Took a leap of faith and decided to try sometime different last year so I headed to Bounce on Lavelle Road to cut my hair after a year and a half. I was introduced to Nyima and theres been no looking back since. She not only does a great job with styling but she read my hair type, scalp patterns and gave me some great tips to follow on a daily basis. Its helped me maintain and understand my hair better (I have curly hair with a mind of its own).I genuinely look forward to my visits to the salon now. Shes incredibly honest and also has a wonderful sense of humour. Definitely recommend.

As always, this particular outlet of Bounce is my favourite. The service is amazing and the stylists here are extremely professional. They listen to what exactly we need and do not focus on selling hair products and colouring advice like many other salons.This time I went for a haircut and it was just perfect! Loving my new look!

Went for a feather cut with junior stylist. After specifically mentioning I want a sleek look the hair stylist did really short high layers which made my face look broader. Excepted the stylist to give a better look based on my face shape when I paying so much. Very basic cut like any other salon where they would have charged half the price.Edit: The management asked me to come in for a fix after I raised a complaint. My hair was then looked after by director stylist and fixed to make it sleek with a better finish. Thanks.

Aurelia was all that I read and more! She loves curly hair and knows how to handle it. She did a great job with mine, Im thrilled with my new look! I’ve got the permanent curly hair there once. That was most seriously horrible experience in my life time. After that I regretted and blamed myself so much that I should not have done that at all in India in terms of getting permanent curly hair.Probably they might be good at hair straightening but not curly perm.My hair is naturally straight so I wanted to get curly hair style, I was totally wrong.The process was most painful I have ever had(I have so many experiences of getting permanent curly hair before, so I know how it would be), I thought my eyes would be burning, besides the curls on my hair became normal after 2 days and hair got damaged very badly.Moreover it costed more than 10,000rs 8 years ago, which I had never spent that much for life time on my hair.What my point is, do not get permanent curly hair here, otherwise it’s up to you.

I was someone who swore by Bodycraft for beauty services and trusted Bounce for my hair cuts and hair colouring. Since I didnt have a lot of time on my hands, I decided to take a chance and get beauty services from Bounce this time along with my haircut. The price range is pretty similar to Bodycraft. Poonam did my waxing and threading and was an absolute delight. She was very polite and courteous and did her job well. Santhosh gave me a really good haircut. He understood what I wanted and had good knowledge and skills to achieve it. Santhosh also showed me how I could style my hair. Another thing that I greatly appreciated is that neither of them tried to sell any other services or products by pointing out flaws, in fact, both of them just complimented me. Id say they know that someone looks good if they feel good. Quite happy with my experience with them.

Initially liked the hair cut after blow dry. However when using on a daily basis, it does have any look or the cuts. A bit disappointed, paid nearly 2k and felt like it’s not the worth.

Aurelia is definitely different. Unlike every other salon, she understood the needs of my hair. My hair is wavy with volume as of 3 people, she managed it so well. The haircut is exactly what I wanted ; less freeze, more balanced and where my face is clearly visible. She took extra time and with alot of patience she worked on my hair. As , I told her , she made my year. For curly hair girls like me, you have finally found a perfect stop.

I visited the salon today for haircut and hair coloring/highlights. I have booked an appointment for the same 3-4 day prior with any styling director. I arrived 15 mins late due to parking issues (the valet was not available). On arrival the stylist seemed tobe in hurry, he trimmed my hair and denied to provide any hair coloring treatment saying he has other clients to attend, and advised me to check with the receptionist if some other stylist is available. It felt like it’s my responsibility to find a stylist. The receptionists seemed extremely busy with other clients. It’s utter unprofessional. While I have availed their service before, they seemed to be very cordial.Also, the salon is very crowded, no social distancing or hygiene is maintained apart from asking you you to pay for safety kit

Got my hair treatment done by Siampe. She did a wonderful job. Bounce has been my go to salon for the last few years. Great experience and wonderful service. I must also mention the covid precautions taken by them. It is simply spot on!

Disappointed with the haircut service provided today at bounce lavelle Road,I went all the way from whitefield to get my haircut done at lavelle center with a senior stylist...but unfortunately it was too bad. in the name of senior stylist they let an ST cut my hair and charged me for SS, he dint even knew what blow dry to be done for what hairstyle,I was looking for feather cut but he end up doing a normal U cut..Waste of money..Unworthy ..its not like before anymore.

Very keen and focused on her work and gave me good results, in the end, She goes the extra mile to explain the process so that we are how to take care of it after the treatment! I had been here for a haircut, near grooming and hair spa treatment for my wedding reception. The stylist Santosh was an absolute delight to work with. His professionalism was something that took me by surprise. I went in blank and his suggestions, recommendations, and accuracy in terms of execution was just wonderful. I’ve been to Bounce twice. And both times I had gone for a Global hair colour... Tanya is my go to person there and she’s amazing!My only issue, if at all, are the prices. For global colouring I paid over 7k. But then you pay a premium for the place and their services. Suggest going with a loaded pocket.

I always had long hair and was looking to experiment a short hair cut. After hours of research and consulting friends, I was convinced to go see Nyima at Bounce. It’s one of the best decision I have made in regards to my hair. The service was great. Hair specialist Neema was assigned to me. She and I had a great rapport and conversation. I just loved her pampering and tips on my hair maintenance. The price for services is on a higher side than other salons. If youre looking for a great service and dont mind spending, this is the place for you. She spent a good amount of time discussing possibilities patiently with me and then wielded her magic scissors to give me a cut that makes me smile every time I look in the mirror! Bangalore curlies! Aurelia(senior stylist) should be your go-to when it comes to haircuts. Being a curly head herself, you can trust her to know how to handle your hair, and to patiently take input when needed. moreover, she scrunched and diffused my hair instead of grabbing the blowdryer.

The stylist was good but highly priced .... I got my highlights, haircut done for myself and another haircut n beard done for my friend... they charged bomb and I’m not happy with highlights because those weren’t visible properly. I’m not happy with the service and the over price

My first experience at bounce was pathetic, my husband loves going for haircuts to bounce, they do a good job with his hair. I heard so much about manju but i think its just overrated. I told him what i wanted and showed him. I asked would he be able to do that he was like absolutely it will be the same and you know what the history repeats as same any other stylist he did what he wanted and started telling that it looked i was disappointed.The help desk here was looking at us like goons they basically judge by our looks and they called three times before appointment to be on time and i was 15 mins prior to appointment and they made me wait for 20 mins after the appointed time. 1800 for a normal haircut and trim is just too expensive and they dont even treat you well and provide a average service. Its not worth it.

I visited bounce for the 2nd time yesterday and my first experience with the stylist Manju was really good, but the 2nd time he completely ruined it. I showed a him a picture and he told we’ll try to do it and it didn’t come out the way I wanted. I like Manju but even he must have known it’s not the same but still he tried to convince me it’s the same and that’s what I’m angry about. I don’t mind giving second chances but they don’t accept their mistakes and that pisses me off. Coming to the staff I think they hate me and I hate them too like literally they don’t give me the same respect that they give to others which is really hurtful. The way they talk is like looking down at us and I really don’t like that.

Love love love this place. I have been a loyal regular here for 13 years now.. and the service has been consistent through out. That said... After the first hair cut that I got from Aurelia (back in 2008) I never let anyone else touch my hair.. thats 13 years.. same salon ... Same stylist!!!! She is just amazing.... Give her a shot and I assure you... you will walk out smiling ear-to-earNow here is the reason why.. I have combination hair.. partially curly and partially straight.. and frizzy.
