The hotel is located at brookfield.The weather around is very good and there are few malls within 10 kms range.The staffs of this particular hotel is very friendly and helpful.The rooms are very neat and tidy, and cleaning is done at regular days.The bathroom is hygienic.There are veg and non-veg restaurants around the hotel, so people can choose from any.Family friendly hotel as smoking is banned inside the rooms and hotel.Good place to stay for tourist.

Overall experience cannot be more than 3 stars worth, hotel is keen to get money through UPI only, credit or debit cards simply they will not take giving excuses, food from outside hotel is very costly and only variety is of Kerala cuisine, morning breakfast was okay, tea or coffee not worthy of 40 bucks, and most surprising the tea/coffee price may vary each time you order, room service or housekeeping you gotta request and after repeated calls they come to clean when pandemic and corona still at large, but advertisement is completely satisfactory about hygiene.

Quite decent for a budget hotel. The rooms are spacious and located in sought after place i.e. Whitefield Have heard the breakfast is not that great but overall it is a nice place to stay.

The staff was great, and they were really friendly.we enjoyed the breakfast and the customized menu was wonderful. the rooms need to be better and the service has to be taken care of the rooms.

Bad experience!Me and my three other friends stayed at this hotel, we came to check in @ 3:00am at the reception itself we were facing the problems. The attitude of the reception boy was rude he treat us as if we came for a free stay to his home, the lift was not working and we climbed 2floors in half sleep although we come from a long journeyAt room we face many problems, bed sheet was dirty, foul smell, no heat water... and also there was no bathing towel in both rooms we just call the reception for towl and he replied like questing us how will bath at midnight🙄 and he can only provide towel at morning,And when we tried to prepare the coffee we found that all the packages they provide for making coffee was expired the other room doesn’t have anythingThey wont accept card they only accept cash the people who travels wont carry liquid cash with them why this hotel people don’t understand thatThis is one of my worst experience in my entire life all though am a traveler and i use to travell different places in india and abroadThis hotel is the worst hotel!!!!!

I had done booking from Treebo. The hotel was overall nice. What disappointed us was the really unfriendly young boy working in the reception. His attitude is very rude and he is thinking we came for a free stay.

I travel for business and stay at various hotels across the country. This is a newly built hotel and is situated in a resicom area. The hotel is neat and clean due to its age and the hygiene is more than satisfactory. The rooms are cozy and properly architectured. The staff is well trained, courteous and very humble. The service is quick and professional. Food is safe and tastes right. Outside food is allowed and you have multiple restaurant available in the surroundings. Bank ATM, Spa, Grossery Malls, Medical shops etc are in 100 mtr walking distance. Overall - one of the best places to stay in Brookfield area.
