This was my first time here and it turned out to be amazing. Bhavna was very helpful in providing all the requested information and with the cake selections.I ordered two cakes - Chocolate Hazlenut with pink buttercream finish (customized) and Mango Frasier. I had ordered for a Whipped Berry Cake from Ms Neeth Medappa Patissier, but to my astonishment I felt that the cake was a left over after a baby smashed it at her birthday. No lies, it breaks my heart to even think of it. The cake was frozen rock hard. I believe it was left to freeze overnight. I had to let the cake to thaw. The board on which the cake was sent was bent & wet because the cake was in the fridge for ages. Now, after few hours of defrost the cake becomes like a slush. Finally after a long wait I cut the cake open. And look at what I find?! There was no taste of white chocolate at all in the frosting it had a weird smell to it. The berry filling was bland, it had no taste at all. Looks like Neeth Medappa has taken a dollop of a berry filling and put on the layers. Well, thats upto her, I dont care. But atleast let there be some flavour to it. Parts of the sponge was grey in colour.. GREY !!? why grey? Frankly speaking the cake looked stale and non edible, I had to no go but to throw it away.Neeth Medappa should really look into her cakes twice before sending it off to her clients. We go by the taste and not by the name. I went by the reviews & ordered from her. I now cry to think that reviewers have not tasted good pastries at all. Some not so famous home bakers make really good cakes in Bangalore. Neeth Medappa says that she is an alumni of Le Cordon Bleu, Ottawa, Canada.! So was I expecting some standards. Care must taken to present the cakes in a good packaging. Time and importance should be also given to the taste and quality of the cakes. Please dont take the customer for granted.

If you expect customer service, pls do not order from here. Ordered cakes for a special occasion and recvied package which is already opened and recevied shortage in cakes too. When complained, just one word Sorry, they do not even have any idea about customer service and meaning of special occasion. They still have my excess money. And I have left that money to Neeta Medappa for teaching me to order any more from here 🤭.. Thank u!

Absolutely loved the macaroons and cakes from here. The macaroons are exactly how they are supposed to be. Fresh, soft, light and tasty with just perfect sweet. Better than what I had at Le15, Mumbai.

Hi. I attended my friends sons birthday party and she had ordered red velvet cake from you. Heard a lot about your baking I also was super excited to eat it and I was so very disappointed that red velvet cake (your signature cake) had faded by the time it reached the last layer not sure what the cause is, because till date all the red velvet cakes that I have eaten from other bakers/places were red in color in all layers :) also there was a lot or cream that wasnt even in proportion. This is just the cake but the frosting was another level, the blue color stuck to out teeth, hand and tongue. Not sure where the problem was but was extremely disappointed eating this cake. I was to write this review the day I ate the cake but was Contemplating as I have always know this baker to be the best. I so wish I could upload photos here to show what exactly I was talking about. Nevertheless, I wish baking gets better. Thank you for your efforts!

It was my first time trying eclairs and I absolutely loved it.They’re light, have the right amount of filling, have got the perfect texture and perfect balance of flavour.What I got : Belgium chocolate, cookies and cream, rose and raspberry and mango delight.The “Belgium chocolate” flavoured eclair was my favourite and made my eyes roll back ♥️

The cake was heavenly. Not only in the appearance but also the taste and texture. I had ordered dark chocolate cake, it was soft, moist, perfect dark chocolate not too much sweetness. Totally worth it. A little pricy but the taste defines why is it pricy.

What I love about her cakes are that , she not only matches up to my kids imagination of what their cake should look like but also gets that perfect taste!! So I called in fairly late in the evening and needed a cake urgently and since every other replace was not accepting orders Neeth Medappa Pâtissier was my last resort. After speaking with the team they were absolutely wonderful to oblige and accept my order for a chocolate hazelnut cake, they even had it sent to me post closing hours.The flavour and texture of the cake was wonderful everybody enjoyed every single bite of the cake they had.For me it started with the aesthetic appeal of the cake and then as we cut into it you could almost feel the gooey-ness of the sponge and when we did taste it the flavours absolutely bursting of hazelnut and the textures of the chocolate, butter cream and nuts were absolutely phenomenal.Definitely going to be ordering a lot more from here and I’m sure If you haven’t already ordered from them you’re most definitely missing out on a lot.

The macrons were not tasting good. They felt like an old stock. We did consume a few pcs and none were good in taste. I had spoken to Bhavana and thanks to her she had agreed to refund for my order.PS: I was recommended by a friend. But my experience didnt turn out to be good.
