Pros:- The ambience of the restaurant is the best part of the restaurant.- The service is good.Cons:- when it comes to the food itself it leaves much to be desired, not the best its just OK.- The pricing is not reasonable either.Verdict:- Overall, it is just OK.- Try dinners.

Le Charcoal is one place which is definitely famous for chicken and biryani but being a vegetarian I was surprised to find so many amazing veg dishes.I started with couple of starters like dahi ke kebab and paneer tikka and both of them were amazing. One of the best dahi ke kebab in fact in bangalore. In mains, u had their signature dal bukhara which is a must order along with paneer tikka masala and Kulchas. Everything was perfect. From desserts, I tried pista firni which had perfect sugar, titanic sundae and gulab jamun.Few improvements needed, tad bit work around in Chinese dishes and mocktails needs to go easy on sugar.

One of the best places with a cozy ambience to hang out with friends. They serve indian, Mediterranean and Arabian style dishes. The kebabs both veg and non-veg varieties are the speciality of this place, at reasonable prices..We started with some veg starters like paneer aachari cheese tikka which was droolworthy, the paneer was soft, the mushroom starter Shabnam ke moti was lucious, well marinated and beautifully presented..Their Chinese starters like baby corn Manchurian and Dragon chicken are also good picks from their menu, they know what their customers want, sweet n spicy flavours mixed so well. I really loved all their starters and decent presentation..Coming to non-veg starters and kebabs, theres no end to it. As they are specialised in Arabian cuisines and indian kebabs , we really liked the Lahori chicken tikka here. My favourite pick has to be Murgh malai tikka, very well dressed and beautifully presented. The chicken inside was soft, lucious and way too delicious. The Nizami kalmi kebab was again a hit, a full plate is enough to satisfy your hunger. I also ordered the sesame honey chicken which was on the sweeter side, and loved it to my suprise..The maincourse spread was also very welcoming. Ever heard of DAL BHUKARA , a combination of dal makkhani and aloo bhukara which was surely interesting and Delicious, it went well with some laccha paratha and tandoori naan. Peshwari paneer tikka masala and mushroom matar masala were just made to perfection for a maincourse meal. Amritsari kulcha, onion chilli cheese kulcha , Achar mirchi ki roti were some spicy, scrumptious breads to go with the maincourse. Chicken bharta with minced chicken went wonders with some hot ghee rice full of aromas. Here one can find the authentic flavours. ..You can always choose some coolers and MOCKTAILS like kiwi sunrise, guava mojito or mint lime cooler.Coming to my last favourite DESSERTS section, we found that they house some very delicious desserts. The gajar ka halwa is the best in whole of Bangalore I would say, just like homemade halwa with homemade khoya and ghee, as I said they maintain the authentic taste so well, even the phirni and gulab jamun were too good..The service is not doubt very good and satisfying, only that it take sometimes a bit of time because u have ordered tandoor items and kebabs, which requires time for proper cooking..So have a little patience, it is surely a wonderful experience...

Recently visited Le Charcoal in Brookefield. It’s a small, quaint place that serves North Indian and Mughlai food. We were all vegetarians and were in a fix wondering if the veg food will be that good but trust me, it was delicious. The ambience could be a bit better but the outdoor seating was more bright and welcoming than the indoor one which was sombre. We started with the drinks- blue lady, kiwi sunrise, mango crunch, guava mojito and cold coffee. I felt that the mocktails were too sweet and had too much of soda which ruined the mouthfeel. This was the only disappointment in the entire meal. Everything else was lovely. In the starters we tried the dahi kebab, achari kharari paneer, cheese corn tikki and shabnam ke moti,The dahi kebabs were slightly sweet, soft and tender and tasted nice with the fresh green chutney. The achari kharari paneer had a crispy coating which included masala papad which was quite interesting. My favourite was the cheese corn tikki which had a crispy crust and when you cut into it, a soft centre. It was very flavourful and had the right textural balance as well. The shabnam ke moti consisted of mushroom heads stuffed with spiced paneer and grilled in a tandoor. The mushrooms were perfectly cooked and it’s a treat for any mushroom lover. For the main course we tried the bread basket, Peshawari paneer tikka masala, dal bukhara and malai kofta. The malai kofta had a very unique presentation, it was served like a cone. A little sweet but rich and comforting. The dal was hands down my favourite among everything. It was so creamy and buttery. The peshwari paneer tikka masala gravy was spiced properly and had a tangy kick which I liked. For desserts we tried the gulab jamun, gajar ka halwa and kesaria phirni with ice cream. All the desserts were good, not too sweet, just how I like it.Overall a lovely place, even for vegetarians. The North Indian food is delicious and the flavours are really good.

