Alternative for other similar restaurants in Bangalore. Must try Malabar Biryani, Sea Food, KABABs and Grill

Ordered food through ZOMATO and didn’t get the delivery. Asked ZOMATO they said the delivery boy is waiting however when asked the Imperio restaurant Thamsim & Safran, showing a casual attitude they were like you go and ask ZOMATO, however the food was still showing as prepared and the restaurant didn’t even update the food is prepared and is saying food is delivered. I would request not to order any food online from “Imperio” with such pathetic staff working here.

If you are a spicy 🌶lover pls dont visit here.. Worst experience I faced today. No spicy, no taste. I visited here when I am feeling full hungry 😣, road side fast food is much better than here.. Waste of money.. their service and cleanliness is good but what can we do with these when food is not tasty.. A very bad experience today 😒😠😞

Very good customer service by the staff and food taste was ok, not so delicious nor so bad. From cleanliness perspective, they could maintain little better than the current one, only one washbasin is available and that was leaky. Other than this everything was good. It was less crowded, may be due to the current situation

Ceylon paratha, coin paratha and their chicken starters are yummy. We even liked the milkshake and blue lime soda.Very good and tasty food with not excessive oil or salts.Highly recommendI love the dine in experience here

They have good shawarma, grill chicken, biriyani and all kinds of rotis and bread. Both Mediterranean and indian dishes are there. Good choice of non vegetarian and vegetarian dishes.

Worst service and management ,chicken is not freshat at all .for 145 rupees u will get this one only ...I dont know how they serve like this and cheating customers....

This place stays open till 1:00-1:30 am.. Staffs are with behaviour and helpful. Ambience is okok.. In lunch time they also offer buffet. Food quality is OK.. Nothing special.. If you are hungry and roaming in this area at late night then this place is a must visit point. They take order via swiggy and zomato. Take out facility is also there. Service is fast.

IMPERIO RESTAURANT is one of the best place to have lunch... The lunch buffet is very cheap ( only RS.200/-) and food is delicious too... All what you can eat... We ordered an extra item of fish and thats too very tasty... Service is excellent.... Enter With no doubt....

Reasonably priced good food. Taste is always consistent. Never had any sort of issue with any of my order.Just after I posted this review, I faced problems with my order. In first order food taste and quality was not good. There was not enough curry or chicken pieces in the curry to have naans.Second order I had placed through Zomato for lunch for 5 people. As it was already around 1230pm, I thought of calling the restaurant to request them to send the food little before scheduled time if possible for them. This person on the phone told me they are preparing my order and will send it as per the schedule only. I waited for till the delivery time given to me. Firstly hotel guy told me that since I have a bulk order its taking more time for them to prepare the food. Second time when I called him after 15-20 minutes, he told me that food is ready but delivery executive has not reached there. Then I called delivery executive, he told me he is waiting there at the restaurant from last 20-25 mins but they are not giving him food parcels. He requested me to speak with restaurant once again. This time hotel executive told me that they have not received my order and their food is also over as it was Sunday lunch time. Then he had the audacity to ask me to wait for another 30-40 mins for food and if they have some food left with them they will send it to me. Delivery executive was a kind person he asked me if he wants me to wait there. I asked delivery executive to not to waste his time there as the hotel guy was talking to me as if I am begger. I called Zomato to cancel my order and refund my money. Zomato executive helped me without any hassles. After this bitter incident I have decided to not to place any order with Imperio.

Everytime I order chilly chicken full, they send me quarter and half. When I complain, they ask me to send a photo of the box and then argue its full box, then when I finally win the argument by showing the old box, they again send the original full box. They have cheap mentality about customers and they are not honest and they are frauds

Today i taken a parcel from Whitefield branch ,non veg thali.later came back to home and open the parcel and started having it, there was a half eaten chicken leg piece which was eaten by somebody else,I assume it was leftover from others plate or from garbage.sad past is they fried it again.i called the customer care.they send the other parcel again to my home with delivery boy .

Not sure how the food is served in hotel but when i ordered food from zomato quantity was very less compared to the price they are charging. If they cant do that they should stop providing food on zomato. You can see from the 1st pic thats chicken fried rice for 120 rupees and veg fried rice for 110 plus taxes.

Love the buffet here.The buffer will be available only during lunch time that is from 12:30 P.MThe buffet starter is too spicy which is not good for childrens below the age of 3 years you can order separate dishes for the babySpecially on Friday the buffet timing is 2:30 P.MCost is bit expensive as compared to other hotels nearby but worth the foodYou have parking in front of the restaurant there are no baby chairs.You have a wide variety of ice creams nd faloodasOverall a good restaurant to enjoy the food with family

I had ordered tandoori chicken, fried rice, butter Nan, Chicken masala, kadai chicken, chicken biryani and ice-cream. Biryani was not good, bad smell came from chicken! Too bad experience with this restaurant. I never ever expected.

The taste of the food was good but omg they cant even give good amount of gravy. Inspite of calling them and inquiring if we will get gravy for paratha they had given us a small box of daal gravy that wouldnt suffice for even 3 parathas. No great service from them. Worsttt !!!!!!

I ate a non veg thali here. Do check if the items are fresh before you dive in.In my case I was a fool and kept on eating even though the chicken tasted a week old.And as result I am currently suffering from food poisoning. So good luck ordering food here

Very worst. One year ago I gave 5 stars. Now editing it . We had 65 biriyani, barbeque and a shavarma. We could not even finish one item. Worst taste and quality. I was about to vomit only. Cost is high qualyis cheapest.
