Good range of LV products. Cozy setup to drool over the stuff as the staff take time to explain you the features, options etc of the products. Service was top notch from both the regular staff and the trainees. They have in store pick up, delivery options that help a lot these days.Jaison did a great job with our purchase, really happy about it.

This is for poor customer service . The front desk girl is judgmental and had a poor customer service attitude. She has offended us by asking personal questions like what you do and how you guys meet etc..this is derogatory and unprofessional. First she ignored us and wasted our time and make us waited and assisted other customers who came after us. We don’t like her unprofessional judgmental attitude and experience we had in the store .ll not visit Bangalore LV store anymore in future for sure. She is not as per the brand standard.

The worst possible management by the staff. Visited the LV store in Paris and Germany and I had better treatment there tbh. Think twice before you decide to make a purchase at this Bangalore branch. LV is my most Favourite Brand...Amazing place to buy Luxury goods. Visited today & bought 2 bags today ...one was BB Designer one and the other was a Sling Handbag . Good Ambitience, Behaviour of the staffs were good.

The respected owner should take note and definitely act on the customer’s reviews.They Probably have the worst staff possible. Only Mr. Sheshek seemed to be well groomed, educated and experienced to handle clients.LV isn’t an ordinary brand, so the staffs better know that they are neither dealing with ordinary people.Today was the first time I visited LV in Bangalore, next time I would probably opt to visit LV elsewhere in India or wouldn’t mind flying Dubai to visit LV! Pretty sure lot of other customers would feel the same.

The worst store in India and went to purchase a mid size wallet but the staff approach is totally unprofessional and the female staff who is working over there behaves like as she is owning LV. Finally bought it from Jimmy Choo which is next to LV and very much satisfied.Im escalating this issue to LV Headquarters.

Nice place for shopping luxury brand goods in KA. Staffs are quite neat and kind enough, idk why some reviewers complain abt them.Just wish other brands like Chanel, Gucci launch in BLR soon.

Its LV and not the place for everyone. Only the ultra rich and celebrities can afford them. Despite having a heavy price tag, they lack so much in the design segment. If you are filthily rich and wants to buy something thats funky, this is not the store then. This is located on the ground floor of UB city mall and is the only store in Bangalore.

Worst worst customer service. I couldnt tolerate the female employee with their extreme attitude. If you go in a simple dress, they wouldnt even mind you. After I purchased few items.. they were drooling over you. This isnt what I expected from an LV store that I know of.

Good collection of handbags, the staffs are very humble, supportive and cooperative.

Staff are thinking to attend Coustomer and they are judging by dress and ignoring us finally we purchased wallet from another staff.

Last night bought a luggage duffel bag 55 inch , sales rep told one price by the time we went to pay he say s it got Globally increased by 16,000 rs !!! I asked him How come in 10 minutes increased !!! Looks like Typical Indian Mentality !!! Increased by last minute , these people should know the price ,.
