Was here for the restaurant The Hebbal cafe!Well my wife found coupon for this 5 star cafe which costs Rs 1000 per person for a buffet here in NearBuy app.Usually costs Rs1500 buy got good deal.The ambience n food quality was excellent.The non veg dishes were less but they tasted good. Their live counters for pasta was excellent!The desert requires to be more tasty. Overall enjoyed the food here.Parking for two wheelers and four wheelers in basement.

The hotel stay was definitely not pleasing and not worth the price. Definitely not a 5 star experience for meMorning 8 AM is set the indicator on my room for room service and I came back to the room at 3 PM to find my room not cleaned yet.Worst part the bathroom shower area was not so clean. And there was no additional toilet paper. Its almost like you need to ask for everything which takes away from the whole experienceThe only reason I gave 4 stars was the food was really goodI think they are operating on short staff probably still recovering from COVID circumstances. Hope they up their game with customer experience soon again

Hospitable and polite staff, good service....Raju in Hebbal Cafe and Rohit at the reception counter were most courteous and helpful. Mohak was also quite helpful at the reception. Very clean and hygienic.Breakfast can be improved for taste and manner of preparation. Chinese food counter was good. Room was a bit cramped for space.Overall good experience. Enjoyed my stay!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Very courteous, friendly reception and support staffs. I came with my very elderly parents who usually require lots of support with walking. Ms Puja and Mr Umashankar made us feel at home and assisted my elderly parents with lots of empathy. Very much appreciated. Great place to stay.

Visited during September 2021. Mentioning the time because it matter during COVID times. Hygiene point of view I would give 4 star. Rooms are really small.not recommended for travelers with more than 2 nights. I faced issue with my booking and check in. I booked hotel from Mybiz MMT portal for 2 nights,Due to some unforeseen reasons I couldn’t checked in on first night I informed the receptionist on call and said will be checking in next day morning. They noted and agreed on. next day reception just denied my booking saying they don’t have room. That was shocking … later they gave me a room by on the spot booking and took one night charges from MMT for first day.

Ambience and service was certainly commendable. The food taste needed a bit more to go to call it an authentic north indian meal.

Approach to hotel is in extremely bad shape. No vallet parking available, in fact no proper parking available due to space crunch.Inside the hotel, you will miss out Marriott feeling completely, it’s more like a business hotel.Will not highly recommend.

Sudhir or Sudeep is the floor manager who told us that the ambience might be little hot as we were having drinks!!!! We had requested him to increase AC! Overall, a very bad service! The waiting staff would try and avoid ignoring your raised hand requesting them to attend. We paid 50K (INR) for that one dinner and we are never ever going back.The funniest part was, when I complained about the air conditioning, one of the waiting staff member started speaking about government regulations:) 😂Had to vacate immediately after that 😀😃

Your team on the 1st floor for Hebbal Cafe was amazing. There service was top notch. 👌. BUT, on the ground floor, I asked a gentleman in the counter for my Bonvoy number, he looked not at all interested to communicate with me. After sharing the number, I thanked him, but he was not even bothered about it. No eye contact at all. Request to that person, dont judge anyone by the cover of a book. Cheers.

I was here for my short business trip to Bangalore just for a night.Chose this place as my meeting place was near the hotel as traffic is really bad in Bangalore.Quick check in, staff is very courteous and display lot of warmth. I wish food also was good as the courtesy extended by the staff.Room was nice, well maintained. Fresh linen and pillows were comfortable. Had a good night sleep. 9th floor room which was lake facing.Used room service and buffet breakfast was average I would say in terms of quality and taste. For example I was expecting atleast Sambhar(Indian gravy) to be best being in South and Bangalore. It was terrible tasting, they complely messed up in my view point.Roof top restaurant is awesome to chill out.

Very new set up and very friendly support staff helped me with early mornign check in the front desk associate. gave extended check out time as well. very nice break fast.

Considering we were the first guests in after lockdown they had the hotel up and running most efficiently. Rooms are spotless, well appointed and very comfortable. Bathroom and shower tip top. Breakfast was fantastic and even had bacon.

Pricey, but offers great views from the terrace bar/cafe. Service can be quicker. Lunch buffet was excellent.

We usually enjoy the sunday brunch here. Like the Salad options, sea food, live counters. Overall a good experience and good tasting food. Desserts counter has a good choice of desserts for children.

Stay was very good and courteous staff.Problem is food, they use dalda in sweets and this is accepted by executive sous chef. Thats why even other items with gravys was not light to stomach.Cmon Marriott this is NOT acceptable at all.

I have dined her on a few occasions. The indoor restaurant and the outdoor open air one, both are good in ambience, decor and lighting. Monalisha welcomes you warmly and make you feel at home. However the service does tend to get slow even when theyre running at 75% table occupancy. Food and drinks are top notch.

