They didnt give bill with GST details and just wrote the amount on a piece of paper. The service was very poor and the food quality has reduced a lot now, it used to be a nice one earlier.Upon speaking to the manager I was informed that the system is not working and they will send the invoice via email. That email never reached me.

The food is delicious and hygienic... Nice place to enjoy drink with family or friends. Definitely worth visiting... Service is up to mark...

Food is good however staff is not up to the mark. They are quick in taking away plates despite having food in it and you willing to have it. They are also quick in handing over the bill. They need to meditate to learn patience.

If you escalate about wrong order, they try convince you that if you could have brought to their notice early, they could change the order immediately. But, No one frequently check the table about customer needs, even though restaurant is empty without customers. Must avoid restaurant for your own good.

The place has an okay ambience with decent serving and menu. Top floor was good though you can hear the noise of vehicles plying through the flyover nearby. I use the Family zone (sometimes entry denied (for two boys) if occupied by couple of family people and non drinkers)... If gained entry then its a very Good cost effective place for non smoking people and who drink responsibly.. with nice options to munch...but they too have couples zone on the first floor and roof top on the 2nd floor where smoking is allowed..

Roof top is good and beer cost is more than double the cost which is 125% higher than MRP and we ordered tandoori half plate , portion of the piece is too low when comparing to any restaurant .. Not sure if we order in bar rather than having at their restaurant.. may be they think that we drank so we wont be complaining about that ..

Located in Bellandur. Ambience is not that great. Suitable only for single boys. Not suitable for family. Prices are average. Good only because of its location. Parking is small and that too for two wheelers. If you going in your car plan to park somewhere on the side streets.

I dont know what I paid for. Kulcha here was like papad , appetizer were just okay and gravy was nothing to be happy about. Maybe this hotel is good only for drinking, I am not so sure eating here. If youre non alcoholic guy I would suggest you to avoid this restaurant

This is a value for money option for having a quick drink. The place is prominently locate at Belandur junction. There is a parking place on the adjacent road. The place had been refurbished recently and now has a VIP lounge on first floor. The rooftop also has a bar and dining area and is more popular with the working professionals in the area who want to have a few drinks before heading home.

Cost is very high, they can try to reduce the cost. But, maintaining very neatly, for that really appreciate them.

Been to terrace bar. Service is very slow. Staff does not really pay attention to tables. We have to call them and remind about the orders. The captain who takes the orders dont have friendly nature. Prices are of premium level which is not at all worth.

Quality of the food is worse. They use low grade supplies. Cashew nuts we have got were half eaten probably by rats. Dont be surprised if your stomach gets upset next day.

I would like to bring everyones attention to the scene that I saw yesterday with one group of boys-and-girls. One of the hotel management guy slapped one of the guys of the group a lot like anything. The customer hasnt created a big nuisance that the hotel management started slapping the customer. The customers were definitely not from the state. What a warm welcome to the guests. Disheartened to see that. Such members of the staff must be thrown out of the restaurant for behaving this way with their customers. Customer is King is what restaurants write and this way they treat. Even the bouncers at lounges dont slap a customer for irrelevant behaviour but these guys crossed the limit and started slapping the customer. Atithi Devo Bhava is what is Indian culture known for but people like these guys; seems like they put in their personal grudges on to their customers and show the ridicule in public. Shame on you staff of Bhagini Restaurant.

Weve ordered 2 phulka which the water brought too early and dwe requested him to warm it but the waiter refused and told it cant be done and you have to consume it the way it is. We didnt had it and the waiter came up with a bill addition of phulkas. On asking on refund he said there is neither a manager nor any senior so I dont have a register to write a compliant hence he gave us a plain paper and asked to write the complaint on it . Consumers he aware of these kind of people who just want to serve you food because youve ordered it.

The restaurant has not managed to change the ambience . It is has packed office crowds, but will feel dull. Burnt table clothes. Do not expect improvement at Bhagini. Its like ignore the surrounding, drink and eat.

Visited yday night..In the bill added onioin pakoda extra which we never ordered..noticed at last minute...carefull guys...also price is high..Rs 255 for kingfisher premium beer is high...also food average only..not recommended

Poor management. Management is too bad to handle customers. Very rude while speaking and argue for illogical reasons. We ordered coke. The bottle they served, didnt have manufacturing date. When we pointed out this unethical manner of customer service, they started shouting and forced to believe that the product is not expired/bad. We wanted to make sure that, we dont consume toxic drinks and get illed. However, after lots of discussion they replaced with a better bottle, they started commenting on us in a bad manner. They were not ready to listen that they should have point out the defective bottle and return to the company by themselves. We tried to tell them that, This small small things, if they can improve, can take Bhagini to a high standard. But the junior person under the senior manager started ugly fighting with word. We were silently going out after completing our dinner he started fighting again. This kind of unprofessionalism is not expected from a well known restrurent, specially when they take pride for better customer service.

Bhagini bar is quite famous amongst IT employees in that location as it provides good service with decent food quality and is present there from long time. For many it is quite a nostalgic to visit it as it reminds of their old times. Many competitors have came up which provides very high standard but people still prefer this due to its location and staff behavior
