She is patient in understanding the requirements and helps in figuring out the best look to go for.Even other wise, the service is great. Ever since I booked an appointment, the team called to confirm, sent out messages with booking details first immediately after the booking, and the other 1 hr before the scheduled time. They even confirmed the appointment 30 mins before the scheduled time.The website for appointment was easy to use, and gives you a good walkthrough of the provided services.This kind of systematic approach makes the customer experience hassle-free & delightful.Also the ambience was pretty comforting, social-distance was being maintained and all the protocols for a good hygiene & COVID prevention were being taken.

Yesterday a scam happened at the bodycraft salon! I went for a normal hair spa which costs around 1.8k. They did the scalp test and should me the picture of my scalp. And the guy suggested me to go with treatment hair spa. I had not given the consent yet they started with the treatment hair spa which costed me 2.3k plus tax!!!! Point is i informed the guy to now show the picture of my scalp. It was exactly the same before doing spa.Don’t go for advanced treatments. Go for the basic ones thus giving value to the money too.. i was so dissatisfied with the service too. Since my hair looked more dry now. I informed the same at the reception. But they did not respond to me. I got foot massage and hand massage too there. They charged me 700 each. For which I could have got a body massage else where!! During this covid times i put forward to all of you to spend wisely.I will not go this salon again

I booked creative stylist but at first they gave a stylist for my haircut. When I called it out, they had a lengthy discussion. Post that, the salon director(atleast thats what they made me believe) offered to do my haircut. But thats the worst haircut I have had in my life. His name was some abhinash(others were calling him abhi). I dont believe for a second hes the salon director, because the hair cut was uneven and he spoiled my hair. I need to outgrow this cut for 2 months and they redo it

I went to bodycraft Indiranagar for my pre wedding Skincare. I had a consultation with their doctor and she suggested a hydra facial and the lady Priya who did my facial burnt my face with the LED mask and My face is fully bruised now, when I confronted her she told me I already had these bruises. I asked her to call the doctor and she finally got accepted that the bruising happened because of the facial. They ruined my face and i dont know if these bruises will fade or not before my wedding. The total cost of the facial was 4500 and this lady at the reception asked me to pay 3000 cash didn’t give me the bill and later i got a message from bodycraft stating “thank you for the free consultation your total bill was 0.00.”Unbelievable.

I had a good experience with haircut but today I got my eyebrows done..the lady spoilt.my beautiful thick eyebrows..and both look different now..So its not at all worth it for services like eyebrows and stuff..wont suggest bodycraft for this.

Lovely massage hy therapist. I got sports massage done - which is like deep tissue. Normally at other places with high pressure it becomes painful - here due to expert techniques - even though pressure was high but it was relaxing.

We went in on a whim, as I needed a haircut and my spouse decided on a head massage.The place seemed to be almost empty, yet we were asked to wait for 10 minutes. We agreed.After 20 minutes, with no update from the staff, I walked out.

I have been a patron of Bodycraft Indiranagar for more than ten years and it has only improved in quality and professionalism. And now, when it comes to safety standards as well. I visited just before the lockdown in March and they had already implemented safety measures like masks and sanitizers. Every implement, chair and basin is sanitized before the customer comes in contact with it. I have visited to get my hair done two or three times since then and it is literally the only public place where I feel safe to venture. You are sanitized before you enter, all staff are outfitted with PPE including face shields, there is no longer a waiting area and customers are seated far apart. Among many other precautions. Kudos to an incredibly professional and ethical team that upholds the highest standards of safety, quality and customer service. My stylist, Chand, is extremely talented and professional and I trust her to make all the decisions about my hair care. Love the place and its warm and friendly vibe. Looking forward to many more visits in the future!

I have a very specific hair type and lets admit it, not all hair stylists understand the demands of curly, voluminous hair. I used to frequent Bodycraft Koramangala but since my go-to stylist left the job, I went to Indiranagar (for the 2nd time). I huge shout out to Chand, shes an epitome of what a hair stylist should be. She listens to me and then does her own magic and Im always happy with the results. I dont like to give instructions to the T because I feel its best to leave it to the professionals and Chand totally gets me and my hair. Glad to have found another go-to person!

I visited the salon on a Saturday. I was impressed with the sanitation from the beginning to the very end . The experience at the salon was wonderful and I didn’t have to worry about safety . All the staff were covered and protected with PPE kits , masks and the necessary gear.They would keep reminding every client to put on their masks .I am very happy with the service and would recommend to be carefree and visit the salon.

They follow all the required steps to ensure you have the best experience possible! They used Arogya Sethu app to ensure you’re not facing any symptoms and the hair dressers had a face mask and face gear on too!Enough about safety and back to styling, no stone left unturned. Used Dyson products and my hair is far better than the shape I came with.100 stars!

Got my hair coloured here. Required a lot of time to bleach and colour. Chand and Emmanuel stayed with me even after hours to finish the job leaving me with a stunning result of blue grey hair! Have been a regular here for a decade... ever since it was in another nearby building... decidedly upmarket, and stylists are skilled at what they do. I am very fussy about who I choose to deliver a good haircut and I have been lucky to find good stylists over the years. I havent explored the other services and apart from the very rare last minute cancellation, I have had no complaints.

I had gone there for a haircut. They told me only senior stylist (higher price) is available and I was okay with that since I wanted a different hair cut. That stylist couldnt suggest any haircut and ended up cutting my hair straight from the back. The layers in the front are also not very visible. Wouldnt recommend for a haircut. There are much better places in Bangalore for a haircut
