Located in church street, theres is no parking and youll take half hour just to find a spot and takes 20 more min to walk from that spot to get there.Oh it doesnt stop there. Once you get it the service station is located on the top floor and and the elevator is closed for service for the purpose of not giving customers any convenience. Because if they did people would come often and we cant have that right.To get to top floor youll have to climb 50 steps and then wait with ticket number (which is fine), and the service providers act like they own the place.

Please please DONT GIVE your phone here.. They will tell they are authorised channel partner of One + but when I checked its authenticity (but it was too late) it was a fake claim.. Its NOT the authorised Service Center and full of Frauds running that center in the name of service centers of 3 top mobile brands of One +, Mi and Google pixel. The center name name is PHONETEL SMART SERVICES. Be informed that, actually there are only 3 Authorised One+ Service Centers in Bangalore, one at Brigade Road, one at Koramangala and one at Phoenix Mall. This Center is a Bogus service center. I gave my One+ 5 phone for replacement of Display, they charged me Rs. 8200/- and replaced only front Glass and didnt touch my Display unit only. They gave me 1 year warranty and the display gone in less than 5 months and when I checked with them, they did not allow me to claim warranty and told me to again pay Rs. 6800/- to replace my display again they told now we are taking only cost to cost and get it replaced. I came to know I was duped and tricked when I went to original service center at Brigade Road. I got the display replaced again with the original part and the best part was, within 1 hour and that too they replaced infront of me and got 3 Months warranty from this Service Center. I got my original defect part returned for my reference and satisfaction.

This iPhonetel service is not an listed partner of OnePlus.They had displayed OnePlus, mi and Pixel logos prominently in the centre which is make believe for walk-in customer.They charged 11500/- for Nord Display which costs 7800/- as displayed on OnePlus parts section and refused to give a GST bill. The quality of work is also not upto mark and left scratches on the caging unit.Not sure if the parts are original inventory or sourced otherwise. Called up OnePlus support number and they have asked me to bring the phone to their exclusive service center at Koramangala to verify the part replaced for genuine spares.I also reported a review 5* given by Maaz Apple, who is owning this centre. He is misleading people with his own review.

The reason of this rating is only that the name is mis leading.. its not one plus authorised store. Its a third party repair shop and does not provide one plus bill. Other than that its good. They provide pick up drop and quality service bon repair

One of the worst experiences I have had. I was facing battery issues on my OnePlus phone and so I took it to them. After servicing, I notice there are so many scratches and dents on my phone. And just for context, Ive been using my phone for 3.5 years and there are only 2 dents and very very minor scratches on it. The person over there is telling me that while servicing damage can happen. I took my phone to get it serviced and not damaged. And on top of that he is shouting at me and arguing how could a phones value depreciate by scratches. That moment I had a good laugh. Such unprofessional behaviour and then when I told him to reconsider what he is charging for such bad service, hes telling me to pay full amount or leave phone here. A terrible experience which I had to share with yall. Please be careful and ask them if any damage will happen during servicing before hand itself.

These guys are scamsters. Please go to Koramangala where the OnePlus authorised service centre is. These guys tricked me and said they were authorised but they were not and I found out the hard way. The part that they replaced was old and they put another old one with the same issue. When I called them pretending to be a new customer, they said that they were authorised. But when I revealed that i was not a new customer, they said they were not authorised. I said that they gave me a defective part and they immediately hung up on me. Their warranty is fake as well.

Worst experience ever.. Never ever visit this service centre. Had given my OnePlus mobile for servicing. At the first instant they said that my display was gone and would replace it at the earliest. But after few days when they couldnt fix my phone due to their lack of technical knowledge, I not only got to know about their immature service experience but also got a damaged phone(some parts of my mobile were chipped off) in my hand. They ruined my phone. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away from this service center.... Please !!

Power button and connectors were not working properly This guys who will probably say yes to solving an issue when everyone else will say no strongly recommend. This is the second official store of one plus. Which has reduced my time to travel to main store for any issues. The store is compact with new OnePlus devices and accessories and merchandise of Google. I liked how the engineer behaviour who are calm and solve your issue. The one spot replacement for wireless bullets was faster than expected. Understanding the time of the customerWas one thing i noticed on this store.

Please Read it!!! I Kinda Alert you about services!!!Not even a star is deserved. I have been there after reading reviews and it suggested me to get my phone repaired from them. So I have my one plus 2 for repair which was in dead condition but there was no physical damage. I was informed that it would take them 1 day to check. After a day I kept calling for several times but they dont answer a single call and then after a week my one was returned and only thing I was informed is tat phone is dead and later after seeing phone its camera was plucked out of phone telling that it was physically damaged which it was given. So latter having a argument with him he accepted that it was there fault but he cant do any thing. So even I couldnt do much as I have to leave and there was no option left as phone was already dead.So please read this a make sure u dont visit here at any cost. We purchase our phone with lot of love and for these kinda people they dont value it anyway.

Do not visit this shop they will just lie about your phone problem. I went to this shop for my one plus 5T problem. I had a problem in charging and phone jack. When I went there he said both are damged and it will cost 3600 to change. I called one plus customer service center which is in brigade road. They said 99 % issue will be with dust. And they said even though if they need to change the charging port and ear phone jack port, it will cost only 1200 rs. I directly went to service center and they cleaned both ports issue resolved without spending 1 rupee. Do not go to this shop. Go to service center for any repairs. It will cost u cheap.