Le Charcoal is a casual dining restaurant in Brookfield, The place is easy to find as it is on the ITPL main road, one of the decent casual dining restaurants in the area. The ambience of the restaurant is very much inviting with semi-open air and outdoor open air seating. outdoor seating where you can watch the streets of the ITPL, ideal for enjoying some fresh air and sunshine while being shaded.food menu is North Indian, Chinese and Mediterranean. we tried bunch of food from starters, main course to desserts. starters are amazing, we had corn cheese tikki, shabnab ke moti and peshwari paneer tikka. the presentation of malai kofta was really mesmerizing, loved the taste achari kharari paneer, the Indian breads and desserts were pretty decent. we had couple of mocktails to sip in between on our lunch and all the mocktails were very refreshing.Courteous and Friendly Staff, Prompt Service. the presentation was good, timely delivery of the food.

Le Charcoal- Though I know this place for so long, but never had a chance to visit the outlet.Last week, I bumped into the place with fello foodies.Situated in a prime area in Brookefield, Le Charcoal has a captivating ambience. They serve both Arabian and North Indian dishes. We were glad to experience the following dishes:Starters :* Chicken Manchow Soup* Masala papad* Peshawari Paneer Tikka* Dahi kebab* Lahori chicken tikka* Sarson chicken tikka* Corn fish* Honey chilli potato* Chicken Sheek KababAll the starters were delicious. If you ask me which one is the pick of the items, I would definitely vote for Chefs special, Corn Fish. It was really scrumptious. I personally loved Lahori Chicken tikka and Dahi Kebab as well. Honey Chilli Potato was good, but there is a scope of improvement.Main course :* Chicken lababdar* Murgh makhani Delliwala* Dal Bukhara* Butter garlic naanSometimes, starters get more attention and we may miss out the real taste of the main courses. But, main course also turned out to be really good here! The combo of Naan and Chicken Lababdar were amazing.Beverages :* Guava mojitoI also tried out the drink, Guava Mojito which was pretty decent and refreshing.Deserts:* Gajar ka halwa* Kesaria firniObviously, without desserts, how can we end a meal? Tried out Gajar Ka Halwa and Kesaria firni. Both were super yummy and fills the tummy! 😄A special mention deserves for the courteous service. They were prompt and attentive.Overall, it was such a pleasant experience at Le Charcoal.

Best place in Whitefield area to have Indian , Lebanese and Arabic dishes.Value for money : 5/5Must have : dahi kabab and phirni and an amazing North Indian serveIndian : in Indian we tried tandoori chicken, achaari chicken and lasooni murgh Tikka. All three were amazingI have tried their delivery options also and the parcels were also amazing. So if you are lazy to go there, go for a delivery option. In Lebanese food we tried the bbq grilled platter , which is a combination of fish kaba, chicken seekh and boneless grill chicken. Its served with hummus , pita bread and salad. Tastes awesome 🥰..In Arabian starters Al faham chicken is my favorite.Surprisingly they serve an amazing biryani, so dont miss that when you are planning to order rice items.Phirni help us wrap our lunch in style 🤠Talking about the quantity of food they are very generous in serving,The outdoor seating helps you feel the air.

Visited this restaurant on a Wednesday evening for dinner with a bunch of friends. The place wasnt crowded and we got our table easily. The place is easy to find as it is on road. Parking can be an issue at this place.Ambiance:-This place offers mostly open air seating area and some tables which are inside and that too is not in a closed area which makes it even better in the amazing Bangalore weather.Service:-The service was really quick in terms of both table and kitchen service. The staff is polite and ready to help you with the selection of dishes in the menu.Food:-We started off with the Manchow soup, the portion was good and the taste was decent. In starters we really liked the Lahori Chicken tikka and Dahi ke kabab. Honey chilli potato were also decent but could have been better. In main course, Murgh Makhani and Dal Bukhara were simply amazing. We also tried a variety of Breads and were good. In desserts, we tried Pherni and Gajar halwa. Both of them were really good.Overview:-Food-5Ambiance-4Service-5Value for money - 5

