They attract you in acting as if they are some fashion designers. They just overcharge you for no reason. Their ultimate product is average, price is extremely high. Also horrible customer service. Clothes arent even ironed after theyre stiched!

This place is only making money they are trying to fool people by giving fake promises.I had ordered a dress for the pre wed shoot the dress was looking so old and all used type ..never buy anything from this store friends .

Sakina baji designed five different outfits for my engagement/wedding festivities. Each one was so well made and fit like a glove. She is truly a visionary and her style is amazing. We trust her with all our outfit needs and she always delivers. There is no one else we trust with getting out outfits designed and made. Thank you sakina baji!

They have very good designers. Deliver almost on time. I got most of my blouses done here. They delivered home in the midnight to meet my urgent needs. Thanks to them.Their hand work is amazing. Blouses are cut and fit so well and finish is Soo smooth.They are pricey but you have unique stuff in your wardrobe!

I normally never leave reviews but wanted to share the horrible experience I had with this boutique. Like some others have said, I wish I could give 0 stars. The design is not exclusive for the price and we have to visit a minimum of 2-3 times to get a blouse to fit properly. Its a waste that they even take measurements because it is always completely off. And they make you wait atleast 2 hours every time even for a small alteration. I saw multiple other customers in the same situation as I was waiting. The owner and designers attitude is bad, the overall customer experience is terrible and they dont care. Not sure why they even call it a boutique. Please save your money and get your blouse stitched somewhere else.

Terrible service!I wish I could give negative ratings!I had given my engagement blouse here, even after 3 weeks they hadnt started any work on my blouse. Had to cancel my order, they charge a bomb for absolutely nothing!The so called designers are so irresponsible and incompetent!Very arrogant staff, not polite and very very unprofessional.They give very bad suggestions and have inexperienced designers. Was a total waste of time and money.I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I got to know about needle eye designer boutique thru my friends, I must say the designers and their work are good. Naveena and Grace were the designers I approached for my different outfits.They did a fabulous job, assisted me with with so much patience and customizing as per my needs. They keep you in the loop by sending pictures of the designs and the embroidery being made in case any changes to be done. The final outcome was very good, the designs so intricate and well made. Kudos to the team. 😊

Got my engagement blouses done from here... Charged 2.5 each for basic stitching of the blouse which was mind blowing.... Perfectly stitched.BUT, the designing work, told to me by Miss Grace was totally different from what they gave me.... Charged me 5000 extra over the normal 2.5k for a simple embroidery (one line of flowers around my collar) thats it.EXTREMELY OVERRATED AND EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE AND EXTREMELY WORTHLESS.

It was a lovely experience at needle eye! Got my sangeet outfit made here and the product was flawless. The whole experience from conceptualising my outfit to the follow ups made was so smooth.The customer service you receive here is among the best I’ve experienced! Definitely recommend it !

This is one of the worst places Ive ever been to. They are overpriced and they have absolutely no ethics. They have extremely rude and impolite staff especially this designer called Ashwini is very rude. Every single person there seems distressed and everyones yelling at everyone all the time. Its literally hell. A friend of mine recommended this place to me, but I really wish I had checked the Google reviews out here before going there. Please do yourself the biggest favour of not going to this mad house. They think very highly of themselves for nothing and everything about them is very substandard. The rate at which they are going, Im pretty sure this place will cease to exist in the near future. Worst experience ever.

I would recommend Needle eye for everyone. I SOO loved every single design they did on my blouse.Their charges are definitely towards the higher end but I feel the finish is classy .The embroidery are customized per your requirements. Am someone whos very specific about fitting and they got it right at the first go.Naveena and Divya where my Designers and they did an amazing job.They have good knowledge on what patternsof embroidery goes well with each fabric.I am really happy and satisfied with the outcome. This place would be my go to for all designer outfits.

I experienced wonderful customer service at Needle Eye. They have great fabric and friendly staff. I liked the stitching and timely delivery .Overall I highly recommend this boutique !

