The place has a very good vibe. The receptionist sanitizer, then the The for the job had all his protective gears on, started my hair trimming. They are all prepared and set to get you a hair cut even at this pandemic times as well.

My family has been a regular customer for creative scissors for more than 2 years and their customer service and professionalism has always been wonderful. I again visited them earlier this month post their reopen after the lockdown was lifted and was really amazed at the various precautions they have taken like full body liquid sanitizer spray at the entrance, disposable coverings for customers during the haircut, headgears and hand gloves for all their employees, sanitizing equipment for hair cutting tools after haircut, and various other measures. I had a wonderful experience and really satisfied with all the measures being taken by them.

Im a regular customer but recently I saw new faces. I booked an appointment with Mr. Ravi which I always do but this time I am very disappointed with the service I was provided with. He was not ready to listen, Im completely dissatisfied with the haircut. After the haircut, he asked someone else to do the hair setting which was also pathetic.I would request you guys to train the new joiners and kindly value your customers.

It took me 3 and half hours to get my hair cut, beard shape and hair dyeing. If you are lucky, good experienced guys will handle otherwise trainees will be assigned, who screws things up..

I thought all these reviewers were hyped about Kartic for nothing. Most definitely, I was wrong. The guy is a star. I’m happy to have found my barber shop in Bengaluru now :D.Suggestion: Get an online booking software already guys !

I have been coming here for last 7yrs now and I have to admit their quality of service is going down. Even if you are booking a time slot for a specific stylist in advance theres no garuntee that you will get your slot as promised. I had to wait for more than an hr before even I could get a haircut. I wonder if they would wait for me if I show up an hr late. Its just bad management from past 6 months which is reason for this rating. I feel its time to find a new salon which suits my purpose.Pro tip: Leave all the work and then go inside coz youre gonna be late.!
