So I happened to visit Biba Commercial Street today for a wedding shopping around 7pm. With my previous purchase around 2019 I was very Happy with the purchase and Staff. But unfortunately, this time it turned out to be the worst of all. There were 2 sales persons, one busy turning her back and unboxing clothes, and the other didnt even bother to respond to us. I stayed there for around 10 minutes and still these two were least bothered. This is absolutely doing no good for a brand that is loved by thousands.