I have no words to express my sincere gratitude to this boutique. I am asenior citizen but trust me she has made me feel like 21 year old. I give her a free hand and voila la her creativity and works transforms me into a beauty. Pricy but worth every penny.

Very irresponsible team.... I was told that I will be give hand embroidery on the sleeve but got machine embroidery instead.... I got my wedding blouse 2 days before wedding even though the order was given 2 months in advance.After tons of calls and past due date they were generous enough to send the parcel to our home but the delivery guy ask delivery fee from the customer inturnSo if you want to ruin your wedding mood or want to make constant call to the botique to get your blouse ready or listen to their fake promises then NEEDLE EYE is the place you should try

I would give a negative rating if it was possible. This is one of the worst places you can go to. They charge a bomb for the mediocre work that comes out of their shop. They charged me 1000 rs extra for latkans for my blouse which they promised would be handmade and then put some cheap 100 rs latkans on the blouse. The irony of this so called designer boutique is that their tailors cant even get basic measurements right. If you ask them to make the corrections they will act like it is your fault to ask for basic hygiene. The staff is uncorteous, rude and most importantly incompetent. It would take you atleast 3 iterations and a ton of intellectual agony to get to your least acceptable version of their work. In case you have money to throw around, throw it in a fire than at these poeple.p.s. I am attaching a screenshot of their great customer service

Good designer.Good work takes time. Ensure them ample Amount of time to get the work done. However, they try to keep up with stringent deadlines. I got a whole lot of my wedding paraphernalia stictched here. Although, she was heard pressed for time, she ensured that she gave it to me on time (even worked on a Sunday,)

Overpriced and over rated!Designers seem fine but the prices are exorbitant and not a rupees worth! The work they do is horrible! Stitching was also bad I ended up travelling 15 kms 3 times a week and finally they gave me a wearable decent blouse.They have this so called exclusive designers for people who spend higher or bridal and I feel there are boutiques who do a better job for 10% of their price.I dont suggest this place at all wasted a lot of money here.

The designs are not exclusive at all ..You ask for something unique and you get just the common work which you get from an ordinary tailor. Not worth the money . If anybody wants to give thier fabric here ..please dont expect a designers work ..or youll be dissappointed .

Would not recommend, basic fit has to be corrected multiple times, for my case despite giving a trial blouse and taking the measurements according to the same, my wedding blouse shoulder was cut incorrectly and no change could be made. Cost to quality is not equivalent.

I had experienced good service 2 yrs ago. But now, they have turned out to be bad. Their charges are too high and stitching is not perfect even after corrections. Why should I pay so much for such stitching, I would rather go to a small local shop in comm street who charge much lower.

This place is great. Ashwini one of the designer did a great job with my wedding lehenga. They also did an awesome job matching my fiancés attire to my.lehenga for the sangeet nightThe fit was great for me.and my fiance.Would definitely go back for my other ethnic wear :)

Wouldnt have even rated a star. Pathetic service and totally unprofessional behavior of the people working there. They had screwed my blouse which Id given them for stitching. Id to pay them 3 visits to get it fixed. Still the stitching is not good. Ill have to now some how manage with it though it is very uncomfortable. These people just argue even though you tell them it is not at all a good fit. Also I was over charged for just a simple piece of blouse.

Wish there was an option of minus 5 stars. Yes that’s the experience I have had with these guys. Trust me they are just over rated. They spoilt my wedding saree which was super expensive. The staff is rude as hell. My blouses had to be altered a million times yet I was not happy with the outcome. They made me visit their store about 5 times among all the wedding preparations this was another hastle. Sometimes the staff ignored my calls. Ladies these guys just over charge you for no reason and the output is equally bad. Hence pls stay away.

Very disappointed with the clothes and dresses . My mother had traveled to Bangalore to have them designs blouses and gowns. Not great and extremely expensive.

They are so unprofessional and the owner is so arrogant in his interaction. They screwed up my blouse and when I gave it for alteration and went back to collect it 1 day after the due date, they hadn’t even started on the alteration work and had to wait for a couple of hours to get it done!!! The owner was so arrogant that he said that he didn’t care as they WON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to anyone!!!