I went for breakfast buffet today. The food was good, however the experience was bad. I had called the restaurent (reception and restaurent), before going and checked specifically if the dineout coupon is applicable. Both the staff had clearly mentioned that it is applicable. However after the breakfast when I gave the coupon they said its only applicable for lunch and dinner. Hence I could not avail the coupon. Though I totally understand the policy is decided by the hotel management but getting half baked information from the staff of a star hotel is totally unacceptable. If I have called and confirmed on something, specially from a reputed place, there needs to be clarity in information and if something is agreed upon it needs to be applicable. You go to a start hotel for the experience and gere the experience was bad. This is definitely a horrible and dissatisfactory experience for me due to lack of information from the Marriot staff.

Requested an Airport pick-up and in specific (INNOVA) for the guest travelling from Kochi to Courtyard Marriott Hebbal (BLR) and he has stayed in almost all the properties of Marriott around the world and finally the Hotel sent a small car to the Airport charging a bomb which was not acceptable and absolutely brought down the confidence on Marriott and its services to guestsGuest’s Bonvoy Number: 927815332

Average experience average food . But l would like to say something about my worst experience with DINE OUT APP through which l did my booking for dinner. At the time of booking they offered one plus one dinner free . But at the time of payment after we had our dinner they denied it and we had to pay full amount from our pocket. Guys never trust DINE OUT APP. IT IS MOST PATHETIC APP AND THEY ARE BIG CHEATERS.

Sry to say... today I found a lady and a baby got drenched in rain n came to security gate.. to avoid rain... n I asked fr some tissue paper to the security guards... he went inside ths lobby n came back without tissue paper... ths is wr the humanity is 😔 thy cant even afford a tissue paper wen the people r in need...

Nice Hotel You Must Experience Their Hospitality Once

Dont ever order food for home delivery from these guys. When it comes to the container and the packaging there is no difference between these guys and a street side restaurant, pathetic. I have ordered a Ceaser Salad with parmesan cheese....I dont see a trace of parmesan cheese anywhere and look at the quantity, pathetic!!! This is the last time I am going to order from you unprofessional guys. Go and a learn a bit from Four Seasons where I order food regularly from, but for today thought will order from these folks, a great disappointing!!! This is the last time ever I would have ant to eat your food!!!!

A fantastic place and a great location. The rooms are spacious and the service is good. Not to mention the view from the rooftop restaurant Nazara is breathtaking. The entire Hebbal lake is visible and the restaurant services great food.

I recently visited the place Hebbal Cafe for a team lunch. The buffet arrangements were awesome. It costed around 1533 per head including taxes which is little expensive compared to other places offering buffet.Talking about the cuisine, I would rate fish curry 5/5. It gives me an authentic Mangalorean taste prepared with grated coconut. There are more options in dessert and less options in main course.

Good place for a family dinner. I recently visited their restaurant “The Hebbal Cafe” the ambience is good and the buffet arrangements were awesome. There were only 2 dishes of non-veg but the taste was good.

Buffet was great. Ambience was lovely. Do visit the roof top restaurant. The view from up there 8pm onwards is great! The staff are very prompt and helpful.

Its okay. Not bad but not too lavish. Decent place to stay.

We went for a weekend lunch (they bill that as brunch) and we enjoyed it! The dining area is on 1st floor and quite spacious. They were trying to maintain social distancing as much as possible. Food variety were good for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. There was also a live counter. Overall ambience was good. Even I noticed that the people were wearing masks to the extent possible.I needed to park my car on the driveway around the hotel. It was not valet parking. Courteous stuffs. Santizer bottles were present at multiple points. In the lift also they had no-touch sanitizer dispenser.

Very good place. We went to the Hebbal Cafe and they took extremely good care of us. We will go there again soon.

The team at this property is very sweet, responsive and customer oriented. Members of the team I have received excellent service and friendliness are Savitha, Nishi, Puja, Rohit and Akshay. They are just outstanding people and I felt home here unlike many Marriott properties I have stayed. I would refer this hotel to anyone who would like to visit here. Thanks to Puja for her sweet gesture and the cake was so awesome :)

We loved our stay at the Courtyard Marriott, Hebbal. Hospitality was excellent, the staffs were very accommodating to our requests. The food was amazing. Breakfast was excellent, many choices. The lunch and dinner is served in their rooftop restaurant. Food was again very excellent. Dinner in rooftop was a good experience. The rooms and restrooms were very clean and felt very safe during Covid times. I would certainly recommend these guys any time.

Great Ambience. Excellent food and very well managed and courteous staff. Please avoid taking a smoking room as it becomes really claustrophobic as smoking rooms do not have a good smoke outlet. Rooms are excellent and Nazara is the best place to hang out.

Ac has always hand an issue.They have it set to standard 23 at night.Makes u very uncomfortable and warm during sleep.