As a resident of Whitefield, Le Charcoal is a familiar name, I have been here several times, only for takeaways and most importantly their Biriyani & Chinese Fare. But recently I had a propah sit down lunch with a bunch of friends and I decided to try out their North Indian fare & give the Chinese and slightly Arabic influenced dishes, amiss.Started off with a delicious Achari Cheese Paneer Tikka, which had the saltiness from the cheese & a mild sourness from the achaar, in a subtle month so overpowering sort of Tandoori smokiness that made the dish enjoyable, without any one flavour overtaking another. The Shabnam Ke Moti, a Tandoori stuffed mushroom dish, that hit the spot with the beautifully cooked mushrooms without too much of a stuffy stuffing, just the right portion. The Mocktail that I tried, Mango Deluxe was overtly sweet, but the top layer was comparatively less sweet because of the raw mango flavour and I liked it.For mains we were recommended the Dal Bhukara, which I learnt was essentially a Dal Makhani with an addition of roasted plums added as garnish. Beautifully slow cooked Dal perfectly seasoned went perfectly with the Ghee Rice overloaded with cashews. The Peshawari Paneer Tikka Masala was delicious and was just right for a pairing with the Pudina Lacha Paratha. But I had a soft corner for Mushroom Mattar Hara Pyaaz, was just right in flavours for both rice & Rotis. Not a big dessert fan, however I absolutely could not get enough of the amazing Phirni this place serves, I just loved it,Overall a great place for some delicious North Indian fare that you must try, the place deserves a 5 star just for the Mushroom Peas Hara Pyaaz, Dal Bhukara & Phirni, absolutely decadent.

In the last three weeks I have visited this place thrice..!! Mainly because I loved their food..!!Experience-1 : Went out for lunch with a bunch of 6 big time foodie, setting the context on how much we ate.!! We started with soup, I had ordered lemon coriander soup which was a little to garlicy.. Then we moved to starters, we ordered a bunch of thing the ones which really stroke a cord were:1.Daahi Kabab - Extremely soft, its on a sweeter note. There is a nice blend of masala and sweetness in the kabab.2.Hummus and Pita - the pita was soft and well made, the hummus was also flavorful and we reordered3.Sarso Chicken Tikka - the right blend of masala and tanginess in the chicken, the meat was cooked well.To point out they also serve Tibetan starters like Dragon chicken, Manchurian, etc..Moving on to the mains:1.Dal Maakhni: It was so good that I took my friends back to have this. It was not too buttery yet you could taste the cream and butter. The consistency was rich and I could eat all my ghee rice with it2.Ghee Rice: this was more like a Malabar Biriyani3.Lachha Paratha: it tasted just like the ones in Delhi, thats all I can say :)In the desserts, you need to have the gulab jamun and Kesaria firni...!!!Experience-2 : It was late at night and we found Le Charcoal open. We had Lemon coriander soup, Dal Makhni, Butter chicken and Naan. The Dal Makhni was on the spot, butter chicken could have been better..!! The Lemon Coriander soup tasted like Manchow soup, was disappointing..!! The best in this days was the Mango Crunch mocktail which was just amazing, felt like mango bite and rasna mixed together.Experience-3 : Went for dinner on a friends Birthday..!! Had to order the soup, dal makhni, chicken kadai masala, paneer kadai masala, Chicken Lasuni Kabab... The Dal Makhni served was sour, when we told them.. they changed it and it was good..!! The paneer and chicken both were delicious.Over all the place serves really good North Indian food, and the taste is similar to that of in NCR region. There are some inconsistency in the food, but that can be just one offs. The ambiance might not be very fancy but its clean and spacious.

Several times I passed by this restaurant but never made an attempt to go and dine. I have always ordered their food online and thought of visiting it. A couple of days ago I was there with a bunch of friends to try out their food (Especially tandoors).Place is easy to locate. Situated right beside the ITPL main road. It has both indoor and outdoor seating space which can accommodate 70 pax approximately.I have ordered chicken manchow soup to start my meal. It was tangy and tasty. Peshawari paneer tikka and lahori chicken tikka are just amazing. Paneer is tender and has well balanced flavour. Chicken is super tender and cooked to perfection with adequate amount of spices. This starter goes well with drinks.Corn fish is their signature dish. Fish is fried with corn flakes which has added a unique flavour of the dish. This is a must try. Kulcha and butter garlic naan are tasty and tasted even more delicious with chicken lababdhar.I have ended my meal with carrot halwa which was good but could be improved. Overall its a nice place for vegetarian food and tandoors especially.

