I have always celebrated my birthday and my niece’s birthday at Solitaire, 3 Quarter Chinese & Barbeque Nation. As it was my niece Sweet 16 Birthday and she insisted on trying a different place and we chose Brunch at Kabab Studio at Goldfinch Hotel. Trust me, it was the best gift we gave for my Nieces birthday.It was a fantabulous day and a great experience at Goldfinch Restaurant, Kumara Krupa Road. My niece and her friends thoroughly relished and enjoyed the food.The icing on the cake was towards the end, desserts…, kids enjoyed the stoned ice cream, they simply freaked out.A very special talk to the young and bubbly Ashwini Salian, who showed great hospitality towards us, multitasking, very friendly, at the same time very professional. A soft spoken girl, carrying a cute smile on her face throughout, Ashwini took very good care of us from the time we walked in till the time we left. She was so active and continuously served and took very good care of us. You made my day Ashwini.Also, lastly thanks to their manager, Mr. Nabakishor, who made a special arrangement for the birthday.Looking forward for another occasion to visit your hotel soon.Kudos team!!!! My own experience was very bad even after having confirmed reservation, the staff asked us to sit in the sun. I was with my 2 and a half year old kid and the behaviour of the staff was very bad. I have no words to praise this place for wasting my time spoiling my mood it was my wives birthday. I am still feeling like smashing that guy who asked my family to sit under sun even after paying full amount. Please Manage this teach your staff how to behave we didnt came to eat for free.

Had visited this place few years back and had enjoyed the food and ambience... Visited today with family today and the experience was very disappointing... Quality has dropped drastically...non-vegetarian was average...but a big NO to vegetarian buffet..

Folks ! Let me share the good news for all kabab lovers. THE KABAB STUDIO ( TKS) at the roof top of GOLDFINCH HOTELS have reopened and I was glad to be there for my Sunday brunch with friends. There has been few welcome changes at TKS but the warmth and spirit remains the same. What I love most about the place is their kabab offerings, served hot on the table on the grill. The marinations and flavours are one of the best in the city. The mains here offer a good variety of options for both vegetarians and non vegetarians alike. The service standards are good, thus making my culinary experience pleasurable today. Desserts & chat starters are must try and so is the their cold stone icecream that will please the young at heart.

One of the best buffet in town. Staff were very courteous. Food was brilliant. Especially the grape pickle bang on (have never tasted anything like that)The price is a bit on higher side. But if you can afford it, then its worth it.They also give a bday cake for free of cost if booked before 😁

Had a very bad experience today. Barbecue, means the meat should be smoking hot, prawn,fish and chicken almost all items we not at all done well, they were very soggy and taste less. Even the buffer dishes were not hot. Deserts were fine. I am totally disappointed. Used be one of my favourite places.I think with one bad experience, ppl loose trust on restaurants and would think twice to go back.Hope management take care of this feedback positively.

This restaurant is a perfect place for a family get together with a variety of food. It has a wide spread of Indian and arabian delicacies!For the drinks they served a sweet lassi and a melon drink. The only melon drink I have tasted which was natural with no added sugar yet so tasty.For starters it was a wide spread of chicken, mutton, paneer, prawns and fish. Everything was amazing and the chicken is a must try.They also have a live chat counter and they are amazing. The salad counter is a must try.The main courses has the regular spread of any buffet restaurant and they are pretty good.The stoned ice-cream has amazing taste and they have quite the dessert collection!!Overall an amazing experience will visit soon.

I was here for the DAAWAT E KHAAS and tasted their amazing Biryanis.They have range of Biryani from Bhatkal and awadhi to Lucknow Biryani.I had Mutton and Kolkata prawn Biryani. So flavourful and meat cooked to perfection. Each bite you can feel the richness on your palate.They have a dinner buffet too.They also have live chat and dessert counter too..Amazing place for family n friends.

