This store is small and has very collection compared to its main branch which is there in S.P.Road. Also sales people working here doesnt have much knowledge about products. Whatever we ask they are not sure of it

I purchased few items from this shop ... the sales person on counter gave me an eyelash glue I asked for , which was apparently an empty bottle. Unfortunately I didnt make it out that time that the bottle is empty cause the sales person was so promising that its a good product and the shape of the bottle was also such that one cant immediately get the catch. ASA I returned home I checked the bottle and found that its empty so I ringed them . They have a very bad and slow customer service first they said they wont return the money and was forcing me to get something else with that money . Even though its not my fault I am getting punished . And then they promised me to get back to me and make sure to give me the product on 23rd its 26th still no update. Very upsetting service.

Its a product store for beauty salon. Little difficult to find. It is not difficult if you have Google Maps. Parking is not available.

One of the best place to go , Specially to buy a beauty and a hair product, they are so prompt in there service, I’m been a customer since 22 years I’m buying here, I have no complaints as I don’t even check there bills as they are very propmt!