Le charcoal is located near brookfield mall and is known for their unbeatable north Indian, arabic and tandoori dishes. This restaurant has got both indoor and outdoor seating and can accommodate easily around 50 guests. Ambience is pretty smooth and they play some really good hindi tracks.Coming to the food, this restaurant is known for their hot selling arabic dishes. We started with some really good appetizers which included delicious melting Lahori chicken tikka (Must try), Corn Fish (Must try), Sheek kebabs and dahi kebab. In the mains, we had Chicken lababdar, Murgh Makhani, Dal bukhara with some hot butter garlic naan. Now, one thing ive noticed, all the chicken dishes were well cooked and tasted really good. All the dishes were well presented, however garnishing could have been a little more better :) . Feeling thirsty, check out the menu for some cool moctails, we tried Virgin Mojito and Guava Mojito, both were really good. In Desserts we tried Gajar ka Halwa and Kesar Phirni, both were decent. Overall it was a great experience, I will definitely order from here from now on. Also special thanks to the staff, very attentive and very friendly. Cheers :)

Le charcoal is the hidden gem in the heart of Brookfield area. This place is not much explored but will definitely be a must recommended place to try out some delicious and authentic tandoori and north indian dishes. Ambiance is very minimalistic and serves the purpose. Indoor and outdoor seating arrangements can easily accommodate around 30 people. Staff members were very courteous and respectful.Coming to food which were excellent and taste better that all other restaurants in the vicinity. Some of the dishes we had ordered and must recommended to try once you are here.Manchow Soup: soup was prepared well and definitely be the best thing to start. Served with crunchy fried noodles.Peshawari Paneer Tikka: paneer tikka was super delicious and is prepared with paneer, ground spices and fresh cream. This was exotic in taste, rich and creamy in texture and delicious to eat.Dahi ke kabab: Made with hung curd, paneer, flour and basic spice powders. They are super crisp outside and melted in mouth the moment you put it inside. Loved the taste and this is one of the best dahi kabab in the vicinity.Murgh Malai Marke: chicken pieces cooked in a creamy marinade with yoghurt, cheese, ginger, garlic and chilli. Tender boneless chicken pieces will simply melt in the mouth.Dragon Chicken: Indo chinese dish marinade with lots of spices and fried and sauteed in a spicy and tangy sauce which give extra flavour to its taste.Dal Bukhara: classic Punjabi style curry made from whole black urad dal which is creamy and melts in the mouth. This is one the best dal I have tried and taste. Must recommended to try once.Dal Bukhara is quite similar to the Dal Makhani, with a slight difference. It even looks quite similar to it, but taste is different because of different preparation. Thanks to Nadeem to explain the difference between both type of Dal.Tawa paneer khurchan: this paneer dish had mouth watering flavour and prepared with a combination of regular Indian spices and low fat cream; garnished with coriander leaves. This tasty dish has creamy texture and would definitely make you lick your fingers.Le Charcoal special chicken bharata: One the must try main course curry from their menu. Soft and succulent boneless chicken pieces cooked in spicy creamy gravy. It will satiate the taste buds of the non-veg lovers especially the chicken lovers. To end the meal they have a perfect combination of desserts. Kesariya phirni is a must try. Its a delicious creamy dessert made with rice, milk, sugar and flavoured with cardamom, saffron. The addition of chopped almonds and pista make this a lip smacking dessert.Overall great budget friendly restaurant which will give you delicious and quality food as compared to other big names in this area. Perfect place to hang out with friends and families.

Le Charcoal - Treat yourself like a Sheikh with the authentic Arabic cuisineWith a base of Arabic Cuisine & North indian cuisine, Had a pretty good & decent food experience for my sunday lunch. I was informed they have a senior chef who worked under celebrity Chef Harpal Singh who would obviously bring all his experience that makes our meal joyful.Had couple of starters & main course where every dish is pretty good & happy face for us :) They have open & closed seating so that we can choose to sit based on our interests.👉 Corn Cheese Tikka : One of their famous veg dishes where the corn is perfectly mashed & felt in every bite. Loved it👉 Al Faham Chicken : Cooked Al Faham style with flavours straight from the heart of the Middle East. Grilled chicken served along with pita bread, a side of smooth hummus and a garlic mayonnaise. This is a must try here👉 Murgh Lazeez Tikka Masala : Boneless chicken gravy which is a spicy version here went well with our naans :) perfect as it has to be👉 Egg Dal Tadka : never heard of it, so went for it... Classic Dal tadka is mixed along with egg bhurji...the egg stuff is little bland, but it is a different dish to try here ..👉 Ghee Rice : Never a fan of ghee rice nor ordered it anywhere.. Ordered it skeptically , but this is by far the best among all ghee rice i had earlier at any place.. basmati rice along with cashews tossed in ghee.. was absolute yumm.. make sure u order this along with your fav curry.Had fresh watermelon juice which is very good & most effective for this climate.. They also have mocktails & fruit juices to cater everyone interests

