It was a thrilling experience staying at the Emirates suite. In fact, it could qualify for a high thrill ride at Wonderla. You never know if the bedbugs are going to eat you up alive, or if you get to live another day just to become toast the next day due to the poor internal circuitry. All this along with an amazing culinary experience provided at the hotels own exquisite 5-star restaurant which provides you with no breakfast at all! Overall, would recommend it to anyone who wishes to ruin their trip to Bangalore..

Rooms here are huge,I booked a 3x room, it was like living in asuite.Staff was really good.What they lacked is some minor things luke broken gaye handles.Nothing to hang clothes in the washroom.1 ton ac for such a big room.Some lights not working.But overall my stay was fantastic.

I personally spent two nights here. I found nothing complainable. Rooms are AC fitted and has attached washroom with geyser and comoud facilities. Each room possesses TV, Store well, Dressing table, locker, intercom etc. Although it doest have spa, sauna, laundry, and restaurant, it fulfills all on demand. Even it manages car rental for consumers. One can find a hotel, a PG, a Mall at every next step, so convenient is the location.

One of the worst hotel in Bangalore city. There were no towels in the hotel when checked with the reception they told me we will get the towels the next day as they dint receive there laundry. I mean seriously. If u guys cant manage your laundry then u should bloody shut down your hotel. They dint even provided us a basic amenity like soap. You guys seriously suck. I would suggest not to visit this place ever. One of the worst experience in my entire life.

First of all, no fresh water is available in here. If you ask them for normal water, all they will give you is a Bisleri (chargeable).Very small rooms with no housekeeping on a regular basis.Hotel WiFi does not connect.Very unpleasant breakfast (obviously because its complimentary).Laundry charges are way to high.The only benefit of staying here was for its location and time for room service.THATS IT.

Its affordable and they have cozy rooms though it would have been better if the rooms were a bit spacious. Good room service and hospitality. They have all the required amenities and its a good place to stay in.

Good. Location is good. Rooms are neat and comfortable. But service is poor. Theres no parking, its virtually street parking. Free breakfast is just namesake, and the place where they serve it is crammed. The kitchen is just 5 square feet place with just one fellow to cook and serve. And its not that hygienic.

Booked through goibibo so costed me less. Actual price is 2300 INR per night but it costed around 1500 INR.Cost aside, this hotel is in a very nice location. Forum Mall is close and there are lot of shops and street food available nearby.Accommodation is really nice, rooms are a bit small but its nice and clean. Washroom is big. Comfortable bed and fine working WIFI.Overall this one is the best one you will get in this area, with fine facilities, friendly staffs and room service.

Elegant, very courteous staff, neat and clean rooms and corridors, attached restaurants. Nicely prepared tasty food with lot to choose. Excellent stay.

For the nearestest location of forum mall and Koramangala we booked this hotel for a 4X room when we come to reception they asked us to wait for 4 hrs by saying the room is not cleaned , AC is not repaired and the same they said to another guests and temporarily given us a very smallest room when we tried calling the call was not connected so we went to the reception for our booked room they again said it will take time wait for 1 hrs .This behaviour is really disgusting and after 10-15 mins they given us a room by saying it a 4X room it was entirely different for the room we booked. This hotel is only having a big name and rest things taken for granted.The staff service is very poor when we call them they dont recieve the calls and if received dont do the work until you remind them 2-3 times. Room washroom have no water for long hours but they havent apologise for any mistakes. They also not provided towels and water in the beginning. The complimentary breakfast is not good and the kitchen is not hygienic at all. TV channels are only kannad so we cant able to see TV. Room bell was also not working. This was the worst experience staying here in our entire life. Avoid staying here and book sone nice hotels near forum mall and Koramangala.

Had to stay in that area. Didnt know that we have much more options and just booked this useless hotel from make my trip. Terrible experience, not even recommend for one night stay. Very impolite staff and no service at all. Complementary breakfast is served from a street vendor that too which is cooked min 30 mins back. Very bad place, filled with flies and mosquitoes. Stayed for a day booked 2 rooms, breakfast was provided to one person.pathetic idiots the staff are. Please dont go here with family.

Worst experience ever had with OYO. The management is so careless about their customers.We waited almost 1and half n hour for check-in and on that we couldnt get laundry on time. We waited for that for half n hour n later they told its not available.Dont waste time of ua customers if u cant help them. I would strongly recommend ppl not to go here.

For 800 bucks a night this place is totally worth the money. The best part of the hotel is its location it is located in a very prime area of Bangalore. The best restaurants and pubs are just a walk down from the hotel. So if you have come to Bangalore to party this is the cheapest place with the best location

The size of the rooms arent up to the mark. Not worth to the money paid. Overall if you are planning for just a night and all its fine just an okay experience. The only good thing is its walkable distance to forum mall.

The rooms were fairly clean, bathroom was well maintained along with hot water whenever required. Location is great due to its proximity to the mall, Christ University and a lot of good restaurants all around. They ran short of extra mattresses during our stay though, which was an inconvenience.

Like most people, Im not a fan of rooms with circuitry that shorts if you press on the switchboard, and have beds crawling with bed bugs. If the staff makes any mistakes, be prepared to argue lest they charge you more than what theyre really owed. And if you face any issues during your stay, do report those at the reception about 30 times, although they still probably wont do anything about it. The management here is exclusively comprised of irresponsible people used to being yelled at. The rooms will surely look as dilapidated as they feel in a year or two. The rest of the staff believes that you should be as scared of their manager as they are. This is the first hotel Ive found that neccesitates a negative rating system.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the room was not clean, the bed sheets were dirty, did not provide towel. Adding to all this there were bed bugs so they will not allow you to sleep at NIGHT. You will spend whole night scratching your body.

Probably one of the worst staying experiences I had. Bedspreads had stains, quilt wasnt clean enough. Oyo rooms had checkin after 12,but the reception made me wait for 30mins post 1O Clock. Towels had visible holes and after repeated attempt to inform the reception about it, they hardly bothered changing it. A/C remote batteries were dead (swapped them with TV remote batteries) again which neither Oyo management or hotel reception addressed.TL:DR: Avoid this place, even if you have to stay on the road and footpath for sleeping.

A very good Hotel having a very good staff. It is opposite of forum shopping mall. One of the nearest hotels of NIMHANS. AC rooms with geysers are available. Interlinking rooms are there for family. I have a very good experience with the hotel staff.

The place was crawling with cockroaches. We took three rooms and one even had leftovers from some meals taken by previous room occupants, hidden away in one of the cupboards. I have been to hotels in jungles, near railway stations and those maintained by government but this was the worst maintained of all. If you have alternative avoid it or check before you take a room. Hope soon the management will change.

Pathetic. DIRTY rooms, Unclean Stained bedsheets with BEDBUGS, spider webs, mosquitoes, Broken Fan, no water.Run by unprofessional Mallu nibbas, who have no idea how to run a hotel. We had to change 4 rooms in 3 days. Very UNHYGIENIC.DO NOT STAY in this hotel.
