Just purchased a watch from this outlet. The service I got was just amazing. I interacted with Karthik their service manager and he was very prompt and responsive. Got the product delivered in less than 24 hrs.

Pathetic experience....such a big name of ethos and this store is very unprofessional.I bought a Tissot from them 2 months back and now battery is to be changed. They flatly refused to do it for free. Interesting thing is that at time of selling they told me that battery is having one year warranty and now the flipped full 360° . Such a shame. This was my 1st experience with ethos and will be the last after this

Great place to buy high end brand watches.

Very limited collection..when asked the salesman about the availability of 38.5mm dial size for a particular model, instead of saying they don’t have the stock the salesman said such a model does not exist! Btw the model is listed on ethos’ website. Either the salesman was ignorant or was trying to take me for a ride...either way it is disappointing.

Its very nice and they have enough of selection of watches, and staff also very nice. Everything is good I loved the place.