I visited this place for a weekday lunch. This place is situated near Brookefield Mall which is pretty close to my office. Here is my perspective about the placeFood (4.5 out of 5) - We started with a couple of starters - Babycorn Manchurian, Shabnam Ke Moti and Cheesy Paneer Tikka. For me, Shabnam Ke Moti which was a Tandoori Mushroom starter with some paneer stuffing stood out from all. It was quite delicious. Rest were also good. Now, coming to Main Course, don’t forget to try their signature dish Dal Bukhara (had plums in Dal Makhani) and Ghee Rice. These two dishes were just amazing. I also liked the Peshawari Paneer Tikka and Mushroom Matar Masala. We ended our meal with their amazing Phirni and Gajar Ka Halwa. It’s really hard to find good Phirni and Gajar Ka Halwa in restaurants. So I was quite stunned when I took the first spoon.Ambience (4 out of 5) - The place has both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating has a good amount of greenery. Overall, the ambience is good.Service (4 out of 5) - The staff was quite polite, courteous and welcoming. The service was a bit slow and could be a little quick.

Its a lovely place with good ambience. Bollywood songs playing in the background really makes the mood for a fine evening. The food was too good as well. Ordered arabian platter. Though i did not find al-faham that good as much written in the other reviews. But the hawaiin salad in platter was mesmerising. But the kalmi kabab were phenomenal. Never have I eaten such soft and juicy chicken. And at last, gajar ka halwa with ice cream. The quantity was sufficient and was worthy of its price.

As good as the name sounds, Le Charcoal is a North Indian style offers a unique blend of Mughlai, Awadhi and Peshawari foods. The restaurant is located on the ITPL main road in Brookfield area of Bangalore. The ambience of the restaurant is very much inviting with semi-open and outdoor dining area. The decor is a bit contemporary. However, a lot can be done to create an ethnic ambience wherein any passerby would have one look and know its a restaurant specializing in North Indian Cuisines. For example, the servers wear a modern semi-formal uniform which can be replaced with ethnic wear. Now coming to the food, I had an opportunity to experience a morsel of dishes from starters to mains to desserts. I ll provide a brief of some of the dishes I experienced :Honey Chili PotatoesTaste- A bit on the sweeter side. Would have been much tastier with a little extra spice.Texture- Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside- Just the way it should be.Garnish- Roasted lentils. Gave an excellent contrast with the dish.Presentation- Presentation was good. However, there is still scope for improvement. For example, the lettuce can be replaced with Chiffonade of Cabbage.Dahi Ke KebabTaste- Would rate 5 by 5. Cant be better than this.Texture- Soft interior. The exterior could have been slightly thicker and crispier.Garnish - Would have been a hit if the kebabs came with some garnish. For example, kernels of pomegranate and some mint leaves would have done the magic.Presentation - The Kebabs were served with a salad pickled in curd and spices. Wasnt much attractive but with the mentioned garnish it can do wonders.Lahori Chicken TikkaTaste-Texture-GarnishPresentationTaste- Delicious just doesnt justify the feeling of these delicate tikkas melting in the mouth and giving a passionate feel of its flavours. It was absolutely amazing.Texture- The chicken was soft and well cooked. The crisp exterior also gave hints of smokiness.Garnish - Didnt come with much of a garnish. However, the appearance and the taste covered it up for it. Mint springs and can be served as a garnishPresentation - The dish came with the same pickled Salad. Would have been good if a wedge of lime was added.Peshawari Paneer TikkaTaste- This one is a must-eat even if you prefer something meaty. The taste of these tikkas was simply fabulous. The Tandoori flavours took me to the times of the Mughals.Texture- The tikkas were soft and juicy. The texture complimented the taste perfectly.Garnish - Sprigs of coriander and mint could would have made an excellent garnish.Presentation - The portion size can be increased to 8 pieces and also a wedge of lime or lemon could be served along.Corn fried FishTaste- The fried fish tasted OK OK. It has tons of potential for improvement. For example, the floury taste from the thick batter can be been done away with.Texture- The exterior was crispy and too thick. The dish will be a super hit if thicker slices of fish are used.Garnish - No Garnish needed. The dish will be amazing on its own if the above is implemented.Presentation - Simple yet elegant. Comes with a homemade Garlic - Mayo Sauce and as an accompaniment.

