Shamshad took really good care of my hair dressing.. I really liked the hospitality he gave me. Though it was just a hair cut and shave he made me comfortable while taking hair wash.. If I cone back to this place his service would be the top reason

I went for eyebrows and the girl spoiled it completely. They even did not know how to make correction. Now my both the eyebrows are in different shape. I will suggest not to go for any service when it comes to your look. They dont care, they laught behind your back, only somehow want to make money thats all. Nobody is well trained overthere. Being a regular customer also the girl did this to me.

This is the most lousiest salon I’ve ever been. They made the dusky groom look like a zombie. They do not take feedbacks and are offended when done. After the bridal makeup, they had to wash off the entire makeup, go to another salon for a makeover after spending over 10 - 11 grand with NATURALS, Cunningham road. Don’t visit.

I really like naturals as a brand .However when i went in here I could only do my facial but not a haircut as the hairstylist was off !

The parlour is very nice. Fully hygiene and sanitised. I got services from Farheen she is very nice and superb in her work. She made u feel comfortable while expert in her work. Love her.

Providing best service ,super active staff with lots of experience as everytime my girlfriend prefers to go there. She prefer farheen for all her services as she’s has the best at her work.

Decent salon,but beware of the lady on the phone. She listens something else,understands something else. I booked an appointment for today,and when I reached,she says it was for tomorrow!!!!!What’s the point fixing an appointment if it can’t be understood or honoured????

Edit: From a previous 4-star review, Im downgrading it to 2 stars. I had booked an appointment for 4-30 pm, but I was made to wait for 45 minutes. Clearly indicates that they do not value a customers time. If an appointment is scheduled for 4-30, then it should start at 4-30 - not 4-35, not 4-40, and definitely not 5-15. Also, sometimes they overcharge you.

Farheen did all my services pedicure, waxing, threading, massage, hair spa and head wash, and she did it superbly massages and pedicure was very relaxing.I always ask for her only when I go.Very good work and smiling always 😊

Been to Naturals, Cunningham Road for a lot of services ranging from haircut, pedicure to facial, and Ive never been disappointed. The work of the staff team is amazing and has makes me feel so good Everytime I come to this place. Tasnim is my favorite out here.

They offer great skincare services. Their beautician Usha delivered excellent client service and offered some very helpful suggestions on treatments at Naturals.

Shamshad has been an excellent hair stylist and he provided great service. He really knows his work very well and the service here is great. Definitely recommend it and looks like I will be a regular here going forth. They definitely keep trying to upsell additional services but probably that’s a part of their job. 😊

The only good part has been the hair cut given to my 1.5 year old baby. It was very well done by the hair specialist. He did a great job and it costed reasonable hair. Other than this, there is nothing about this place which can justify its name as a lounge. The services are regular, they are fine at it, but just fine. Nothing special about the products being used or the services offered. The biggest downside of the salon is the lady at the reception. The rate cards shown by her are totally different before and after the service. The entire staff needs to be trained on the subject of hospitality. I had bad experiences at this place three times after which I decided not to go there.

This place is extremely incompetent when it comes to hair color. Either the products they use is of low quality or the person who applied hair color did a very poor job. First of all they bleached my hair unnecessarily, charged me extra and colored with a completely different color than the one I had selected. Then they did a correction with the correct color. Within a month of that, the color has faded completely and my hair has turned almost white. I will have to cut my hair short. Extremely disappointing.

All staff are very cooperative and make us feel like home. And there way of greetings was awesome and each and every staff was greeting from d point of security to d receptionist

Hair stylist Shamshad is good. But 355 for an haircut is too bad. Not worth it.

Kindly avoid going to this naturals specifically,they have their own charges which are not in sync with the other natural salons in Bangalore.The charge fora hair cut is 400 rs plus taxes(remind you).Also,the stylist doesn’t have any basic sense of style.
