Hi, I would like to thank Indrajeet for an excellent haircut done today at YLG Marketsquare Mall, Sarjapura Road. He took time and explained me what need to be done, how to maintain my hair and what is the issue. Suggested very very basic thing which we should do at our home. No marketing of their product. Nice and well behaved person. Also the place is clean and hygienically maintained during Covid time. I would like to give a five star but the price is bit higher side. Otherwise Indrajeet has done a fabulous job on my hair. Thank you.

Massage and haircut done by Ms. Karma is very relaxing and satisfactory, she not just only give me a new look but also recommend some of the best product for my hair which can help to enrich my hair. Every penny is worth it.... I have been taking other service from other saloon but is not that satisfying as YLG. So, I recommend everyone to have the pleasure of YLG services.

While I avail of other services at another salon chain, I prefer to head to YLG for waxing, because it is quick and painless in comparison to others. I got my hair spa done from Karma and she was extremely good in the services she provided me and gave me an insight of my hair quality and suggestions to be done . She as well gave me a good massage for neck and face which was sooo relaxing .

Very poor quality of service, they have got all inexperienced staff for hair cut. This lady has no clue how to cut simple short hair cut, she has taken more 60 min just for trimming, her experience can be easily seen the way she holding scissors and comb. It is a complete torture to be hair for hair cut. Pls go for any other ylg, here the staff is not worth wasting your time n money even if it’s 50% on Tuesday

I have recently visited to YLG for my daughters haircut and waxing for me. Haircut was done by Karma and waxing by Sapna. Karma is really soft spoken and did a really nice haircut for my daughter and Sapna also did a great job in waxing.

I have already visited this salon thrice. Their services are extremely wonderful it is such a best hair salon and the price is right on point for the services. Everyone is super friendly. I have never been dissapointed, infact I am always really delighted...every visit. By the way my hair has been coloured and styled by stylist Indrajeet Shrestha. He is one of the best hair stylist.

I usually go here for facials and my experience is usually fine. This time I went in for a hair spa and I specifically told them to do it only of they have sufficient time before closing. Of course they said they do but I they wrapped up my hair spa in 20 minutes. Did not even follow all the steps. Moreover, I kept telling them to not pull my hair and use a wide tooth comb instead for detangling, they wont listen . I was in physical pain. I must have told them 5-6 times but it didnt get through to them. Eventually they just somehow blow dried my hair. This is not the experience you expect especially when you pay such a premium amount for their services.

Today I have done hair cut today n my stylist was indrajit he gave me a new look thank so much indrajit for giving me a new fantastic look I highly recommend

YLG services has fallen down. The so called hair stylist did not know how to cut hair properly and was asking me suggestions. She could not take simple instructions and ended up just reducing my hair length. My hairstyle after the cut is neither a U-cut nor a layered cut nor step cut. I dont know what she did apart from reducing hair length - which by the way was clearly told not to be reduced. Pathetic. YLG bring back your old staff, your new ones are just bad/not-experienced. Pathetic service. Have to go to another salon to rectify the mistake done by this lady. And mind you she took approx 1.5 hours - waste of time!!!!! Very Very disappointed

I am the regular customer of YLG and I found it very professional. Before covid-19 I used to get services from Vijaya and Harish, both were very professional and nice. Now I get the services from Anisha and Tenjing, both of them are equally good and professional. The good thing about YLG is they never mislead customers due to the business.

Extremely unhappy with the service.I have taken a haircut which was blunt and not have any profeciency.I complaint at the time of service as well but they were not ready to take any measure for that.Charging 1068 rps and doing nothing is extremely bad. If you can not maintain customer relation then better to close your salon and stop fooling around people.

They are merely interested in ripping you off rather than guide you properly.

Went for hair coloring and pedicure. I did not had any issue with the hair service.For pedicure - The girl had no talent and was given the job of doing pedicure. Shame that a chain like YLG has such staffs. Despite of me asking why are you not scrubbing the foot heel properly, she is very determined and no response and no change in her action. The next comes massage – never had this kind of massage anywhere in this planet. The girl was literally applying the lotion to my legs, it is like…applying in the air. Worst part is even after me asking “is this the pressure you can give while massaging, no response from the girl and she is very determined in what she is doing.And point to be noted – never complaint to the receptionist. If so, they will show their attitude, by not even responding, and no greet when you leave..the front desk girl after the card payment, with such an attitude and expression, just give the card with no eye contact, no thank you. Had to leave the place before it got worst. Even local parlor staffs are well trained in handling customers.