The Kabab StudioBeen there to try out their ongoing The Awadhi Indulgence where in i got to try Awadhi cuisine predominantly kebabs & other stuff.The Buffet restaurant has live grill setup in each table . Also they have wide range of salad counter, live chaat counter, ice cream counter apart from the starters n dessert section. Do try their special drinks that comes in interesting cases which will surely turn the eyes from other tables :)Mutton galouti Kebab, Kattal ka kebab , Anarkali Kalmi kebab are the highlights from the live counter..From the grills, i loved Mithali Fish Tikka which is light n well done.Not a fan of biryanis in buffets, but surprisingly i loved the Dum Murgh Biryani which is made lucknawi style.. the masala n meat are perfectly working with the rice.. had lots of flavor in it.Lucknawi Bhindi & nadroo murgh korma are decent to try with the rotis in the main course ..Black forest pudding & dates pudding are not to be missed if in the desserts menu.. Went to this place to attend the on going Grand trunk road food festival which will be happening till 25th of November.Goldfinch hotel is a beautiful place with kebab studio as its live grill roof top restaurant.we started our meal with amazing guava sweet lassi. and then accompanied with few chaats like sev poori, dahi poori, golgappa and dahi bhalla. i liked them all.then we tasted their grill delicacy.Mithila ki machli.. grilled and cooked awesome had flavours running through my mouth. it was juicy and fresh.chicken tangri kebab was delight food. super yum and tasty.. after a long time i had such tasty tagri .chicken tikka was also tasty i loved it.as i am a briyani lover i had chicken Biryani which was basically dum Hyderabadi. cooked superb.butter chicken was super yummmy was missing it for a long time but was enough to satisfy my taste buds.for dessert we had chocolate gulab jamun and kheer.awesome experience.

A couple of us visited the kabab studio for dinner.First I would like to point out that they have a Grand Trunk Road food festival happening. This goes on till the 25th of November.Ambience:Since there was a party happening we had seating in a room. But the overall ambience of the place is pretty funky. There are separate booths for sweets, chaats and more. The outside seating is pretty good too!Food & drinks:Initially we had a couple of chaats. To start off, we had the sev poori and the Dahi poori. Being a chaat lover, I enjoyed them. I always thinks chaats should be a meal starter :PMoving on, we went ahead to the actual set of starters:* Murgh Adraki Shorba - the broth in my opinion was a little too strong. The hit of masala in the initial couple of spoons is strong after which the shorba itself becomes comforting.* Hara bhara kebab - I’ve had this in plenty of places, but this in my opinion was unique. The stuffing had extra flavour. I’m assuming a little curd was added too, (not sure) but that flavour stood out. And it is soft and perfect to munch on.* Mithila ke machli - loved this one. Super soft, juicy fish, flavoured very well. I enjoyed it thoroughly.Then came the main course:* Butter Chicken with stuffed naan - I liked the combo. Their bread basket is also made in a way that the breads don’t stuff you. Hence the sizes are smaller. The butter chicken could have been creamier.* Chicken biryani - there were 2 variants to chicken biryani, one was minced chicken and the other had pieces. The flavour the rice had was perfect. It had the perfect amount of biryani masala and the chicken was marinated very well. I really liked the biryani. For me that was the best end to main course!From here we moved on to desserts. Most awaited part of my meal:* Jalebi - ever since I saw the jalebi counter I was super tempted, and the jalebi’s are so crisp and gooey on the inside. I loved them. They melted in my house after the first bite. They’re not too sweet, just the way I love them.* Chocolate rasgulla - Big fan of rasgulla’s. Instead of chashni they coat the rasgulla with chocolate syrup. Well, it’s rasgulla and chocolate, I had no complaints here.* Kheer - this was highlight for me. The rice kheer that was served is by far one of the best kheers I’ve had. Consistency was perfect, not too thin or too thick. The kheer itself melts in your mouth. Loved it! ♥️For drinks we had a couple of mock tails but the one that caught my attention was the Goli Soda. Brought back memories of growing up in Bangalore. The loved it. It was sweet and sour and everything that i hoped it’d be! (Long lost Goli soda love :P)Service:They have plenty of live counters and since it’s a buffet you generally walk out to serve yourself.The starters are brought to the table. The same staff is polite for sure. They’re always around for assistance.

