Excellent service from RMZ Zimson watch store. I bought some wall clocks and serviced my watches. The team is very professional and customer- centric. I couldn’t go to the shop so they came over to fix up certain things with my wall clocks. Thanks a lot!!

Extremely happy with the great customer service by Irfan who helped me replace the battery of my Rado watch. Before coming to Zimson RMZ, I went to Zimson Vega mall JP nagar and was totally misled by one of the salesman there who for the sake of making money told me that my watch needs a replacement and has to be sent to Delhi. I went to Zimson RMZ to try my luck and to my surprise Irfan advised me that my watch is absolutely fine and requires no repair. Within next 5 minutes he replaced my battery and showed a great deal of professionalism. Great example of fantastic and true customer service. For all the good reasons he made my day and left a lasting good impression on me. Will definitely visit the store whenever required.
