One of the worst service centres till date. Its a Feedback regarding the service centre in Kathriguppe Main Road, Opposite Big Bazaar.Attitude of people there is pathetic. They are not at all accommodative neither are they polite with the customers.Despite calling and checking on the availability of the technician, firstly they dont pick calls and by mistake if they pick, they ask us to walk-in and after waiting for 1hr in the queues twice, they tell that the technician is out and if interested, we are expected to wait for another 1/2hr to 1hr. Why should the technicians even go out during the work hours while customers are waiting for the services.Although my Macbook is still under warranty, this is not the service I should be expecting for being a premium customer. Being rude is definitely not done. Also just to fix a simple key, for no reason they ask us to surrender the laptop with no guarantee for data. If we check a bit more, then they bluntly say if you want you can leave the laptop with us or you may leave. This is no where the way to talk to customers while no body is doing things for free and we dont pay a fortune to get such worse services.

The store is as an apple store would be. The staff are friendly in assisting you and are also quick in their response. There is a service centre right above the store which makes it easy to deal with service issues.

Was totally disappointed by Apple service centre guys at katrigupe, Banashankari. Had taken my MacBook Air for some screen related issues and wanted to get it diagnosed and they told me to replace the screen even without checking the actual problem, and screen costed 42k. Later with a heavy heart went to local apple repair guy , he diagnosed it found some salt formation and some connection issues and fixed with 300/- … now tell me what kind of review am I suppose to give .. it’s nothing but ripping of the customer without knowing what is the problem. Trust on brand apple was on stake when they told me that, it has to be replaced. because my MacBook Air was just 5 yrs old. And I have been using apple products for a very long time , but service centre’s like this will damage the brand big time.

I had No service issue on my IPhone 8plus for which I contact apple customer care service online, they fixed an appointment for me to visit this store. Staff who attended my case heard the issue and diagnosed the phone. Said its hardware issue-mother board needs to be replaced...suggested to buy a new phone rather getting it repaired. My phone was in working condition, if its a mother board issue how can it be turned on...!!! Staff was bit rude when he got to know that my screen was replaced by a 3rd party, so he was not ready to support on the issue and insisted to go for new mobile!!! I left the store with really bad experience.Further, I continued to contact the apple customer care service online, they confirmed that the issue can be fixed by replacement of the hardware attached to the motherboard relating to network/sim connector. They helped me to fix an appointment with other apple service center (I didnt want to go back to this store after all I had unpleasant experience).Apple being premium phone seller needs to look at the authorized service centers feedback as I see same feedback on almost all the centers in Bangalore... Number of unsatisfied customer are increasing.Online customer care service is really great but I guess authorized service centers ignores those conversations and doesnt value.I hope my feedback would be helpful and would be considered to improve the service.