We went on a week day and most us are vegeterians.it is same as usual stuff(paneer,mushroom etc) for vegetarians..and they had charged us around 650 per head,water charges extra where each bottle is for 100rs..deserts are really good among all the items and they deserve 3 stars only for that and biryani is fine...simply they are looting people in the name of brand..they are not even ready to spare a glass water for customers when they are charging 650rs per head,tax apart...and at the end we thought pan is also included in meal and they charged us extra for that as well..be aware of all.these traps before anyone go there ..

Location and Ambience is good. Few drawbacks are not worth paying Rs.900 for buffet when compared to barbeque nation and absolute barbeque. Staff are pretty slow and some are not even aware about dishes. Will give it a last preference for barbeque dining

May be this place was good earlier but when we visited here few months ago.. The staff was least bothered. Definitely its a nice restaurant with good ambiance but there were not much variety in food. The buffet we had was good over all but many other places have better buffets.

We went for dinner here. Had booking at 1930 and they were not ready then. Starters were Ok but coordination was missing. Less variety. Took so long to get something. Main course was terrible for the price we pay. Got only one proper veg curry. deserts were decent. Overall ok but not happy. They have an outside area to dine but not very attractive. It was very cold there and less attention.

Brunch is best at this place, the food is fresh and taste is really amazing and they provide complementary drinks along with the buffet. This place is a absolutely rip off, especially when it comes to alcohol. The worst part is the management, the waiters and the bartenders are well trained to be pushy towards alcohol. I just had 1 bloody the most expensive drink in Bangalore, with in minutes they want me to have one more. 1200 for single Jim beam. Seriously.Location, ambience, rooftop and live band ghazal were the best.

Food was quite brilliant. Service could have been a touch better. Need to pay a little more attention to every table for customers trying to communicate. But once the order was taken, the response time was fantastic. Very friendly staff. Very good environment. The live music was soothing. Overall, an amazing experience.

Brilliant place to have authentic Kebabs. Amazing taste.. the platter has chicken, mutton, fish & prawns. In veg the tandoori pineapple is the best Ive ever tasted across Bangalore. Amazing food. Must visit for authentic kebabs..

You will need a deep wallet heading into this place and a massive appetite to get the most out if what youve spent in this place.I will recommends reserving a table beforehand.If youre a vegetarian I will advise you to take a hard pass. You get vegetarian food but it will not be worth what youre spending.It has live music on weekends which is the best and the most crowded time to head there so again dont forget to make a reservation. They do have ample seating but its better to be on the safer side.The hotel has Valet parking so that really isnt a problem.Its a pretty decent up scale place with great food... And a price tag to accompany it.

Four star for the taste, cleanliness and ambience. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful. We had dinner in the terrace under the moonlight which was amazing. But the service is late. The order either arrived after 20 minutes or never arrived. In the end we had to go to the counter ourselves. Also after we finished starters and went to get food from buffet, the waiters took the plates and kept the forks on the table which was unhigenic . No extra and clean forks were provided. We had no choice but to use the forks kept on table. Even though their were napkins on table, it would have been better if tissues were also provided. Expensive restaurant with approx rs. 899 per person.

The place is very good, find a place in open air terrace. Liked barbeque prawn, chicken & fish. Main course and desserts were also having good amount of choice. Over all satisfied.

I would have given five stars but for the fact that the grill on the table, though a good idea, should be handled better. Ours was billowing smoke to a point where our eyes started to water. Finally we had to tell the staff to turn it off. Also, the fact that we had to bring it to their notice and they didnt bother about it themselves got be a tad irked. Food is great, no doubt about it and a bar variety too.

A very name for food restaurant where chat and the kebabs are available in addition to the food of different varieties. Kebabs are their specialities. The kebabs are grilled on the fire so much that there are facilities to keep the kebabs being grilled on fire on the service table itself. There are almost about 20 varieties of curries of all types. Besides the food and the curries, almost all type of fruits are seved. Good number of deserts and large number sweets and ice creams are available. All the above varieties are served as Buffet and one can eat anything and everything at liberty.

Worst experience ever in buffet lunch on 14 Aug 2019 . Not worth of the money spent . Very slow service, not at all a good menu . Few staff with poor response, stuff not properly cooked , and moreover many dishes were exhausted. What ever u ask its already over around 3pm . No fruits , basundi, fish curry so many of them ...... worst not worth of a single star also.