The service centre although small looks neat. It looks like a showroom. The staff is friendly and service is relatively quick for minor issues. I had an issue with the ear piece and it was repaired in under an hour. It would be great if they sold accessories as their footprint is not as great as big players. They have a few accessories up for display but not for sale. They also have their latest smart phones on display which you are free to try it out.Wonderful experience,quick and hazel free center had broke my one plus 6 screenvisited their for service and thought that I will get my phone after a week only.But when they told me that they will return my phone in the same day after fixing it I was surprised and as per their commitment they fixed and returned my phone on the same day.thanks a lot guys I really appreciate the service provided

Met with an accident and my a month old one plus 6T faced severe damage.The screen was completely gone , the front camera lens was broken , back panel had numerous scratches. I was awful to be honest.I googled and got the one plus service centre number. I gave a call and explained my issue.They gave me proper explanation of the screenI got the call from services center and technician explained me completely what and all was damaged.I did the payment and within 1 hours I got the call that device has been repaired.Each one responded to their best and I received my mobile.It was as new as I got at first time. Everything was working superb.

One of the worst possible service center is this one. If you get your phone repaired and got your phone not working again, even in warranty period they will not do it for free and they kick you out by saying you damaged yourself. Instead of going to this idiot shop. Get in some other centers who have some ethics at least. For one plus 6 with frame screen costs Rs 10500. They charge you 14000Rs. This money suckers take all money and kick you out with cheap service. If One plus reading this review. You should take action on this. Good response from the service centre. The way of providing service is systematic. My phone used to automatically switch off by itself and the battery use to go down very quickly I took to many service centre but they werent ready to provide the warranty. Very pathetic place, THEY DID NOT DO ANY SERVICE FOR MY PHONE AND THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK ME 6,000 rupees FOR SERVICE. When I got a second opinion about my phone that time I got to know that this shop had not done any service to my phone and just scammed me for the money . They were also very rude when I went back. They dont even deserve one star, they are fake dont go there. I to went ask for display replacement of oneplus 6t and they told it will cost 12500. They also said they will not repair it in front us. But if I go went to the original service center which is in briged road or kormangla and they said it will cost only 8500 and they will do it in front us.

Usually One plus centers are very good but I dont understand how did one plus give authorization to this one. Had been here to repair my Damaged screen of One plus 7. No good response and had to waste my money on this store. People from Bengaluru South tend to visit this place as it seems the nearest one to JP nagar, jayanagar and Banashankari residents. I suggest you to travel a bit more and avoid this place.

This is not an original oneplus service center.I had to get my screen changed, and the guy told me 12,800 Rs for that. I contacted oneplus customer care and they told me it will cost 8,300 Rs. Further this guy got extremely rude when I told him that he is cheating people.Really pathetic place to get your phone repaired. Always better and cheaper to go to the original service centre.

Firstly, this is not an authorized Oneplus service center.My Oneplus 5 wasnt charging properly so I took it to this shop to get it repaired. Without even checking the port for dust, he said that it would cost 2.8k as he would have to replace the port. Being skeptical about the legitimacy of his claim, I decided to go to the official Oneplus service center in Koramangala (Sony Signal) where they cleaned the port for free and said there was nothing wrong with it. I asked them how much it would cost to replace the port and they said that it would be roughly around 1.3k rupees. So, not only did this guy try to falsely claim that the port had to be replaced, he also tried to charge more than double for the repair.Do yourself a favor and go to a legitimate service center.

Not authorised. Also, they try to cheat customers. My OnePlus was not charging due to dust accumulated in the port. I was quoted 2.5K, saying a part needs to be changed. Got the job done at One Plus brigade road for free, which took hardly 5 mins.

Never go to this place. They burnt the motherboard and asked me to pay huge amount of money to get it fixed.

They told me it will be RS. 14800 to replace the display of my damaged OnePlus 6T ( when enquired on phone ) although it shows around 7.8K on OnePlus website. I finally got it replaced from exclusive OnePlus service centre at brigade road for RS. 8352

First of all please notice that all 5 star reviews are fake because all those reviewers have written just 1 or 2 reviews which means it is either the owner or his friends. Fake One Plus Service Center. Ask them to show the parts that they will install before you handover the phone. I went there to replace my screen of One Plus 3T. He charged 7500 rupees which is more that the authorized parts price published in oneplus website. When I asked him to show the part that they will install, he refused and asked me to go somewhere else for the service and he cannot show the parts. After this I went to oneplus authorized service center in brigade road and they did the service in 2 hours. Never go here for oneplus service and when I check with brigade road branch, these guys are NOT authorized service center. When I was there there was another person to get their oneplus 3t camera changed. They actually gave the phone to him without even asking what [art he is putting in it! I urge people to be careful before spending your hard earned money with these fake service centers.

He also assured me that this was a OnePlus authorized service center. Being suspicious, I called up OnePlus customer care. They said that this is not an authorized service centre. Please avoid going to this Service Centre. They are channel partners. Cost of any service is double the cost in Authorised Service centre. I went there for changing battery for 1Plus5T. They told cost is 3,400. Actual cost for changing battery n Brigade Road 1plus service centre was just 1,604.

These guys charged me 12500 for one plus screen repair. Once the repair was done my NEW screen had scratches all over the edge. They took another day and replaced it.The glue came out after 3 months.When I took it back( cause it was under warranty) since my screen was broken at the frontend.. the service guy told me that he shall glue to back, but can give no guarantee with respect to my screen working after on.The online prices that I checked for my OnePlus screen was 9500. The one plus service centre also claims 9500 for screen repair which I enquired later on. They are not AUTHORIZED. And also are very rude to the customers.DO NOT GIVE your phones here. If you already have,then you have been scammed,just like me.
