For many years i come to YLG for haircut. My only fear is stylist who cuts my hair. Everytime new person trying is risky or trial and good or trial and error for my hair. This time trial and average.This time after I booked appointment I requested for someone who is senior and experienced stylist for my haircut. Reception told stylist is good.I had asked for layer cut. Not satisfied with the layers and effort been put for getting layers. My hair looks much smaller which I dint expect and layers average. Sadly cant say much once chopped. Would say it is average cut, not as expected.I am scared of getting my hair cut with wrong hands. Once hair chopped, it would take years for my hair to grow back. Every cm or inch matters.Later I asked for threading and upper lips. The lady there after threading, ended up to put hot wax for my lips for upper lips instead of threading I asked for. And followed by wax on my nose was suggested for removing blackheads. Next she suggested to go for full face wax. Thankfully politely I said no.I couldnt say much that time. Please do not randomly do things instead please be careful and explain clearly to customer before what they are about to do.I would be honest in giving feedback and not just for the sake of giving 5 stars.Next time you visit ensure as them to be clear to customer and careful while giving service.This time service would rate average.

The massage was comparatively for shorter duration(I have visited Domlur branch, where the massages were great and for a longer time.). The trimming cost is on a very higher end, not reasonable at all, they cut just 1cm and charged me 699, if it was a haircut, I would have agreed, but just trimming?..!!

Very great experience especially facial and pedicure service done by Shobha was very good and professional totally worth it!!

I actually thought to stop , to get service from YLG, due to some bad experience last time, but today I had a very good experience and service by Ms.Shobha rani....who was so so professional and need to get some kind of appreciation for sure.Thankx to YLG...for responding to my problems positively and thanks to shoba Rani too.

I would rate average, based on my overall experience here. I have been a regular customer there for last 2 years, being the nearest salon for me. I usually do my haircut there, and everytime I go there, the hair stylist changes, and thereby my experience too changes(from awesome to disastrous)Anyway, I am writing this review today not for their service but regarding customer reception so that YLG team would take care of this in future.It happened so that I went for a haircut today, and I was received there by a lady staff at the entrance there. The lady asked me how can she help. I told her that I need a haircut. To my surprise the lady looked at me from top to bottom, and replied haircut costs 899 and above. I was wearing a regular tee with jeans,and a chappal. I am not sure what the lady was thinking, and what she meant to imply me, but I really did not feel correct about how she behaved. It is my choice how will I get dressed, and its my condition if I would be able to afford 1000 bucks for my hair cut, the staff should be responsible to assist the customer in getting the service done, not to judge by the appearance and make them feel uncomfortableAnyway the lady later asked me sorry, even when I did not say a single word to her. This definitely implies what she was really upto, when she told about the amount that she believes I am not worth to pay!

Had an amazing customer experience. Deepika was extremely professional and patient enough to listen to what I exactly wanted. She was quite approachable and open to our inputs. Took time to explain queries patiently and recommended accordingly. Awesome overall!!!

It was a great service , very professional and met all my expectations. Staffs were too good and friendly which made each visit a great time.

Worst experience of haircut here. The hairstylist Padmas was not at all focused, she was talking to other colleagues while cutting my hair. She did not even bother to comb my hair before cutting them. Hair is no where in level on both sides. She did not even apply a serum before setting my hair.Wore PPE cut(part of it) only after washing and conditioning my hair.I already spoke to customer care and they were really polite to understand my problem and have assured that such a problem will not arise in future.

Took bridal facial from ylg I had a very bad experience it has made my skin very dry .. the bridal facial was worst than cleanup or basic facial.. I have received absolutely no results after the facial my skin was better before the facial ..the stroke was very ordinary facial steps was not proper... I am never going to visit ylg Gopalan for any skin services .. it looks like ylg have lower standards..no proper staff ..wasted my money and time..

They are very professional. Before entering, they took measures to ensure safety related to covid by taking temperature checks and oxymeter check.The staffs are very experienced and mantaind hygiene.

