Hotel is in heart of city and you can easily travel from there to all tourist spots in Hyderabad. Reception is very welcoming and they try to serve you well. Rooms are clean and refreshing. They have separate dining hall on top floor where you can have breakfast to dinner as you please. Paradise is very near to Raj classic.

Its good hotel in the budget 660. Location is very good. But one thing to oyo plzdont use word complimentary breakfast give only 3 small size idli for it its very funny. And to food cost is so high and u dont permit to bring outside food. Smoking and consume alcohol is prohibited here ? This is not good and u should mention it online before booking.

Rooms are good. Room service is also not bad. They provide early check-in and late check-out if rooms are available. Overall experience was good at reasonable room price. Only complaint is the last amount i paid for late check-out was not shown in the invoice. It is ok for personal trips but can be of problems for official tour. So if you visit make sure everything sorted out before leaving the place.

It was an average stay. Thanks for whatever services you provided. The service quality needs to be improved. You must increase number of staffs to cater customers. More cleanliness is required. Paste control haste be done at the earliest. Breakfast quality does not suit for the people who are staying for the business purpose. OYO’s flagship tied up with such a third party vendor who does not know proper ethics to handle customers at breakfast table. How come a customer can tolerate 2 idly, a bowl of sambar which does not contain anything except water, a coconut chutney day after day. So if any customer is planning to stay for more than a day then he will easily get frustrated with your food. Due to that, you actually compelled me to order additional foods from menu which is of course chargeable. After seeing the quality of breakfast, I’m pretty sure only very few may order for lunch and dinner. So business point of view, you are actually losing customers. You must work on this. Im also curious to know about what kind of Tatasky package you buy which doesnt contain any useful channel to watch. Extremely limited options to explore. In a simple word, I’m not satisfied although Im giving 4 stars just after seeing the face and hard works of those youngsters who keep on working tirelessly. Hotel rooms are good.. But not exactly as shown in Oyo app..The management is very poor.. Everyone will keep pushing the work and try avoiding it..The staff is not well-trained..Food is expensive but is very tasty and is of good quality and very limited options are available...Daily complementary breakfast includes only 2 idly&sambhar..

A nice budget stay considering the price, location is nice on the main road. The airport bus AM dropped me right in front of the hotel gate. Did not have food so cant comment on food quality.

Peak summer and A/C did not function aptly so we were literally sweating. Ok, there is this thing about saving energy and the mantra is use both fan (at low speed) and A/C (at 24/25) but then the fans regulator was broken and it was stuck at full speed... By the time we realised fan was needed it was too late and had to spend the night in misery. Room was just fine. Breakfast was advised as limited - they only provided 2 idly per individual and that was the limit they were referring to!Bad part - only a single towel is provided in a room for 2 individuals. I mean what OYO/Hotel management were even thinking.Worse part - They give only 2 200 ml bottles of drinking water and nothing else in the room, not even a glass. Im struggling to understand what analysis have they done to imagine people would only drink so much water.Worst part - if you are going by car then you will be frustrated unable to find any kind of parking whatsoever and note this hotel is located in one of the busiest streets of Hyderabad. Period.

Afordable price. Staffs are well behaved. Allowed me few extra hrs as complimentary. Rooms with good space. 2 stars for these features of this hotel.Oyo really needs to focus on its partner hotels. I am a doctor. I value hygiene. This was the worst hotel of my life in terms of cleanliness. Cockroaches were everywhere: on walls, beds, toilets, dining room, desks, everywhere! They should close down this hotel for a few days and invite any pest control agency to get rid of all the cockroaches and their breeding sites. But then, I also saw garbage (including food left overs) strewn in the corridors. If that cannot be stopped, then the cockroaches will return. The bed linen were greasy and old. They had no towels. The receptionist told that all customers have been complaining, but the owner does not care. I went there to stay only because the name says “Oyo Flagship”. I wanted to experience a budget Oyo hotel for the first time in my life because of the fame of Oyo chain of hotels. I had paid for three nights. But I moved out to another Oyo hotel after the first night. The name of the hotel should be changed from Oyo Flagship Hotel Raj Classic to Oyo Shams Hotel Raj Classic! Be ashamed, Oyo! Your customers deserve better even in budget hotels!

The hotel is located on main road and quite accessible from secundarabad railway station. It has good maintained rooms with basics amenities. Rooms towards the main road have some disturbance.Breakfast has limited choices but with a decent taste.Service is ok but bit slow.

As soon I entered room i checked washroom it stinks so badly wandering with cockroaches around it and room smells dusty kind of feeling especially bed sheets pillows r dirty.. Overall it was untidy.. Though the room was in very low budget but the maintaince of room should b neat and tidy right? It was very bad experience I quit the room with in 2 hrs as I was disappointed with room maintance . Have been staying here on my numerous business trips & have never felt like changing the hotel.The hotel is centrally located on M.G. Road, with easy access to all the railway stations and bus stands. Good for Business travelers and also to Family Tourists.All the rooms are similar offering the same facilities of A/C, 24 hours Hot water, Satellite TV.The rooms are clean & spacious, either twin or double bedded with a small center table and chairs.The Hotel offers excellent laundry and in room dining services. The staff always on their toes to serve you. No Internet is a big downer though.The restaurant SPICE serves delicious VEG FOOD ONLY in a very wonderful ambiance.The restaurant is always full most of the time & it is my personal first preference for staying at the hotel. The Complimentary breakfast is great and has good variety of Indian and continental.Also they do provide all JAIN food on request. The quantity of the servings is also big, also the NORTH INDIAN thali is good and full meal including soup and desert.The Travel Desk also Provides good sight seeing and per day rates for tourists as well as business travelers.Overall it has been a wonderful experience staying at the hotel at all times.
