I had a great experience shopping at Ritu Kumar in Jayanagar. Its so will decorated and the merchandise are displayed so very well. Staff are very helpful and well informed. I bought a beautiful maxi dress there, the cut is very nice, material is good and it fits on you so perfectly. Ritu Kumar collections are always good and I am a big fan of her collection. I always buy something or the other from her collection whenever I get an opportunity to shop. I normally shop at Orion mall and this was the first time I went to Jayanagar shop and was not disappointed. Fitting room is clean and spacious, staff can always find your size, they also steamed the dress which I bought, which was a very nice touch. You get your bill in a lovely little card which I love and have collected all of them. Packing is so well done and all in all great experience and lovely collection. Its bit on the expensive side but that is what you pay for a designer clothing and the material is really good and lasts very long.

Extremely incompetent staff who cannot understand simple queries. They are unaware of stock and availability of items even after giving all the required details. Add to that, a severely bad attitude from people who answer phones and you can be sure they will not be getting too many customers.

You get a very good quality servies here .The material of the cloth is sooo good that it is worth to pay .Tge prices are lil high but worth paying so much for that kind of quality.I personally use Ritu Kumar stole , bags and wallets .The quality is soo good even after using it for 2+years .Give it a try.You get very good collections western dress9.5/10👍😊
