They have little bit good collection but they have very pathetic policy means if you want to try your cloth then you can not carry your mobile phone there means they are trying to say if you want to show the clothes to your family member in that case you have to bring them to there show, for example if some one from Kolkata and she is going to purchase the clothes from this shop and she also want that there family should know which dress she is going to purchase then in that case she first book flights or train ticket for hole family to travel Bangalore and go to this shop and buy 😂Now a day the butique are also sharing there design online then why this stupid policy is there So over all collection are good but pathetic shoping culture.

This place has good options for traditional dresses. Staff is very courteous n prompt. Alteration service also done here.

Pathetic service. Worst experience ever with this shop. Would never use it again or recommend it. We bought a lehenga and gave one semi- stitched one. Both were billed and paid on the 11th of July by card (we have our card receipts, messages from bank mentioning shop name and both bills stamped). Their tailor, Kiran M tried to take more work from us in her private boutique and misbehaved with us, post which the shop started harassing us with calls regarding the payment of the semi stitched lehenga. They’re asking us for proof when they should look in to their server of card transactions. They’ve very poor customer service and after sales customer retaining service.

Worst service ever.I bought a gown, seller said it will take 15 days for alterations. After 20 days, the guy lied to me on face and said gown is ready but is mixed with other articles, he will get it delivered to home by next day. Then after multiple follow-ups, he told the truth and said he will get it delivered in a week. After 2 months, he asked for additional amount for the same things which was discussed prior to buying.Please dont buy anything from this place. They will overcharge and wont provide you the product.

Their collection is pretty good but the prices are bit on the higher side. After sales services like alteration is pretty slow and almost everytime they left it incomplete and I had to give the same article again for completing the alterations

I bought lehenga choli for the second time.Quality wise, its good and great looking.I gave my lehenga to alter the blouse.The alteration was horrible. I made him to alter two times.The cup sizes are too large, and misplaced.Even after altering , the blouse gave me an awkward look because of the adjustment and fitting.Totally, Im not satisfied with the alteration service. Its worst!I regret buying my lehenga choli here. Waste of 6500 rupees.They have good lehengas collection starting from 2k onwards. My suggestion is to take only lehengas.

Collections are very good .I have purchased white gown this week and given for sleeve stitching . In shop we checked there we cant found Dirt /strains because of lights. Yesterday I bought and disappointed of dress with strains .

What an amazing store for selecting ethnic wear for women. Chudis, Gahra, Kirthi, long gown and cloth for stitching... All under one roof.The collection is across a wide range such that people with different requirements can pick the clothes.Apart from that, the staff are such so amazing. They ensure customer is totally satisfied with the presentation of items. They are good at selecting the items per ocassion and also suggest new designs.In case any alterations is needed, staff are available to make the change perfect to our needs.Must visit store.

I visited with a friend there, JP Nagar. Designs were good, the hosts were courteous and show designs generously. Also, it is not much pricey.

Customer service not upto the mark

Bad experience..went to buy lehanga dress material but the sales girl is not ready to open and show me the lehanga properly. I had to insist her to open and when I didnt like that she told me to decide first which one I want .. so please dont go there if you dont want to spoil your mood.

One of the best shops in jayanagar for ethnic wear. Absolutely wonderful collection at very reasonable prices. You get awesome lehengas, gowns, suits, ghagras and Indo Western at unbelievable prices. Just one thing on improvement could be the staff. They could be a little more courteous and a smile can do wonders.

Collection is good, but alteration is lethargic (need to keep a track with hawk eyes, meaning tell twice and ask thrice before taking deliveries if done what all you asked for, else things you had asked for would be missed).
