The non members do not have option to order food through cash/ card.Overall a good experience to play in the heart of Bangalore.

For all the hype about being Bangalores prestigious point of interest, the club fails miserably in living up to the standards of a golf club.

Beautiful stretch of green in the middle of the city, though the ambience is slightly affected because of all the traffic noise (especially near the Sophias entrance) but thats a recent addition that the club cant do much about. Because its a club everything is super reasonable and youll need a member to sign you in. Good options with food, and the service is pretty fast if you speak to the right people. Also remember guys, you cant wear shorts, slippers and if you wear a t-shirt it must have a collar.

Good facilities in the prime location of the city, but not managed as efficiently as d it should befit a prestigious golf club. Hope the management looks into this.

One of the green space in hustle bustle of BANGALORE CITY CORE. The place is green and clean except that the boundary fencing seems to be falling off at places and could be kept cleaner. The huge net is torn at a place opposite Windsor Manor bridge. Hopefully the golf ball doesnt come out and hit someone or a vehicle

It is exclusively for members, I have been to their the restaurants here, food is good, prices are very reasonable, but they need to increase the range of their liquor inventory

One of the oldest golf clubs in India. Terrific staff some of which who hasn’t changed in 2 decades. The club has 2 club houses, one of which was recently constructed and the other is an absolute gem! Also, here’s a photo of the view from the gym in the club.

Great place to chill out , especially in the evenings. Location is good except that the place is amidst the traffic junction and a bit noisy at times. Club ambience in the classic old British type architey, is very good. Food and service excellent. Chilled Draft beer was excellent. Egg chilly and Silver Fish masala gravy was too good.

We came to Bangalore Golf Club with great expectation but had a bad experience with food department, we waited for more than half an hour for placing an order, but no one came and finally we decided to come out, staff easily left is to go. This will be our last visit and we would not recommend any of our friends and family.

Invited for dinner for an occasion.Calm - Neat, reminds me one of the classical places of Bangalore.I guess, toilets are upgraded as i see all new equipments.This is the OLD Golf club, and heard new one is way better than this. Hopefully, get a chance to visit that also.As I spoke to a receptionist guy, i came know that If I pay my membership fee now (2018) I may get actual membership only after 2036. Olllllaaala, big queue for club membership.

Golfing mecca.

Very very beautiful ground in Bangalore from all the hustle bustle, it’s in middle of Bangalore.Old is Gold, Golf club was made in British raaz means very old.But still seems like newly built, very well maintained.It has nice grass golf ground to play golf, luxurious rooms to stay, restaurant to eat, nice gym for workout, even you can conduct a party here.So, I strongly recommend this place.I personally like this place.

Very good golf club. Bit difficult for new players. Well maintained.especially all greens are very good and fast. Everyone must visit this golf course at least once if not regularly. Green fees on weekdays are Rs 1180 which is quite reasonable. Overall a very good experience of playing at this historic golf course.

Great taste of the Canteen food items... especially North Indian and Chinese flavors are just Right.

Great location in the heart of the city. Service is a bit slow but efficient. Plenty of choice for food and drinks. Only problem is parking allowed only for members and not the guests if you are entering from the gate next to Sophias school. View of the greens when seated in the outside lounge is soothing and adds to the ambience and negates the traffic noise.

Good vibes, great fairway view and a place to soak in the legacy of the place with comfort food and slow conversations. Their Egg chilli is amazing and a must try.

An excellent place to play golf and relax. The relatively cramped layout makes one very accurate in play . The ambiance of the old club house is very special; the new club house has excellent facilities.