The place serves variety of foods i.e., Arabian, Chinese, North Indian & so on. The place is pocket friendly and offers different types of dishes.I really liked the Arabian good here. Just the typical taste a Connoisseur would acknowledge! The reason for giving four stars being, the Noodles I ordered which were not up to the expectations, as they show their expertise in Chinese food.Rest a must visit place for Arabian & Lebanese Platter 👍.Hope this helps!!!Have a great day.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon for the lunch. The staff is courteous and helps you with the menu and their best offerings politely. You normally dont find this place crowded, so it could be your choice if you want to go to a relatively calm place with good service without compromising on cost and taste.

Best place near Kundalahalli if you are craving for a midnight meal. Close to Brookefield mall if you need a bite after a late night movie. They have outdoor and indoor seatings with tables of 4, 6 or 8. No dedicated parking spots buy two wheelers can be parked near walkway. Open till 1 AM midnight. Good option for food except there is no tea or coffee served.

Its near to Brookfield Mall, ITPL main road, Bangalore. Food is delicious.Crowded during weekend and mostly at night. Outdoor open space restaurant. Quick services and prices are okay. Tandoori chicken is delicious . Nice ambience. Because restaurant is situated right opposite to road there may little disturbance. But happy with service and food.

A good place for Arabian and other cuisine. They staff is helpful. Once we had some complaints with one of the dishes ordered nd they were quick to solve it. Ive tried the Arabian chicken items from Moritz and Le Charcoal, and this is the better of the two.If youre looking for an AC place, then this is not for you.. Since all the seating is kinda outdoor or in the open.

The food we had at the restaurant was good. Specially liked the Lahori Kebab and the kids loved the Cheese Fingers and the Pineapple & Cheese sticks served with the starters. Mocktails were really good too. The outdoor ambience of the restaurant is calm and nice. Will definitely revisit next time I’m in the area.

Ooh la Le :) what a gem of a place ! Guys go to Le Charcoal and order food and sit back. Let the food do all the magic to your senses. Brilliant Chicken, excellent seekh, and superb Chicken Gravy items. Complimentary fries as well. The best bit though, they have almost an open kitchen and you could easily see the manager putting his hands in to cooking. Good site and resultant excellent food. Relish Mutton Kebab

Reviewed this as part of their Food Review Program.Ambience- Small and comfy place with colorful interior and good music.Pocket friendly- Reasonable for the quality and quantity served.Food- Starting with Non Veg starters, I tried the Fish Kebab which were tender, fresh, juicy and less spicy.Mutton Seekh Kebab was succulent and had an irresistible aroma. Try it with the Pita Bread which was soft as a marshmallow.Sarson Chicken Tikka was less spicy and you could smell the sarson oil but it was like your green chicken.Coming to Veg Starters Hummus was tasty with generous topping of olive oil.Dahi Kebabs are a must try. They were creamy and just melts in your mouth.Honey Chilli Potatoes were okay.Tried couple of mockatails like Mango Deluxe, Mango Crunch and Pinnacolada. All of them were Mojitos and were chilled and refreshing. In the main course tried their very special Dal Bukhara which was cooked for 2-3 hrs and you can get that smoky aroma.Ghee Rice was heavenly. They cooked it differently with Basmati rice laden in Desi Ghee and Fried Cashews.Kadhai Chicken and Classic Mix Veg curry were average with less spice.Lastly for the desserts tried the Gajar Halwa which was served hot and was absolute bliss. A must try.Kesari Firni was served in Kulhad and was chilled and authentic. There was less amount of sugar which was perfect and was very creamy. But the texture was liquidish and it needed to be a little semi solid.Service- Polite and very well trained staff who make the experience awesome. Mr. Chand suggested the in house specials and set the menu very well. It was a pleasure to review the place.Rating- 5 and hope the suggestions would be looked over.