There is a guy name santosh , he is on the billing desk.. I got my haircut from Tenzin.. he told me he will be doing trimming but this Santosh charged extra for the haircut..trimming is 599 and they charged me 799 + 125 for some gloves and mask. Unprofessional people in this salon. But tenzi gave me a good haircut. But guy name santosh is rude. Do not visit this salon

They are the cheaters, they will tell you different rates before service and after service they will charge you more!Also they just see the business they will not genuinely consult you..worst salon I hv ever seen in my life:(

Booked an appointment for 11am to 12pm. NoOne showed up and the manager Santosh was struggling to find and make up excuses for no alternative available. The only statement I received was the person who was responsible had a emergency exactly at the time I entered the salon. When I called prior to confirm they said yes he’s available and waiting. They lack punctuality and professionalism in dealing with people...

Excellent 👌 I got my haircut for a special occasion by Mr. Manju.. the way he explained and gave his attention to each detail was really good.. it was as I expected or even more actually.. overall I was happy and can comeback for my haircut again!

If you would wish to pamper yourself, must visit YLG. All their services are best & you will feel refresh. Waxing is highly recommended as there is no usage of knife & roll on wax apply technique which makes it faster within minutes. Their kiwi facial is best that you will see results & clean facial look for many months. Over a period of time it makes face skin tone look very good & pimples will come down drastically!! Haircut services also done by professional & give a new look. Overall a great salon to make you look even more beautiful :):)

I am giving this place 1 star because you need to hire good people who can do their properly. I had gone for waxing and the lady who did that had my hands and legs burnt in multiple places. When complained about the burning sensation she dismissed it telling your skin is sensitive. Also while paying they were trying to sell me few products which I dont want if I want something Ill ask. Last thing that was annoying was that they force that they will call to remind if I am booking any service and then they dont end up calling

YLG gave me an excellent service with regard to hair cut. Miss Aishwarya was the one who cut my hair.She knew absolutely how to do it and what cut would suit my face. Loved it!

Its a good place for personal make over. you can get you hair color, hair trim and other stuff done here. I feel the price is little high but is a decent place. The staff is good and friendly, they guide you through your confusion is you have related to your styling and make over. Good Place!

Really friendly. Their wax is really good, its painless and their way of customer service during waxing is really fast and clean. Wax is made in Europe. They have really good facials which really give good results

Pricey but the staff did a great job. They were polite and trained to treat us well. Sabika is good shes the one who did my cut. From washing and setting the hair right. I loved every step. Id recommend her because Ive not take service from anyone else.

Place is reasonable but off late all the old stylist have left the place and I have to reconsider visiting the salon again. Every time you go there, you have to describe whats your hair style should be which is not convenient.

Poor quality

Clean salon with a lot of facilities. It is located near Lifestyle, on the 2nd floor. A bit difficult to locate, but very easy to spot if youre on the right side of the mall. I would urge them to add more seating, as only 2 people can sit comfortably.Inside is nice, with a clean and neat atmosphere.They had individual rooms for things like Waxing, etc.Apologies for no pictures to guide you.

They used to be really good in terms of hair cuts. Their stylists were too notch, after my last visit, I was fairly disappointed as the hair cut for the price wasnt worth it.They have other regular services which are good.

PATHETIC SERVICE. ABSOLUTELY SPOILED MY EYEBROWS. The moment i sat down, i specifically mentioned what she had to do- just remove extras. Told them not to do anything else. Made it thin and DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE when i complaint. Absolutely useless. Never visiting again.

I got hair Coloring and hair cut done by Padma, she has done a really good job.

Not at all worth the money. Your local parlour aunty can do a better job than this. When asked to remove split ends and haircut without losing much length, they just trim the last edges of your hair without touching any other layers and charge you ₹800 for it... Store manager is indifferent to the feedback. All they care is about money and not providing good services.... Very very very disappointed with the waxing services as well. They burn your skin with hot wax and then blame you for wrong Choice of wax for sensitive skin... Horrible horrible horrible experience. Absolute waste of money!!!