A regular here for the past few years...this place never lets you down..they take their work pretty seriously..a good buffet spread..good collection of drinks,cocktails,mocktails,deserts,etc..a goos ambience...not that comfy thing but pretty relaxing and party kind of environment..the karioke singing adds to the charm and we always sing and dance when we are there with friends or even as a couple with kids...good location too with valet parking available...food quality,taste and variety is way ahead of many of its peers at this price range...We have always enjoyed and hope everyone does too...

Its the best and wallet friendly restaurant. Though the options are a little less when compared to barbecue nation, the food Taste is good. I have visited this place couple of times and its never disappointing.

Very bad experience 1st time visited 1st only very bad service we got. I suggest you all dont go after 10.30 because of uncomfortable feel they ll be close 11.30 we cant hav our food nicely we need eat faster because service going to be close so...Need to pickup on this who entered need to give until customers eats.I hope coming days you guys ll be give better thank you

Centrally located, reasonable variety of kababs and a buffet to go with them. Fair ambience and comfort on this rooftop establishment.

Excellent ambience, good service and great food (kababs and a generous buffet spread). I have come here quite a few times over the last five years, and I have always liked it. There is live music during dinner and an enjoyable place to celebrate any occasion or get togethers.

Amazing food and ambience. Parking is a concern but worth the food taste. Go with family and friends and you certainly will have a great evening. Loved being there.

I personally feel this is the best place for a family Dinner or a team lunch etc.... a Nice place , with Good ambiance . The service provided by Mr. Manjunath was commendable and the food by Chef Satyapal was awesome. This was actually a team outing and we decided to visit this place. The service provided was V good and the food was amazing. This was the exact feed back received by our team too ..

Worst restaurant. Located on 6th floor with closed terrace, no air, breeze. Plates are 3 kg heavy so none can carry it around, may be made of cement. No variety foods, grill is served on the table with veg Or non-veg only. Water bottles are additional at Rs.100, no clean water served on table, Pan-mint is additional too at exit. Ice cream counter is absent and gives juice in cups - talented people. Servers are too busy in cleaning the table, deaf when comes to taking orders, even managers are in their own world. Roti breads require 30 min and frequent shouting at them. Do not waste your money, time, occasion here. Not worth. Forget about finger bowl.

Food was good.Music was too loud.The smoke coming out from barbeque grills placed on tables was unbearable.

It is an excellent restraunt for lunch and dinner if your into buffet. The staff were polite and service for the barbeque starters was fast. The food variety is plenty for both the non veg and veg sections. I even loved the deserts served. Overall had a very good experience.

Best avoided....service is like pathetic...food is tasteless and nothing was hot...I guess the ac was also not working...it was like sitting inside an oven...the grill items took forever to arrive...not much options for 1k per head charges...try either bbq nation or Barbeque by Punjab grill they are 1000 times better than this place... gave 3 only for the naan which arrived in 2 mins...! At 12 30 they were still setting up the buffet and the chat item fellow was a kadak officer...Best avoided you would not miss anything...

Nice roof top ambience. Variety of kabab served was quite less when compared to BBQ nation. But again I went here for lunch and not sure how they serve for dinner.

Starters were good, kebabs nice and juicy, main course can be improved, biriyani was bland, curries were okay, desert was nice

The food is expensive, Taste is reasonable. The service is not up to the mark. Been here several times over the past 7 years. The restaurant was pretty good with great service, now it is just ok. Sometimes, you will have to ask the waiter several times to get what you need. Not good if you take important guests for lunch!

Starters servers unwillingly.... Unacceptable behviour from staffs... Too much crowd and staffs are not adequately trained... Takes long time to give starters (will be giving only after asking my time) ... Poor experience.

Food was cold and taste is average. I find no exciting food to cheer about. Only distinguished factor is the buffet trays which were too heavy to open and that made more boring as an environment.

Good food but food taste and quality can be improved.

Too costly than barbecue and less options. Waiter always forget after you ask them about the order.
